Mrs. Nakamoto gasps. "You look perfect honey."
Yuta chuckles and brings his mother into a hug. "Hi, Mom. And thank you."
"Oh, what's this?" The woman asks, looking at the white flower on Yutas blazer.
"It's my favorite flower. Tae and Doyo are wearing their favorite flowers and our best men are wearing the petals of each. One of our friends made them for us."
"Which one?"
Yutas dad chuckles at his wife. He looks at Yuta and kisses his forehead. "I'll be waiting for you. I'll also make sure your mom doesn't bombard your friend."
The woman gasps. "I won't."
Yuta laughs and then looks at his mom. "His name is Renjun. His hair is black and blond."
Mrs. Nakamoto kisses her sons cheek. "Thank you, honey."
Mrs. Kim knocks and peeks into the room. "Doyo?"
Doyoung sniffles and gives her a small smile. "Hi, Mom."
"Oh, sweetheart." The woman brings the male into a hug. Doyoung wraps his arms around her, needing the comfort
"I can't believe I'm getting married", he mumbles into her shoulder.
"I can."
"Hm?"
"It's hard for you to see what everyone else sees, even if you know a little bit. Those two are in love with you. Every time we video chat and you get busy talking, they look at you and they have so much love in their eyes. And they get excited to see you. Plus, they tell me about the surprises they plan for you to make sure you'll like them."
"I didn't know they did that."
Mrs. Kim chuckles. "Of course you didn't. They make a fuss over you, even if you have no idea. And I spoke with Taeyong once and he told me a little bit of how you were before you got together."
"Oh, jeez."
"I'm not going to scold you on your wedding day, that's nowhere near my point anyways. Despite Taeyong not being a fan of himself, you cared for him and loved him anyway. And then you also fell so deeply for Yuta, and it's the same thing with you for them. You three truly love each other and that makes me so happy. And that's why I'm not surprised. I'm also not surprised you're crying, I know what a big sap you are."
Doyoung laughs. "Hey."
The woman smiles and brings her sons face into her hands. "Okay, I'm gonna let you go. Your brother is excited to embarrass you during his speech."
"Of course he is."
"But he's also really happy for you. Your dad is with the other dads."
Doyoung nods.
"I should've known both of you would cry", Taeyongs dad says.
Mrs. Lee gently slaps her husbands arm. "Leave us alone."
"I'm waiting for you so the flower girl can stop worrying."
Taeyong looks over at his dad. "Ana is worried?"
"She saw your mother start crying and she knows all the parents are talking to you grooms. She's trying to keep it together but I think she wants to see you guys."
"Can you send her back here?"
Mr. Lee nods and gently ruffles Taeyongs hair. Mrs. Lee kisses the side of Taeyongs head and Taeyong kisses each of their cheeks before letting them go.
"You okay?" Doyoung asks.
"Are you?"
"I'm emotional but I feel more than okay at the same time."
"I'm happy for the three of you. And Nina said I'm lucky to witness this and I kinda agree."
"I'm just happy you're here."
Ana smiles and hugs Doyoung. Doyoung keeps her in his grip for a moment, relaxing himself through the action. Once, he starts to pull away, he kisses her forever and lets go.
"Your parents are nice by the way. You dad was a little surprised but your mom wasn't surprised at all."
Doyoung chuckles. "She knows me very well. Okay, go see the others, it starts soon."
"I know. I have to walk first. Haechan and Jisung are nervous and Jeno is trying to calm them down, along with the moms."
"I forgot that they get nervous. Do you think they'll be okay?"
Ana nods. "It's a quick walk. Well, kinda."
Doyoung nods and playfully shows Ana away, who smiles and leaves. She goes to Yuta next and finds him going over note-cards.
He looks up and smiles when he sees her. "Hi."
"Hi. You alright?"
Yuta takes a deep breath and then responds, "Absolutely not. I'm nervous and I just saw Jisung and he's nervous and now I'm worried I'll get up there and lose my ability to speak."
