One sunny afternoon, Mew along with her friends are watching the Pokemon, including their own enjoying themselves. They either play, practice their moves and attacks, sleep, and even sometimes have a snack. They relax on the grass as the sun sets in the sky.
"It sure is a nice day and the Pokemon look very relaxed too," Mew says.
"Yeah. It's great," Tomo says.
"I agree. It's nice to relax a bit," Misty says.
"True, but I should also continue training for the Pokemon League," Mew says.
"That's true, but it's good to enjoy what today is going to offer," Misty says.
Brock then turns to Mew and asks, "Hey Mew..."
"Yeah Brock?" Mew replies.
"I was just curious, you know since you've been raised by Pokemon for a long time. What's it like? And what's it like living with Professor Oak?" Brock asks.
"Oh, living with the Forest Pokemon and papa is really great, he and many of the Pokemon taught me all kinds of stuff like how to battle, swing on trees and branches, swim, and all kinds of stuff. After living with Professor Oak, he along with Gary, his sister, and mom taught me a lot of stuff, including better on how to read and write. And I learned a lot of stuff. I remember Gary telling me about a 'Birthday party,' for him," Mew says.
"That's nice. Birthday parties are loads of fun, you get to have cake, ice cream, play games, and even get presents," Misty says.
"And you get to spend time with friends and family. You also grow a year older each year," Brock says.
"Yeah. It sounds nice..." Mew says.
Then sadly says, "The truth is... I never had a birthday party before."
"You never had a birthday party before?" Misty asks, surprised.
"No. I never had. I guess thinking about it is making me a little sad," Mew says.
"I'd be sad too," Misty says.
"Why did you never have a birthday party?" Brock asks.
Mew answers, "Well, I really don't know when my birthday is. My papa found me when I was floating down the river when I was a baby."
"I see," Misty says.
Mew lets out a sad sigh as Pikachu and Eevee comfort her. Misty and Brock can see that Mew is a little sad, she doesn't have a birthday party or even know when her birthday is since she's a foundling.
Suddenly, an idea hits Misty then asks, "So if you don't mind me asking, when did your dad find you anyway?"
"Well, the day when my papa found me was also the day Professor Oak and Gary found me, and allowed me to stay with them. From the 'Calendar' the day my papa found me is... it's actually tomorrow," Mew says
Suddenly, she hears her stomach growling. Then Pikachu and Eevee's stomachs. The three begin to feel embarrassed. Misty giggles and soon hears her stomach growling as well. Then begins to nervously laugh.
"Well, I guess we can start making lunch," Mew says.
But Misty quickly says, "Hey Mew, maybe you do some training for the Pokemon League Brock and I go make lunch."
Then turns to Tomo, "You wanna come."
"Sure," Tomo says.
"Okay. It's probably a good idea," Mew says.
Mew then turns to Eevee and Pikachu, "Alright guys, let's get some training started."
"Pikachu," (Alright, let's go.) Pikachu says.
Eevee happily says, "Eevee." (Training time.)
Agreeing to the idea. Misty, Brock, and Tomo along with Togepi, Meloetta, and Skwovet are in the kitchen. Misty has explained to them about Misty's idea.
Brock turns his head as he cooks and asks, "A Birthday Party?"
"A Birthday Party. We can throw a Birthday Party for Mew. Since she never had a birthday party before because she never knew her birthday. I say it's time she has one," Misty says.
"It's actually a good idea Misty. I'm sure it will make Mew happy," Brock says.
"And it will be good to throw her one before the Pokemon League. Wishing her good luck," Misty adds.
Tomo happily says, "Let's throw her a party."
"Sure. And I can cook her and everyone all kinds of food," Brock says.
"And we can get the Pokemon to help her out," Misty says.
"We can ask Professor Oak if we can have the birthday party in his corral or in the forest," Brock says.
Just then, Professor Oak walks into the room, "Did I hear about a birthday party?"
Misty and the boys turn to see Professor Oak.
"Hi Professor Oak," Tomo says.
