They were in the cafeteria.
"Happy birthday, Aizawa" said Luke.
"Nope" said Aizawa.
"Aw, come on, Eraser!" said Present Mic.
"Yeah! Let's party!" said Ms. Joke.
"No. I hate birthdays" said Aizawa.
"I know someone who can change your mind. This is only temporary, but I'm bringing back an old friend" said Luke as he snapped his fingers.
Suddenly, Kurogiri reverted back into Shirakumo.
Aizawa, Mic, and Midnight all gasped and put their hands over their mouths.
"Shota? Hizashi? Kayama? Why are you all adults? Weren't we just fighting a villain? The last thing I remember was a building about to fall on me" said Shirakumo.
"Here's a quick run down on what happened, Mr. Shirakumo" said Luke.
One explanation later...
"Well, if I'm gonna be dead again soon, I want to spend my remaining time with my best friends and be there for my buddy on his birthday" said Shirakumo.
Aizawa broke down in tears and hugged his friend.
"Ok" he sniffed.
They did some partying. At then end, Aizawa blew out the candles, Shinso, Shirakumo, and Present Mic hugged him, and Ms. Joke kissed him on the cheek, making him blush slightly.
"Alright. Time's up" said Luke.
"It's been fun, guys. See you in the next life" said Shirakumo.
"See ya, buddy" said Present Mic.
"Goodbye, old friend" said Aizawa, still with some tears in his eyes.
Luke snapped his fingers, and Shirakumo was back to Kurogiri.
"What did I miss?" Kurogiri asked.
"Back to the theater" said Luke.