"Can you talk to Doyoung and Taeyong?"
"What?"
"Those are the only two people you need to speak to. You don't have even have to look at anybody else until you're done."
Yuta nods. "You're right. That helps. Thank you."
"No problem. Also, I'm just guessing but I think your dad might cry so if that amuses you, then think of that as well."
Yuta laughs and reaches for a hug. "Thank you." He kisses the side of Anas head. "Now, go see Taeyong. I heard that him and his mom cried earlier."
"Weddings really get to people, huh?"
"Yep."
"Okay, I'll go see Taeyong. Just remember to focus on him and Doyoung."
"Got it."
"Are you crying?" Is the first thing Ana asks, peeking into Taeyongs room.
"Not anymore", Taeyong says with a laugh. "Do you know if I'm the only one that cried?"
"Doyoung did too and Yuta looks close. He's nervous."
"So am I."
"You got this. As I told Yuta, just focus on the two people you're getting married to. Just focus on Doyoung and Yuta. Also, you're going first, right?" Taeyong nods. "Okay, deep breaths, take a moment. And then come out."
Taeyong laughs. "I am out."
Ana gives Taeyong a look. "You're about to marry two men you are incredibly in love with at a wedding with your friends and family, we know you're out. I mean out of this room."
"I know, I know. Come here." Taeyong squishes Ana against him in a big hug and then kisses her forehead. "Alright, you can go. Thank you."
"No problem."
Taeyong takes a few more deep breaths and then peeks his head out of the room before exiting it. He finds Ana, Jeno, Jisung, and Haechan, and his, Doyoung, and Yutas dads waiting.
"You alright?" Haechan asks once he sees his friend.
"Ask me again later."
Taeyongs dad laughs and rubs his sons back. "You'll be alright."
"Okay, is everyone ready?" The organizer asks and receives a nod. She looks at Ana. "Okay, once the music starts, you go. And then first best man?"
Haechan steps forward with a polite smiles and glances at Taeyong. "That's me."
Jisung automatically gets in line behind him, followed by Jeno.
"Perfect."
Ana readjusts her grip on the basket full of flower petals and takes a deep breath. The music starts and she walks, sprinkling flowers with each step, like she practiced. Everyone smiles at her so she smiles back.
Once, she's at the front, Haechan comes out. Haechan tries not to walk too fast, but he really doesn't enjoy the attention so he doesn't look at anyone but Ana. Relief takes over him once he's at the front, behind everyone. Jisung is next, not much better than Haechan. He just keeps his eyes on Chenle and Nina. Last is Jeno, who looks more composed as he smiles and walks with ease.
Haechan, Jisung, and Jeno take their respective places at the altar, and the focus on the aisle.
Their chosen wedding song plays and then slowly, Taeyong and his dad come into view. They take their time, Taeyong smiling nervously at everyone watching.
At the end of the altar, Mr. Lee kisses his sons forehead and allows him to walk up to the altar. The man makes it to his seat just in time for Yuta to appear.
Just like before, the two take their time, the only difference is that Yuta tries to hold back his nervous giggling and that he has his fiance to walk to.
Tears gather in Taeyongs eyes, feeling emotional all over again, especially now that he can see one of his handsome fiances in front of him.
Yuta hugs his dad and Taeyong receives an approving nod from Mr. Nakamoto before the man goes to his seat.
Once standing directly in front of each other, Taeyong and Yuta smile, both full of nerves and excitement. They take a deep breath together and then face the aisle.
Doyoung appears and the world stops.
The ravenette tries to hold back his tears as he slowly approaches his soon-to-be husbands but he still ends up hastily wiping away a few once him and his dad stop. Yuta and Taeyong aren't much better, feeling so much from seeing their beautiful fiance walk to them. They did it on purpose, wanting to do something for Doyoung since he always does such more for them.
