Marinette was fed up with Lila's bullshit lately. She took Alya and others against her, harassed her, told more lies to slander her name, and she was sick of it. The girl knew that it was time for her to go, and that she could speed up the process.

Marinette gathered her closer friends to help more than others. Aurore and Nino on tech, Chloe to get in touch with celebrities, Sabrina for law enforcement and possibly information on Lila's mother, and so on.
She also had some friends as distractions or backups to keep Lila on track. Luka, Juleka, Nathaniel, Marc, Kagami, Mylene and Ivan were the main ones.
There wasn't really a plan made - more of just ideas strung together and hoping that it would work. Luckily, luck was on Marinette's side.
Really, all she needed was for Lila's mother to come to the school or at least have contact with a teacher. That way she would be filled in and realize how much she has missed and Lila would be done for good.
Everyone else was just as eager to get rid of the liar, once and for all.

Sabrina was able to convince her dad to look into Lila's behavior at her past schools. She used an excuse that she wanted to get to know her better, and asked her dad to know what topics she should be wary of. But just like the girl predicted, Lila had a clean bill of health, which was the total opposite of her behavior record.
Turns out Lila has had a bunch of misfit situations at her past schools that had to do with bullying, harassment, and even possible psychological issues. But before she could meet up with a psychiatrist, the family moved and the crisis was dropped. Parents of kids who's children were harassed and even ended their lives because of her never got the justice they deserved, and lived on with that feeling. They won't anymore.

After Sabrina relayed her father's findings, the group had a new goal in mind: Give the families justice. There were signs that this wasn't the first time Lila did something like this, but it was surprising how many victims she had before Marinette. How had no one even tried to follow her steps this far?
Only they did. Marinette looked up their names online and on online chats and it turns out most of who spoke out against her ended up committing suicide. Comments below speculated that Lila bullied them into silence, or much worse. Marinette screenshotted the evidence and shared it with Sabrina who would give it to her father to help the case.
To add more salt, Chloe decided to get in contact with every celebrity Lila has lied about and warn them of what Lila has said about them. Rumors could easily be made from her lies, and those could even ruin their careers. It was time for Lila to meet her match.
It took everything out of the group to make sure Kagami didn't turn her into a human kabob.

Marinette and her group had everything in order and were prepared to take Lila and everyone else down with her. But before that, she was willing to give Alya one more chance.

Alya was an unclear obstacle between the girls. She would be all on Lila's side and completely disregard Marinette, but would ignore her other days and act like they were still friends. This was the time to know once and for all if she really is her friend, and if she should spare her from the shitstorm that would be coming.
Alya did not take the talk well. She saw it as Marinette accusing her and siding with her without any proof. But all the blogger saw was how much her friend changed and it further proved that Marinette wasn't who she knew before. Alya continued to defend Lila, and told Marinette if she accused her again she would never talk to her again. Marinette let her leave, not bothering with a second thought.
Don't trust her? Fine, there's no point in fighting for her anymore.

Everything was now in motion. Sabrina's father had cops around the school waiting for the signal. Lila's mother was contacted and on her way from the embassy. Lawsuits are ready to be served to Bustier and Damocles. Now all there was left to do was wait on Lila and Alya, then the show can really begin.

Eventually, Lila came into class 15 minutes late with Alya, claiming they helped an elderly couple across a street and they offered to pay for their drinks for them. And for extra proof, they each had a coffee in their hands and a receipt sticking out of Lila's bag. If you looked close enough, you could see that the name on the order wasn't even theirs.
Everything fell into place. The moment Lila sat down, she was called to the office. Marinette shared a look with Chloe, Nino, Nath, Sabrina, Mylene, Ivan, and Juleka. Alya was called in as well and that's when things really got chaotic.
You could hear yells echoing through the corridors. The calling of Mrs. Bustier and the slamming of papers. There was a screech like a banshee, and the liar came running out. She locked her gaze onto Marinette and was about to strangle her when Officer Raincomprix got to her first and tackled her to the ground. He placed the cuffs on her before she could get up and dragged her out of the school. Lila growled in the backseat of the police car as she was pulled away.
This was not good.

Adrien returned from his modeling gig to a Lila and Alya-less school, 2 faculty members missing, and Mendeliev as the head of the school. When he searched for Marinette, he found her hanging out with a new group of friends, and Luka's arm around her.
That sparked a little jealousy in him.
When he asked what happened, the group told him everything. Adrien pointed out how it wasn't the best move to out her and humiliate her in front of everyone to see, and let her get taken out of the school in handcuffs. Marinette shot back that that wouldn't have happened if she had been more sensible and Lila needed to be taken down in front of everyone so that they saw who she really was. Adrien felt even more betrayed that Chloe and Kagami agreed.
Adrien left school that day with a heavy heart and a loss of friends. Lila wasn't really hurting anyone, was she?

Chloe let loose on all the lawsuits. She made sure to be really petty with them as well, including adding in things from their past such as hidden cases of child neglect and bribery. The amount of papers that was given to each party had Marinette floored in laughter.

The day came for the trials, and no one needed to predict anything for everyone to know they were all going to lose.
And that they did. Bustier and Damocles were placed under arrest and lost their teaching licenses.
Lila and Alya however, were a different story.
Lila got the brunt of all the lawsuits, but Alya was charged just as serious as an accomplice and had more of a hand in the physical bullying against Marinette. They also had to pay back Marinette for every article of clothing or other damages to property that they committed.
The girls would be in debt for the rest of their lives.