Then Misty says, "And yeah. We're actually going to plan a birthday party for Mew."
"That sounds like a splendid idea. It was very nice for Mew to live with us, and I guess I didn't get to ask about her birthday," Professor Oak says.
"Well, Mew doesn't know her birthday since she was a foundling. When she told us that tomorrow was the day her papa found her and came to live with her, I thought it would be a good idea to have a Birthday party as well as an anniversary party. Like a Birth-iversary," Misty says.
"I agree. I say it's about time we give Mew a special celebration. We should start preparing right away. I'll call Adriana and Daisy and see if they can help," Professor Oak says.
"And Meloette, Skwovet, and I could talk to the other Pokemon and see if they can help out too," Tomo says.
Then Misty says, "We can throw her a surprise party."
"We'll need to get plenty of food and decorations," Brock says.
Tomo turns to Professor Oak, "Can we have the party at the corral?"
"Of course," Professor Oak says.
"Then it's all settled, we're going to give Mew the best Birth-iversary ever!" Misty happily says.
Agreeing to the idea, Misty and the others begin to set up plans to put this surprise party in motion. Unknown to them, the familiar figures, mainly Team Rocket, are hiding in the bushes close to the kitchen window, and have heard everything.
"This is interesting, the Pokemon Tweprette never had a birthday party before," James says.
"And the other twerps are going to throw her a surprise party," Meowth says.
"It's kind of odd that she never had a birthday party before, but who cares," Jessie says.
Then Meowth has an idea, "Hey, why don't we give the Twerpette a present of our own."
"She's our mortal enemy! Why would we want to give her a birthday present?!" Jessie angrily asks.
Then James sighs, "It's not like they're going to invite us or anything."
"It won't exactly be a present," Meowth says.
"What do you mean, Meowth?" Jessie asks.
"What are you planning?" James adds, confused.
Meowth then says, "Just listen, by the end of this celebration we'll be able to swipe the twerps all their Pokemon."
James and Jessie chuckle with grins on their faces.
Time has gone by and after having lunch with Mew, Misty, Brock, Professor Oak, Adriana, and Daisy are working on the preparations for Mew's special birthday. Misty holds out the list of the party preparations.
"Alright, here's how it's going to go. Adriana will be making the cake," Misty says.
Adriana smiles and says, "Yes. I'm going to make a Pikachu and Eevee shaped cake for her. I'm sure she'll love it. And we'll be having berry flavored ice cream."
Misty then turns to Brock, "And Brock, you will help Adriana with the cake as well as other food preparations."
"Got it," Brock says.
Then turns to Daisy and Professor Oak, "The rest of us will work on decorations, games, music, and other needs."
"Of course," Professor Oak says.
Then Daisy says, "Don't forget that we need to get presents."
"Don't worry, Brock and I got a few ideas, and with help from some of the Pokemon, I know a few ideas for gifts," Misty says.
Tomo walks to Misty and asks, "Misty, what's my job?"
Misty kneels to Tomo and says, "You have the most important job. Mew can't know anything about this, so you're in charge of distracting her. Help her with her training with the Pokemon league, pick some berries from the forest, exploring, whatever you like. We need to make sure Mew isn't aware so her surprise party will be a surprise."
"Right," Tomo happily says.
Then Misty announces, "Alright, Operation Surprise Party is a go!"
At the Pokemon Corral, Mew is with Eevee and Pikachu as the help with the other Pokemon train. As of now, Zeraora is actually teaching Pikachu a move as Gardevoir holds her egg, and Eevee watches from close by.
Zearoa tells Pikachu and Mew with roars.
Mew and Pikachu answer, "Right!/Pika!"
Mew then calls out, "Alright Pikachu, use Thunder Punch!"
Piakchu begins to speed up as he clutches his paw and electricity travels to it. At the right time, Pikachu throws his fist at the tree, causing electricity to travel though it and the tree shakes.
Zeraora nods his head with satisfaction.
"You're doing great Pikachu, you're getting the hang of that Thunder Punch," Mew says.
"Pikachu," (Thank you.) Piakchu says.