Their hands connect and the three face the officiant, taking last minute internal preparations to be ready for the next step. Everyone listens as the officiant gives their speech and then it's time for their vows.
"Who's going first?" Taeyong asks.
"I will", Yuta volunteers and gives the two yet another nervous smile. "I've been over the words so many times in my head, I've even practiced it out loud, but nothing could make it feel like this." Yuta takes a deep breath. "I didn't know where to start or even who to start with. As long as we've been together, it's been two of you, even before I knew what you two'd become to me." He looks at Doyoung. "Doie, I'm gonna be honest, I don't know what made you fall for me the way you did. I tried to play it cool, especially when I thought you and Taeyong would end up together, but I held so many things back in my head 'cause I didn't know what to do about you liking me that much. But I'm glad you did, 'cause at some point, I started falling and it hasn't stopped. I love you so much."
"I love you too", Doyoung murmurs, gently caressing Yutas hand with his thumb.
Yuta turns to Taeyong. "Yongie...I never expected this at all with you. It didn't seem like anyone else had a chance...but you made me feel so many things. I still feel those things actually. I was never uncomfortable around you, I was nervous. I didn't know what to do with you close to me and I was always worried that we'd only ever be friends. I was shocked when I realized you liked me and once again, I tried to mask my feelings but being open was so scary. But I really love you. I really love both of you and I'm so happy that we got our happy ending and that the happy ending keeps going. I wanna be yours forever."
Taeyongs hands shake in his fiances hold, wanting nothing more than to kiss them right now. He takes a deep breath, trying to keep as much composition as possible, even though tears are slipping down his face.
"Me or you?" He asks Doyoung.
"You can go first."
Taeyong shakes his head. "No, you."
Not wanting to make a scene, Doyoung nods. "Okay." He takes a deep breath. "This really is so much harder when it's the real thing", he says with a laugh. "I think I wanna start by saying thank you. I...I didn't know that we'd ever get like this either but I thank you two for every day you've chosen to be in my life, no matter what our relationship was. I wasn't that close with either of you. Yongie, I kinda just wedged myself into your life."
"And I'm glad you did."
The two exchange a smile and Doyoung continues. "I was so scared of my feelings for each of you. Even though I didn't try too hard to hide my feelings for you, Yuta, I kept thinking about the fact that we might never be anything. And then you, Yongie, I know it seemed like I had control of my feelings, but I didn't have as much as I pretended I did. I feel lucky that you love me despite what happened to get here. I know sometimes I'll be annoying instead and I don't express my love in a really nice way but I really love you two, so much more than I sometimes show you. Yuta, Yongie, I couldn't be happier to marry you."
Taeyong sniffles and looks down to wipe his eyes, but the tears keep falling. "I love you two so much." Taeyong takes a deep breath. "Sometimes, I can't believe you two love me. Especially when I didn't love myself. I still don't completely. But you two make me feel all the good things I think I don't deserve and I'm happy I could experience them anyways. I was a person I couldn't stand, but instead of leaving or having me deal with it on my own, you two stayed and supported me. Doie, you did that when you barely knew me. You've always been so caring and so sweet and I love that no one is exempt. And Yuta, you're just as sweet. You've always been one of the loveliest people and I'm so lucky I get to call you both mine. I know it didn't always seem like we'd get here, but we did and I'm so happy." Taeyong wipes his eyes again. "I love you."
"I love you too", Yuta and Doyoung murmur.
"If they could have the rings please."
Jeno, Haechan, and Jisung hand each of them the rings and then step back to their places. Since they'd already gone over everything, Doyoung, Taeyong, and Yuta easily get the ring onto on of their partners fingers.
"I'll just go in the same order as before. Do you, Yuta Nakamoto, take Doyoung Kim and Taeyong Lee to be your husbands, to have and to hold, to stay by them through everything, to love and to treasure, until death do you part?"
A smile appears on Yutas face. "I do."
