You and Matt was married for two years, you both was the happiest together. And you finally found your place after everything you went through in your life.
You and Matt build the best of your life, the dreams of your future, the house you wanted the way you will live with the love of your life.
You risked for this a lot and Matt too. And you finally got it, after all this time. Even when you wasn't in the normal age to be a mother. You still love the life you lived.
It's was the first week of your new job, you was so stressed about things, and you was so busy of work, that you let Matt handle everything.
Matt didn't even said anything, he helped you, he knew why, and how. But he didn't want you to forget things you never forgot before.
Like your son birthday.
When you was at home, working on your computer , Matt got back from work, with your son, Liam. "We home!" Matt shouts. And put liams bag on the counter.
You was on the office and Liam run into your room. "Mom! Look what I've got!" He said and show you a little toy. "That's amazing honey!" You said and took the toy from his hand. "It's mr winky." He said happily.
"Dad helped you with the name?" You asked and remembered all Matt's stuff animals. Liam nodded and you laughed. "Good name buddy." You said and turned around to the computer.
"Mom, you know I have a birthday tomorrow right?" Liam asked you and you was shocked. You forget your son birthday, you didn't make anything, and all because of work.
To build your life wasn't so easy, you have to care about your child, and about the money for your family. So you worked, a lot. For your luck Matt was working with Chris and nick what made it easier, but it's still was so hard.
Sometimes Matt was asking help with the money from his family, and you too from your mom who hated the idea of you having a child. But you didn't gave up about this.
"Yeah! I know! I made a big cake for you!" You said and you saw the spark in his little green eyes, your heart broke. "With your favorite hero." You said and his smile was bigger than his face.
"With Spider-Man?" He asked. "Yeah." You said. "Can I see it?" He asked and you sigh. "It's a supposed to be a surprise, Liam." You said and he looked down. "I know." He said.
"So we will keep it like that, now go eat something." You said and he run out of the room to Matt. You was so sad to hear how happy he is, and know you don't have anything.
Not even close to something. Nothing.

The night was already here, it's was 1am and you and Matt was sitting in the living room. You both watched movie together. Matt noticed something is not good.
"Are you tired?" He asked you. "No.." you sigh. "So?" He asked. "Nothing, I promise." You replied back and he sigh. "Tell me." He said and you rolled your eyes.
"I know you for so long, come on." He said and you gave up. "I have nothing for Liams birthday, and I promised him so many things," you said and felt horrible. "I forget my son birthday, I was so busy." You added
"That I forget that my son growing up, and I let you handle it all. For work, like work is important than you and Liam." You said and you felt the tears in your throat.
"So take a couple days off, we will make some cake for him and some Party with our family. You shouldn't let yourself be so busy and not have time for yourself." Matt said and smiled.
"I know.. I just, I want to make him the best birthday, because I don't want him to think his mom forget about him." You adds. "We will do it." Matt hold your cheek.
"I promise, but we should do it right now." Matt said and kissed your forehead. "Come on, let's make some party for our boy." He said and made you laugh.
You and Matt worked all night long, by making cakes and cookies, do some things for Liam, and talking with your family and Liam friends.
In 5am you and Matt went to sleep, only for two hours but it's was worth it all. "Mom? Wake up." You heard after a while. It's was Liam who came to your room. "Can I sleep with you?" He said sleepy and you nodded.
He came into your arms and you hugs him. "Happy birthday my boy." You said before he closed his eyes and hugs him until the morning.

"Happy birthday buddy!" Matt shouts when the morning comes. You woke up from Matt voice and Liam jumping on the bed. You heard him laugh and giggled when Matt lift him the air. "Who got older!" He said.
"Me!" Liam shouts happily. "Said good morning to your mommy." Matt said and lift him down. "Happy birthday boy." You said and Liam hugged him.
"Let's go eat some cake!" You said to Liam and he smiled, he walked out of the room and went to the kitchen. You and Matt laughed and walked after him to see his reaction to all the balloons and the stuff in the house.
"It's spidey boy!" He said and Matt laughed. "And who is this guy?" He came next to him and pointed at the wall. "It's the hulk!" He said and Matt clapped his hand.
"Come see what mommy made you." You said and Liam run to you. He walked to his chair and you show him his cake, like you promised him. "Wow." He said happily. "You like it?"
"It's Spider-Man, can I eat his eyes?" He asked you and you nodded smiling. "Take it," you said and he ate his cake. "Dad, can you eat with me too?" He asked Matt and he nodded.
"If mom will eat too." Matt said and you nodded. You all sat on the kitchen and ate all the cake, and made some jokes about Liam.

Afternoon Matt told you and Liam get ready to Liam party, you helped Matt chose his clothes and Liam clothes. You all took pictures and walked out of the house.
Matt drove you to his moms house and everything was already there, in the perfect time. "Come with me Liam." You said and held his hand. "Happy birthday to my fav spidey!" Chris said and lift Liam in the air.
"Are you seven years old?" He asked and Liam nodded his head and smiled. "Good boy!" Chris said and say hey to you and Matt.
"Come to uncle nick." Nick said and Liam run to his arms. "I brought for you the biggest hug, is that the best gift for you?" He said and liam shook his head as no.
"Okay come on, I'll show you." Nick said and got into the house with liam. You and Matt walked after Chris and saw the backyard.
You was the happiest and to see your little boy happy made you happy. He saw his friends and his family and just run around and played with them, you laughed and thanks Marylou about everything.
"Are you okay now?" Matt asked and you sigh. "Yeah, thanks to you." You said and hold his hand. "I love you, thank you." You said and Matt kissed you. "I love you too, my love." He said and helped you get up.
You walked to the table where everyone was sitting and singing happy birthday to Liam and the cake was ready to eat. "Make a wish." You said to Liam when he blow all the candles.
Everyone clapped his hands and smiled. "Okay, I'll give you the gift from me and mom." Matt said and you looked confused.
"What?" You asked and Matt wink at you.
He walked and took a big box of the house and gave to Liam, he was so happy that he just opened it without thinking.
You saw a big bear doll and Liam was laughing. "It's look like mr winky, dad." He said and looked at Matt. "It's big mr winky, like I told you." Matt replied and Liam run to hug his dad. "Thank you dad, I love you."
"Go say thank you to mom, she made it."
You saw the spark in Matt's eyes and Liam smiling so hard. He run to your arms and you lifted him up. "Thank you mom, I love you so much." He said and you kissed his head.
"I love you too, my baby." You said and he just hugged you tight. "Thanks for the best birthday ever." He said and you just smiled with tears.
When Matt came to hugs you both you felt the tears in your eyes and you start crying. "You guys the best parents I could have!" Liam said and you and Matt just hugs him tightly.
You knew you never had love like this.