Suddenly, they hear Tomo calling out, "Mew!"
Mew and the others turn their heads to see Tomo with Meloetta, Skwovet, Mama Kangaskhan, and baby Kangaskhan in her pouch.
"Hi Tomo, how are you doing?" Mew asks.
"Doing fine. I want to know if I can help you with your training," Tomo says, eagerly.
Mew giggles and says, "I don't mind. It will be fun to have an opponent."
"So what are you doing?" Tomo asks.
Mew turns to Zeraora and Pikachu, "Zeraora is teaching Pikachu how to use Thunder Punch, and he's getting better at it."
"Pika Pika. Pika Pikachu" (I sure am. I feel stronger now that I've learned a new move.) Pikachu says.
"That's great. So can we do some training, please?!" Tomo asks.
"Let's make this a double battle," Mew says.
"Yeah!" Tomo cheers.
Soon, Mew and Tomo are standing on opposite sides of an area of the field and ready for a double battle. Pikachu, Eevee, Meloetta, Skwovet, Zeraora, the two Kangaskhan, and Gardevoir are watching.
Mew then calls out as she throws her Pokeballs, "Skitty! Miltank! I choose you!"
The Pokeballs open letting Skitty and Miltank out.
Tomo calls out, "Stantler! Smeargle! Go!"
With that, Stantler and Smeargle are on the battlefield.
"Alright Tomo, I'll let you have the first move," Mew says.
"Okay. Then let's begin the battle," Tomo says with a nod.
Then calls out, "Stantler, let's start with your Tackle Attack on Skitty!"
Stantler begins to charge towards Skitty.
"Skitty, dodge and use Double Slap!" Mew calls out.
Skitty runs and dodges the attack. She then jumps up and performs Double Slap on Stantler.
Tomo calls out, "Stantler, use Headbutt!"
Stantler then performs Headbutt on Skitty, causing it to fall to the ground.
"Skitty, you're alright?!" Mew asks.
Skitty shakes her head and answers, "Meow!" (Okay.)
"Now Miltank, give it your Body Slam attack!" Mew calls out.
Miltank then charges and jumps into the air, and lands on Stantler with a powerful thud.
"Smeargle, give Miltank your Fury Swipe!" Tomo calls out.
With that, Smeargle gives Miltank the Fury Swipe.
"Skitty, Tackle on Smeargle!" Mew calls out.
Skitty then tackles Smeargle.
"You're doing good Tomo," Mew says.
"You too, sis," Tomo says.
Then Mew says, "But we still have a battle going on, so let's continue."
"Skitty, time to use your new move! Use Assist!" Mew calls out.
Skitty then performs Assist and then Air Slash has been performing striking both Stantler and Smeargle.
Tomo becomes shocked to see it, "But... how?"
"Assist is a move that allows the Pokemon a move from my other Pokemon, even some who aren't in battle. In this case, Skitty is able to use the attack from one of my Pokemon that can use Air Slash," Mew says.
"That's really cool," Tomo says.
"Yeah, but the move that appears during assist comes out randomly so it's hard to know which move it's going to use," Mew says.
Tomo nods his head, "Right."
And son, Mew and Tomo continue to have their Pokemon battle. Meanwhile, in Professor Oak's lab, Adriana and Brock are in the kitchen making food preparations. They have already gone to the store and bought their ingredients. Adriana is mixing the cake batter while Brock is chopping the vegetables.
Brock finishes and says, "There. That should do it."
Then turns to Adriana, "How's the cake doing?"
"The cake is doing fine. I think a chocolate cake will be perfect for her," Adriana says.
Coming into the kitchen, Misty is carrying a box full of decorations. Togepi walks behind her with a smile.
"I'm back, and I got all the decorations," Misty says.
"That's great. We just need to have them set up tomorrow," Brock says.
Misty then puts the box in the closet close by, "We just need to make sure Mew doesn't suspect anything so it won't ruin the surprise."
Professor Oak walks over and says, "I've just sent Aerodactyl and Charizard along with Wingull and Duckett to get the stuff we need."