"Do you, Doyoung Kim, take Taeyong Lee and Yuta Nakamoto to be your husbands, to have and to hold, to stay by them through everything, to love and to treasure, until death do you part?"
"I do."
"And do you, Taeyong Lee, take Doyoung Kim and Yuta Nakamoto to be your husbands, to have and to hold, to stay by them through everything, to love and to treasure, until death do you part?"
"I do."
"Then by the power vested in me, through the love you share, I now pronounce you husband and husband and husband. You may now kiss your grooms."
The three smile at each other and start off by pecking each others cheeks before they decide to just go for it and kiss. As soon as they move away from the altar, their groomsmen run at them and hug them.
"You're married!" Jisung exclaims to Yuta.
"Finally. I'm still annoyed that you beat me."
Jisung holds back his neck sentence, just because it won't sound too nice. Recognizing that, Yuta laughs. But then his attention turns to his mother who rushes at him and takes his face into her hands as she begins rambling about the ceremony.
Haechan fiddles with his hands behind his back, feeling a bit awkward from both of Taeyongs parents and the fact that they're still in front of everyone. Taeyong glances at him and notices so he quickly waves down their friends, just wanting one of Haechans boyfriends to get to him.
"You okay?" Jaemin asks when he reaches Haechan.
"Lots of people", Haechan mumbles.
Over the years Jisung has gotten better with handling such situations and it usually makes him feel better of the attention isn't on him but it really does feel like a lot with the amount of people and all chattering. Chenle clings onto him as tight as he can, doing his best to help him while we're right there. He leads Jisung off to the side and waves Nina over.
"Are you okay?" She asks Jisung.
"I'm just a little overwhelmed but it's fine."
Nina hugs Jisung and feels him hug her back tightly. Once they pull away, Jisung leads them over to where Haechan and his boyfriends are. Haechan practically throws himself at his best friend and lets himself start to calm down.
"Shouldn't you be hugging your husbands?" Ana asks from her place, securely in Doyoungs arms.
"Why can't I hug my daughter?"
"We can all hug", Taeyong suggests.

"Who wants to make a toast?"
"Me first!" Taeyongs mom exclaims and rushes to their small stage in front. As expected of the two Lees, Taeyong and his mom end up in each others arms, tears streaming down their faces while Mr. Lee consoles them.
"Me", Jeno announces loudly and makes his way to the stage. "I will say that I was forced to be up here as soon as possible but for Doyo, it's fine. Doyoung is...he's really great and I'm happy I met him. He's really good with different types of people and I think that makes it a bit more beautiful that he's in love with two people 'cause I know you're not the exact same. I didn't always know details or anything, I just got all the puzzles connected yesterday actually and I think it's interesting that the three of you went from just friends and two of you, barely, to getting close and then being in love. I didn't have to see all of it or know about it to know that Doyoung is really in love with you too. He mentions you guys all the time and all that cute stuff he pretends he doesn't say, I hear. I'm happy that you three have each other and that you make my friend happy. I trust you two to keep doing that. Congratulations on being married." Jeno smiles and then hurries off stage to go hug Doyoung.
"I love you", Doyoung says into his shoulder.
"I love you too."
"Me next!" Ten shouts.
Taeyong groans albeit laughing.
On the stage, Ten smiles at Taeyong. "Stop looking so worried. I won't say some of the things I could say." Taeyong laughs nervously at the questioning looks his parents give him and hides his face in Yutas shoulder. "It's not that bad, I just like people on edge 'cause it's fun. Anyways, congratulations to all three of you. I just wanna talk about how happy I am."