"Great. This party is going to be really special," Misty says.
Brock asks, "Where do you send the Pokemon to get?"
"I kind of call in a few people and the Pokemon are traveling over to get some presents," Misty says.
Professor Oak smiles and says, "It's a good thing I've already got a gift in mind for Mew."
"What is it?" Misty asks.
"You'll have to wait until tomorrow," Professor Oak says with a smile.
Daisy soon walks into the kitchen herself with different bags of party supplies, decorations, streamers and goodies. Another bag has some fabric and other materials
"There. I think I got everything we need," Daisy says.
Misty asks, "What are those for?"
"Well, some are decorations and such, and the other has a few materials for Mew's present," Daisy says.
"That's good," Misty says.
Then walks outside, as she says to herself, "I wonder how Mew and Tomo are doing?"
Misty then walks outside and notices from a distance away, she can see Mew is having a Double Pokemon Battle with Tomo.
Misty giggles and says, "It looks like Tomo is doing a good job keeping Mew busy."
"Yeah. The Pokemon League is almost a month away, so I wouldn't be surprised if Mew wants to be ready for it," Brock says.
"Yeah. I wonder what the other Pokemon are up to. When I told them about the surprise party, they got very excited," Misty says.
"I wouldn't be surprised. After all, Mew has raised them with love and care. I wouldn't be surprised if the Pokemon are planning to give Mew a few presents themselves," Professor Oak says.
"You might be right," Adriana says.
And the Professor is right, after being told of the surprise party for Mew, the Pokemon decide to give Mew a few presents of their own. They gather berries, herbs, mushrooms, anything they can find in the forest for her. While Mew is battling with Tomo, the Pokemon are more than eager to give her presents.
Back at the lab, Brock and Adriana continue with the food preparations that can be done today and have everything else to be prepared the next day. Misty, Daisy, and Professor Oak have the decorations prepared for the place to be decorated. While everyone is preparing everything in the lab, Mew and Tomo continue to have their battle, and they are having a blast. The Pokemon from the forest, including Mew's Pokemon help gather some presents or things they can find in the forest. Charizard, Aerodactyl, and Wingull return with the presents in bags and other stuff.
After a very long day, and late into the night, Mew and Tomo are sleeping in their bed with their Pokemon. Misty and Brock take a peek to see them fast asleep. Brock then closes the door and they both walk down the stairs to see all the decorations are set up, cake is finished, and many of the presents are at the corner of the room.
"There. The party is all finished," Misty says.
"Everyone is decorated outside as well," Daisy says.
"And it's perfect for Mew's birthday tomorrow," Brock says.
"Now we just need to wait for tomorrow for the big day," Professor Oak replies.
Meanwhile, somewhere in the forest, Team Rocket are busy at work with a surprise on their own. They try to remain quiet as possible and make sure that it's all set for the big day.
The next day, Mew, Tomo, and the others are still fast asleep in the room. Until Mr. Mime walks inside and heads towards the bed.
Mr Mime shakes Mew's shoulder and calls out, "Mr. Mime. Mr. Mime. Mime Mr. Mime." (Mew, it's time to wake up. It's morning.)
Soon enough, Mew begins to wake up and turns to see Mr. Mime who is smiling at her.
Mew smiles and says, "Morning Mr. Mime."
"Mr. Mime," (Good morning.) Mr. Mime happily says.
Mew turns to see Tomo and the others waking up.
Tomo notices Mew up and happily says, "Morning Mew."
"Morning Tomo. Morning everyone," Mew replies.
Pikachu, Eevee, Meloetta, and Skwovet happily answer.
After Mew and Tomo change and get dressed, they walk down the stairs. Of course, Tomo is practically dragging Mew by her wrist.
"Come on sis, hurry up," Tomo says.
"Okay, okay," Mew replies.
Pikachu, Eevee, Meloetta, and Skwovet are very excited.
"You all look excited today," Mew says.
"That's because we got something for you," Tomo says.
"What?" Mew asks.