Once Ten finishes, Yuta looks at Jisung who sighs and slowly gets up. Chenle pulls his husband down to kiss his forehead and then gives his hand a quick squeeze for support
Haechan smiles nervously, willing himself not to just walk off stage. He takes a deep breath and then starts to speak, "Congratulations, first of all. Um, despite me being Taeyongs best man, there was a time period in which we didn't know each other. I knew Taeyong when we were like fourteen and then I saw him again as an adult so we'd both changed. One of the very obvious changes Taeyong had was that he seemed more open. During the time period in which we were close, Taeyong was definitely sweet and bubbly and kind, and emotional, but it wasn't something everyone saw. My first conversation with him as an adult was when we were at a party and he got really emotional about a situation. I could already tell he was a little bit different." Haechan takes another deep breath. "But something that stayed the same was the way he acted when he liked someone. His started blushing and there was a small smile on his face while he laughed awkwardly but looked like he had an inside joke with himself. And that was when he told me there was something with Doyoung and Yuta.
"I didn't know any details either but one day, Taeyong told me everything from start to finish and from hearing it, it's so easy to tell how much all three of you love each other. And...Taeyong has told me his own feelings and one of the things I admire is him being brave enough to admit he made a mistake and for him to actively try to change some of the things that contributed to it. Being completely honest and open is terrifying but Taeyong didn't want Doyoung and Yuta to go without knowing how he felt about them. He even made small steps with his friends. Taeyong has so much love to give, I've seen it and experienced it as his friend. The fact that he found two people who help not hide it anymore, who helps be a better person and stays by him even when he admitted there was a point where he wasn't makes me think you two are even more perfect for him. And you three, plus your daughter make a cute family. Congratulations again."
Taeyong gets out of his seat and runs to hug Haechan, teary-eyed. "I don't deserve you", he mumbles.
Haechan chuckles lightly. "Past you didn't, but you're not the same person. The one you are now is fine."
Taeyong hugs Haechan tighter and sniffles.
"Johnny is going next!" Doyoung announces.
"Only if Mark is next!" Johnny replies and then grins at Mark, who rolls his eyes, making his kids giggle.
"Alright, fine."

"Where are you going?" Renjun asks when he sees Sungchan stand up.
"May or may not have been dragged into a surprise for Yuta, Doyoung, and Taeyong."
Everyone looks around at Ana, Minjae, Xiaojun, and Sungchan in confusion and intrigue, all wondering what they're gonna do.
"I already regret this", Minjae mumbles, uncomfortable from all the attention.
"Me too", Ana replies.
Xiaojun chuckles. "You two will be fine. They'll love it."
"Do you both really not care?"
"I've done more embarrassing things", Sungchan answers, getting flashbacks to when he dressed up as Santa and danced in front of strangers,
Sungchan takes the microphone and smiles at the newlyweds. "Doyoung, Taeyong, Yuta, as a special gift, we've planned a performance for you. We're not the only ones by the way."
"Did you know about this?" Taeyong asks his husbands.
"Ana just kept saying she was busy."
The three quiet as soft music starts and Ana and Minjae begin dancing. It's obvious the girls are nervous, with their awkward smiles and flustered faces, but they do their best to not focus on it and just focus on the steps and their partners. Though Sungchan and Xiaojun can dance, Ana and Minjae are the stars of the show.
When they're done, the four hold hands and bow before bursting out laughing.
Everyone claps, absolutely delighted, especially Taeyong, Yuta, and Doyoungs parents.
"You did so good", Taeyong praises, hugging Ana and then he smiles at Minjae. "You two."
"You dance beautifully", Mrs. Nakamoto tells the girls.
"Thank you."
"I knew", Kun says, smugly.
"Anyone reason why we didn't?" Winwin asks Sungchan when he sits back down.
"Well, the plan was not to tell anyone", Sungchan glares at Xiaojun.
"What was I supposed to do? He made it so difficult to leave."
Kun raises an eyebrow. "Is that a bad thing?"
Xiaojun shakes his head. "No, no, not at all." Xiaojun pulls Kun into a hug and kisses his boyfriends cheek. "You spend too much time with Ten and Chenle."
"I've been saying that."
Ten sighs and snuggles against Yangyang, fighting the urge to cuss at Kun and flip him off. Yangyang places a hand on time of his and murmurs, "Good job for not threatening him."
"You won't be saying that once this is over."
Yangyang rolls his eyes. "It's good enough for now." He kisses Tens head.
"This next performance was actually planned with the grooms." Doyoung, Yuta, and Taeyong smile. "I'd like to invite the couple to the stage for their first dance."
Jeno, Mark, Haechan, and Chenle take the stage and crowd around two microphones. Jaemin starts the music and then gives them a thumbs up as he takes his seat.
Doyoung, Yuta, and Taeyong hold hands and giggle at each other.
"Do you remember how we're supposed to do this?" Taeyong asks, quietly.
Doyoung pulls him in close and mutters, "No idea."
Yuta rolls his eyes. "At least one of us has a working memory."
"I'm sure we can work something out."
While the four sing, the three begin dancing, Doyoung and Taeyong focusing on Yuta.
"This isn't what I meant", Yuta mumbles, adorable blush on his face.
Though, there's two microphones, it's more of Mark, Haechan, and Jeno around one and Chenle around the other, which he doesn't mind as he just stares at Jisung, partly singing to him. Jisung smiles at his husband, finding him and his voice so beautiful.
Haechan glances at both of his boyfriends and exchanges small smiles with them. Every once in a while, he glances at his table where Jaemin and his kids are sitting but he doesn't do it for long as the embarrassment quickly sinks in. Mark and Jeno do the same thing, easily smiling at everyone but especially their boyfriend.
"Why aren't you up there?" Minjae asks Jaemin.
"Singing's not my strong suit."
"I think you sound fine", Affinity tells him.
"Me too", Reese agrees.
"Thank you, babies."
"Let me twirl you guys too", Yuta says softly and twirls each of his husbands and then twirls eahc of his husbands before pulling them in close. "I love you guys."
"We love you too", Taeyong and Doyoung murmur.
The song comes to an end and everyone claps, including Chenle, Mark, Jeno, and Haechan who are clapping for their married friends.
"Thank you!" Yuta calls at the four on stage.
Doyoung goes to hug Jeno, while Taeyong hugs Mark and Yuta hugs Haechan, then Chenle before also hugging Mark so his husbands can hug the others. Taeyong and Haechan exchange an awkward laugh before embracing and Mark just waits as Chenle makes a show of not letting him hug Doyoung.
Mark points at Jisung. "I think your husband misses you."
Chenle pulls away to look at Jisung and sticks his tongue out at Mark before going to hug Jisung and Nina, allowing Mark to hug Doyoung.
"Thank you everyone!" Doyoung shouts. "Now, finally, we can have cake."

Lena begins unlocking her door, continuing to speak. "Yeah, so then Sawyer went to snitch on me and I was mortified but my mom-" She stops when she sees her living room. She turns to Alyssa who gives her a small smile. "Did you do this?"
"I had some help but yeah. I-um, let's sit down."
The two seat themselves on the couch and Lena grabs the fluffy, red, heart-shaped throw pillow that she didn't own before. She takes a look at the bowl of snacks and then the dessert basket with her favorite desserts.
"Can I read the card?" She asks, pointing to the card sticking out from the bouquet of roses.
"Uh, y-yeah."
Trying not to come off too excited, Lena grabs the card and tries to maintain her smile as she reads. Alyssas face heats up and she watches Lenas cheeks turn red. Once she's done reading, Lena clears her throat and faces Alyssa.
"You want to tell me something?"
"I think you know but I just wanna say it myself." Lena nods. "I really like you. I really, really like you. If I'm being honest, you've had my attention since I first met you and that only deepened since then. I love being around you. You make me really happy and you treat me amazingly. I know it wasn't planned but I don't regret kissing you that day. I wanted to. I always want to", Alyssa says with a blush. "And I think about you all the time. You'd think I'd never had a crush before but it's just...it's just you. I, um, I'm not usually good with words, but I hope you get my point."
Lena smiles softly and nods. "I do."