Tomo grins and says, "You'll see."
Soon, the group stops in front of the door that leads to the lab.
Tomo calls out, "We're here!"
"Okay. What's this about?" Mew asks.
"You'll see," Tomo says.
Tomo opens the door and walks inside with Mew and the Pokemon close behind. Mew then looks around to see no one is here, but sees a lot of decorations, tables full of goodies, and some food.
"What's going on?" Mew asks.
Tomo says, "Come outside, there's more."
Tomo opens the back door and runs through with the Pokemon. Confused, Mew decides to follow to see what's going on. To Mew's surprise, she sees Misty Brock, Tomo, Pikachu, Eevee, along with Professor Oak, Daisy, Adriana, and all of her Pokemon she has caught, and her friends from the forest.
Everyone shouts with excitement, "Surprise! Happy Birthday Mew!"
Mew becomes surprised to hear this, "What is this?"
"It's a surprise party for you, Mew," Misty says, holding a goodie bag.
Brock walks over with a party hat, "We thought it would be good to make this day your official birthday."
"Really? You all did this for me?" Mew asks.
"We thought it would be good to have a party today. Your friends and your Pokemon have worked hard to throw a party just for you," Professor Oak says.
Mew smiles and says, "I love it."
Just then, Pikachu, Eevee, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and some of the smaller Pokemon give Mew small presents wrapped in leaves.
"Are all these for me?" Mew asks.
The Pokemon nod their heads with smiles.
"Thank you. You're all so sweet," Mew says.
"Well then, I say we get this party started," Misty says.
"Yeah!" Everyone cheers.
And with that the celebration starts.

They begin to have fun playing ball. Cinderace ends up hitting Charizard on the head, causing Charizard to chase Cinderace in rage.

After that, the Water Pokemon, including Mew and the others, play a water fight. Some of the other Pokemon enjoy showers or spray from the water.

Then Mew, Pikachu, Eevee, and the others play with the baby Pokemon.

After the many fun they have, the group gather together and sing to Mew as she sits at a table with her birthday cake with lighted candles.

Soon everyone begins to eat their food, human and Pokemon alike, and the food tastes delicious.

Soon after, Mew has been given multiple presents from her friends, humans and Pokemon alike. Many of her Pokemon have given her berries: Oran Berries, Pecha Berries, Nanab Berries, Tomato Berries, Bluk Berries, Razz Berries, and more. Herbs: Energy Roots, Revival Herbs, Healing Powder, Salveyo Weed and Remeyo Weed. Evolution items: A Fire Stone, Water Stone, Leaf Stone, Thunder Stone, Moon Stone, an Ice Stone, A DeepSeaTooth and Scale. Some even give her some honey, Small Mushrooms, Big Mushrooms, and other stuff.
After many of the Pokemom have given their presents, Misty decides to present her gift.
"Here Mew, it's for you," Misty says.
"Thanks Misty," Mew says, taking the present.
She opens it to see six Pokeballs and they all have a blue, pale blue, and a light blue color with wave-like designs.
"Wow. These are Dive Balls. Thanks Misty," Mew says.
"You're welcome," Misty says.
Professor Oak then presents his present, "And this one's for you."
Mew looks to see Professor Oak holding a small yellow device that has some black marking and a round orb in the middle.
"What is it?" Mew asks.
"It's a Pokenav. It's a new device that will be very useful on your journey. It has a map, condition status, and other features," Professor Oak says.
"Thanks Professor," Mew says.
"That will come in handy," Brock says.
"And will make sure we don't get lost," Misty says.
"Yeah," Misty says.
"Here's mine," Brock says, giving Mew his present.
Mew opens it to see a book, "A book?"
"It's a book that will help teach you about Pokemon breeding, and has tips on Pokemon care," Brock says.
"I want something that you, Pokemon and Eevee are going to love," Daisy says.
Soon Eevee is given a pink scarf that has dark pink polka dots. Pikachu ends up wearing a black and yellow color band around his neck. Mew is wearing a blue and white color ribbon on her head that has a gold yellow button in the middle.