"Good. In that case, will you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?"
Lena launches herself at Alyssa and hugs her the tightest she ever has. "Yes. I'd love to be your girlfriend."
Alyssa hugs her back impossibly tighter, feeling so at peace knowing Lena is officially hers.
"I'm so happy", Lena says.
"Me too."
When Lena pulls back, she smiles at Alyssa even bigger before and to Alyssa, she's never been prettier.
"Now, tell me how you did this."
Alyssa shakes her head. "Not yet."
"Why?"
"Because I don't want to explain it twice."
Lena playfully rolls her eyes and then places herself on Alyssas lap. "I'm not moving by the way."
"I wasn't gonna complain."
"You know what I think would make this even perfect?"
"What?"
Lena leans towards Alyssa and grins. "If you kissed me."

"Why are you here?" Haechan asks upon seeing his sister.
Alyssa rolls her eyes before hugging her brother. "Thanks."
"Actually, why are you here?" Mark asks in confusion.
Alyssa raises an eyebrow at her brother. "You didn't tell them?"
"What'd you want me to do? Scream about how my baby sister has a girlfriend?" And then Haechan mutters, "Actually, I already did", which earns him a smack from Alyssa.
"My mom invited her", Lena says, appearing and slipping an around Alyssas waist. She then smiles. "Hi, by the way."
"Hi", Haechan says, unamused just to see how unsettled he can make her. Lenas eyes widen, clearly startled by his tone, which makes Haechan laugh. "I'm sorry, I had to. I wanted to see what you would do."
Lena smiles nervously. "Oh. I'm honestly still a little scared."
Alyssa sighs. "He's really not that scary."
"Do you guys plan on joining us?" Sawyer asks, which earns him a smack from his mom.
"Don't say that to people! Especially your crushes family? Don't you want them to like you?"
"I-um-Mom-I", Sawyer stammers, feeling trapped in embarrassment.
"Don't worry", Sages mom tells him quietly and smiles. "It's not just you."
"I think I'm gonna die today", Reese comments.
"You're not allowed to", Affinity tells him.
Jaemin ruffles the boys hair gently while Jeno tells him, "You'll be okay."
It's then that Sages mom walks over.
"Oh my God, hi!" She exclaims and excitedly shakes each of their hands. "It's so nice to meet you. We've heard a lot about Reese. Clearly."
"Mom!" Sage exclaims, face bright red.
"Fine, fine, I'm sorry." She turns back to face the family and mouths 'No, I'm not'.
"It's nice to meet you too", Jeno says.
"Nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too", Haechan says quietly, feeling a small bit of social anxiety kick in.
"It's lovely to meet you as well."
Jeno glances at Haechan and leans towards the woman to whisper something in her ear, which makes her nod and then she goes back to smiling.
"Don't let me keep you standing. Come sit. There's plenty of food."
Jaemin gasps. "I forgot something in the car." He smiles at Sages mom shyly. "Do you mind if I go get it?"
"Or not at all."
"I left like five things in my car before you got here", Sawyers mom tells him. "I'd just say down for the third time when you got here."
"I used to forget stuff all the time", Alyssa says.
"I know, it was annoying."
Alyssa rolls her eyes.
"Are you two close?" Sawyers dad asks in amusement, looking from one sibling to the other.
"Yes", Haechan answers. "It used to be quite literally. I spent at least one hour with Alyssa every day."
"You're welcome."
"Go!" Affinity whisper-hisses, pushing Reese towards where Sawyer and Sage are.
"Reese, come here", Alyssa says, holding her arms out.
Reese goes to hug her and hide his face in her shoulder, already feeling like he's gonna explode.
"No stealing", Haechan says before Alyssa can say anything.
"No promises." Once they let go, Alyssa holds her arms out for Affinity and Minjae.
Once all the food is out and everyone is seated, the embarrassment of each boy heightens.
"Are you good at math, Sawyer?" Sages dad asks.