"Thanks Daisy, they're very pretty," Mew says.
"Pika Pika," (It looks cool.) Pikachu says.
"Eevee," (I love it.) Eevee says.
Mew happily says, "Thank you everyone. I really have a great birthday."
"Yeah. And hope to have more birthdays for you to come," Misty says.
Zeraora then gives Mew a hug and Mew hugs him back.
"Thank you papa," Mew happily says.
Suddenly, they begin to hear and feel rumbling sounds on the ground, and catch everyone's attention.
"What's that?" Misty asks, shocked.
"Is it an earthquake?!" Brock asks.
Mew notices, "No. I think someone or something is coming our way."
Everyone turns their heads to see something big and tall heading their way. It's rolling on four large wheels, and it seems to be pink and white, and has a red 'R' on it. On top, it has a Meowth head on a candle. When it arrives, it looks like a large birthday cake.
"What is that?" Mew asks.
"It looks like a giant birthday cake.
Suddenly, they begin to hear familiar laughter.
Then three familiar voices begin to perform their motto.
Jessie:
Prepare for trouble!
James:
Make it double!
"On no!" Brock says.
"Not them!" Misty adds.
Jessie:
To protect the world from devastation.
James:
To unite all peoples within our nation.
Soon, the hatch opens to reveal Team Rocket inside the giant cake and show the controls.
Jessie:
To denounce the evils of truth and love!
James:
To extend our reach to the stars above.
Jessie:
Jessie.
James:
James.
Jessie:
Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!
James:
Surrender now or prepare to fight.
Meowth:
Meowth! That's right!
"Team Rocket!" Mew exclaims in shock.
"What are you crooks over here?!" Brock demands.
Jessie says through the speaker, "We heard that it's the Twerpette's birthday, so we decided to crash."
"And we decided to go festive and bring forth a Birthday Robot Cake," James says.
"And now we can start the celebration by taking all your Pokemon!" Meowth says, and presses the button.
The candles go out and vacuum hoses. Soon, they begin to suck everything in its path. Soon, many of the group's Pokemon are starting to get sucked in.
"They're taking all the Pokemon," Brock says.
"We gotta help them somehow!" Misty says.
"But what can we do, if we try to attack, some of the Pokemon who are trapped could get hurt!" Mew says.
Pikachu and Eevee try to remain grounded, but soon are being carried away as well. Mew gapss and reaches out to them, but soon, she begins to get carried away as well. They all get sucked into the hose and trapped inside.
The group exclaims, "Mew!"
Mew, Eevee, and Pikachu fall through the tube and on the ground with a thud. They all sit up and are soon happily greeted by Ponyta, Wooloo, Cutiefly, Kabuto, Shiny Ditto, Blue Shellos, and Weepinbell.
"You're all okay," Mew replies.
Then looks around to see themselves trapped, "We gotta get out of here."
Soon, they see many of the Pokemon falling into the room, and it's starting to fill up. Meanwhile, Misty, Brock, Tomo, and the others are trying to get as many of their Pokemon as they can into their Pokeballs.
"We gotta get Mew and the other Pokemon out of there!" Tomo says.
"But we can't use any attacks that might hurt them!" Misty says.
Soon, Team Rocket laughs evilly.
"That's right. You can't do anything without hurting the birthday twerp," Jessie says.
"And your precious Pokemon inside," James says.
"Let's finish with our catch and take them to the boss," Meowth says.
Suddenly, someone calls out, "Shiftry, use Leaf Tornado!"
Before long, Tam Rocket has been striked by a Tornado that has leaves in it. The tornado carries them in the air and makes it fall to the side.
Everyone quickly turned their heads to see a familiar face, "Gary!"
Next to him are two Pokemon. The first is a bipedal, portly Pokémon that appears to be made of wood. A shaggy white mane covers most of its face and trails down its back. Long pointed ears poke out the top of its mane, and it has a long, pointed nose and a large mouth with teeth that are usually bared. Its eyes are yellow with black sclerae.
The second is a white, long-bodied Pokémon with a small head and small, triangular ears. Its forehead has a purple spot adorning it as well as a yellow one on its snout. It possesses a pair of long, yellow-tipped whiskers which have split ends. Its arms are almost completely covered by a large amount of fur that is tipped in purple and split at the end. Its torso has one purple ring of fur around its midsection. It also has purple fur on the bottom section of the torso, which resembles pants, and its bottom paws are clawed. It has a long, skinny tail that, like its paw fur, is tipped purple and split at its end.
Gary then calls out, "Mienshao, use Brick Break to free everyone."
The white and purple long bodied Pokemon jumps on to the side of the robot and uses Brick Break to break the machine to create a big hole. Inside, Mew and the others are surprised to see the Pokemon.
"Wow!" Mew says, amazed.
Mew then turns to the others, "Come on, let's go!"
With that, Mew and the Pokemon climb out of the hole of the robot and escape.
"Mew, you're all okay!" Misty says, relieved.
"We're fine, but what are those Pokemon?" Mew replies.
Just then, Gary hurries over, "It's mine."
"Gary! You're the one who got us out of there!" Mew says, relieved.
"Yeah. These are my Pokemon Shiftry and Mienshao," Gary says.
"Wow. They look great," Mew says.
Suddenly, they hear Jessie shouts, "Excuse me!"
The group turns to see Team Rocket are now standing on their toppled side robot.
"If you think we're going to let you get away with what we rightfully stole you're mistaken," Jessie angrily says.
"And that you had to destroy the robot we worked hard on making!" James says.
Meowth shouts, "Yeah! We're not letting these Pokemon set us up!"
Suddenly, Misty shouts in rage, "Silence! We're not going to let you get away with messing up Mew's birthday!"
Suddenly, Mew stands in front of them and says, "My Pokemon and I will deal with them!"
With that, Her Pokemon join in and are displeased to see them. Soon, Team Rocket becomes startled to see the group of Pokemon glaring at them.
"Alright everyone, let's get them!" Mew calls out.
With that, all of Mew's Pokemon begin to attack Team Rocket with their attacks at once, creating an extra powerful beam of attacks. Finally, Pikachu and Eevee perform Thunderbolt and give them the extra boost. Soon, they all strike at Team Rocket and set up a huge explosion, and they are sent flying.
"Woah!" Meowth screams.
"That smarts!" James says.
"Talk about an attack from all of her Pokemon!" Jessie screams.
They all scream, "Team Rocket's blasting off again!"
Soon, they disappear into the sky and a speck of light appears where they are sent.
After the crazy battle, Mew and Gary are happy to see each other again.
"It's great to see you Gary, but I thought you were training," Mew says.
"Oh because Grandpa told me about a special birthday party for you and I decided to come," Gary says.
Then he reaches into his backpack, "And I've decided to get you a gift."
And gives Mew a black long box, and a small box. Mew then opens the long box to reveal a flute. It's yellow with red rings and gold rings and one of the ends has a Pokeball on it. She then opens the second one to reveal a red Pokeball with black line in the middle.
"Oh my. It's a Pokeflute," Mew says, taking out the flute.
Then brings out the Pokeball.
Gary says, "It's a Cherish Ball. I found it during my travels. This Pokeball is very rare and you can use it to catch certain Pokemon. I thought it would be the perfect present."
Mew smiles and says, "Thanks Gary."
Mew then hugs Gary with a smile. Then Pikacu and Eevee climb on Mew's shoulders and snuggle her, making her laugh.
Tomo hugs Mew and says, "Happy Birthday, Mew."
Then everyone says, "Happy Birthday!"
Mew giggles with a smile. Then she brings her Pokeflute, and begins to play the song Meloetta sings. Hearing the song, Meloetta begins to sing along. Everyone smiles and sits to watch the performance take place. Despite the hitches, Mew is able to have a very special and a very first birthday party. Of course, there's still a lot to do before the Pokemon League, but Mew knows that she has friends and Pokemon who will help and support her. As the journey continues.