"Uh, I'm okay at it. I'm better at science and art."
"I'm okay with math sometimes", Reese says. "Sometimes, my brain blanks and I can't remember how to do anything."
"That happened to me all the time in high school", Haechan says. "I think it was too much pressure and I'd be so overwhelmed it was like I couldn't focus."
"You felt that too?" Reese asks softly and Haechan nods.
"I sucked at science", Lena says. "History was boring as f-udge, fudge, but I did everything right."
"What about you, Alyssa?"
"Science was my favorite too. Then, history. I just find it interesting."
Finding her girlfriend cute, Lena smiles and kisses Alyssas cheek.
"More of this?" Sawyer asks.
Alyssa smirks. "You wanna keep going?"
Sawyers eyes widen and he shakes his head. "Nevermind." He, then glances at Affinity who is clearly trying not to laugh.
Her dads look at her in confusion but figure she would know something about the boy Reese likes.
"Reese, are Sage and Sawyer good teachers?"
"Um, yeah, they're pretty good", Reese answers, cheeks going pink, causing his dads (and Alyssa to coo).
"I'm pretty sure Reese needs more practice", Minjae says casually.
"Definitely", Affinity agrees and then looks at Sage and Sawyer. "You guys should help him more."
Haechan has to hold back from spitting his drink out from how much he wants to laugh at what his daughters are doing. He also feels bad so he hides his face behind Jaemin, who's handling it much better than him.
"I like you two", Sawyers mom says and hands them two cookies on a plate. "Here, have another cookie."
"I like your yard", Mark blurts, looking around and Jeno nods.
"I like it too."
Sages parents smile. "Thank you."
Sages dad points to the corner. "Sage tends to the garden, he loves growing flowers."
"They're pretty", Sage says shyly.
Affinity leans back against Minjae who holds a hand in front of her mouth to stop her from saying anything to mortify Reese further.
"Do you mind if Sage gives the boys a tour?" Sages dad asks the two families who shake their heads.
Sage gives his dad a grateful smile and gets up, making sure Reese and Sawyer are with him.
Inside, Sage turns to Reese and asks, "Can I finally hug you?"
Reese smiles and nods before holding out his arms. When they part, Sage slowly approaches Sawyer who nods and lets himself be hugged.
"You don't have to ask me, by the way", Reese tells him.
"Noted. Sawyer?"
"You don't have to ask me either. I don't mind with you two."
Sage raises an eyebrow but doesn't question it. "Okay."
"Did your dad actually send us in here so you could give us a tour?"
"It was more to save us but I probably should actually give you one. My parents already ran everything through with me and they'd love for you to get comfortable but if not, I'll happily get something for you. And if you say you're hungry, I will say I'm hungry 'cause I know how embarrassing it is when you say that and then your name is used."
"I remember my friend Ellie did that once and she very badly tried to cover it up by saying she was also hungry. Luckily, her foster mom just laughed and said it was okay but I was giving her a look."
"Does Ellie go to our school?" Sage asks.
Reese shakes his head. "I wish."
Maybe just maybe that sentence makes one (or two people) a little jealous.

Now this is definitely not the end of that family hangout but I want some suggestions. Obviously we have the families about to give Reese, Sawyer and Sage heart attacks but what else? Anything you wanna know about them?
I think I actually have most of it under control for next chapter (haha, we'll see)
Okay, question, I've meaning to ask since last time , which character do I seem most like and which one do I seem least like? (And why). I'm curious
It'll be really funny if someone says the person I think I'm least like for the same reason I have
This is random and has absolutely nothing to do with anything but can we talk about Candle Light? I have an unexplainable love for the MV and that song is my comfort song. It just gives warm and fuzzy vibes
Also that one part where Mark is like performing to the other dreamies, hands down favorite part
And if you'd like, please give me song recommendations. I'll listen to anything, I just may not be a fan. And I don't care what language it's in, I just want more music to listen to 😂
