"What are we doing this time?" Jeno asks in amusement.
Mark rolls his eyes. "You act like this is all me. I had you give me options."
"And I still don't know, Pumpkin."
"Okay, no."
Jeno shoulders shake with laughter as he looks at Mark's display of protest. "You shouldn't have denied it."
"Goddammit."
Jeno chuckles and then looks to get a clear view of where they are. Shouting in the distance gets his attention. And the he turns to Mark after he hears the trunk slam.
"A skatepark", Jeno says in disbelief.
Mark nods. "Yeah. I always saw you super happy when we went. Like, it seemed like nothing could take our your happiness."
Jeno crushes in Mark in a bear hug, feeling so appreciative of the male. But along with it is the guilt.
"I am so sorry for how I treated you before", he mumbles.
"You already apologized."
"That doesn't mean I stopped being sorry."
"Jeno, it's fine. Really."
Jeno pulls away so Mark can see him shake his head. All Marks words die in his throat when Jeno gently takes his face in his hands.
"Mark, I am really sorry for how I acted before. I promise that I really, really want you my life and whatever I can have you." Jeno chuckles when he realizes what he's about to say. "And I never told you this but I think you're really fucking cute. And you're a dork but in, like, the most adorable way possible."
Mark grins and then shocks the boy by attacking his face with kisses, getting the reward of hearing the male giggling and seeing his cute eye-smile.
When Mark releases him, Jeno looks away, trying to hide his blush. While Jeno recovers, Mark places a skateboard into his hand takes Jeno's other to lead him to the skating area.
Jeno breaks away from Mark as soon as they meet the precast concrete. Mark smiles at the joy on the males face as he goes down the ramp. Mark follows after him, a little less confidently.
Though this is way less scary than the other things Mark is scared of, he still gets nervous every time he goes down the ramp. He's learned tricks before but he can't think of any of them.
"Hey", Jeno says, voice and hand on Marks, breaking him out of his thoughts. "You okay?"
Mark nods, though the uncertainty shows on his face.
"Want help?"
Mark shakes his head, just focusing on the skateboard, hoping that it'll distract from the uncomfortable feeling settling in him.
Jeno isn't sure what to do but he assumes Marks silence means he's just gonna do his own thing. Unsure of the mood, Jeno doesn't stray far from Mark but does his best not to look at him.

The two stay for a while before deciding to leave. Mark grins, his mood already improving from the other thing he planned for Jeno.
"Should I be worried?" Jeno asks.
"Of course not."

"Your apartment already?"
Mark rolls his eyes. "Shut up."
Jeno grins from behind him and follows him to the living room. "So, what are we doing here?"
"Relaxing and watching movies. I already chose the first one."
"What is it?"
"101 Dalmatians."
Jeno tries not to look too excited as he looks around at every place but Mark. Mark chuckles, still being able to see his face.
"Come on, show me how happy you really feel."
Jeno looks up, letting Mark see the small smile on his face. When Jeno sits next to Mark, Mark grins and opens his arms out. Jeno doesn't really have a choice as he gets pulled into a hug a second later.
"Thank you", Jeno mumbles into his neck. "You're so sweet."
"And you're so goddamn cute, you know that?" Mark pulls away so Jeno can see how serious he is.
Right before he gets attacked with kisses. The force is enough to push him backwards so Mark is almost laying on him but he doesn't mind. Especially when Mark pulls back to smile over him, it being one of the best sights Jeno's ever seen.
"You look so good right now."
"Just right now?"
Jeno rolls his, grinning. "Sure, just right now."
"Guess I'll never do this again."
Mark wasn't planning on moving but the grip on his waist confirms it, startling him and sending butterflies through him.
Don't do it, don't do it! Mark screams at himself, trying to avoid the impulsively decision he's really fucking close to making right now.
He wonders what Jeno's thinking as he holds his gaze, not making this any easier for Mark.
As the feeling goes stronger, Mark starts to realize what exactly is going on. Like it does every time something romantic is happening with him, the fear sets in.
Jeno furrows his eyebrows in confusion, seeing the mood drop on the males face. It's different than before, and it worries him. Mark looks scared, sad, and something else he can't name.
Before Jeno can question it, Mark lands on top of him, the male snuggling against him. What he's Jeno is the death grip he has on him.
"Please don't leave me", Mark mumbles, wanting to say it but not wanting Jeno to hear. But he does anyway.
"I wouldn't." Then Jeno chuckles. "Lele didn't tell you about the contract I made him sign?"
"I guess he forgot to mention it."
"Well, it was basically an agreement that we'd never leave each other. I don't really go away."
"Good."
"One thing, though", Jeno says.
"Hm?"
"You can stay here, but can I start the movie?"

Mark throws his phone onto his bed, not wanting to talk anymore. He leaves the room and shuts the door to add a barrier between him and the device.

Chenle groans, gripping the front of his hair in distress.
"What's wrong, love?" Jisung asks, gently taking his hand away from his hair.
"It's Mark. As they all are, he's scared but he...he's dated two people and the similarity in those relationships is what he's most scared of, and I don't blame him. I just wish I could guarantee that he'll be okay. Like I just wanna see the future and see him happy and in love and with people who are in love just as much, but I can't do that."
"I wish I could do that too. I wish I could always see the outcome of my decisions before I make them so I know what I'm getting myself into."
Chenle turns to look at his boyfriend. "You wanted to see that for me?"
"Of course. But I still got my happy ending without that and one day, Mark will too. I promise you that none of them would ever try to hurt Mark. Jaemin and Haechan give people the love they wish to receive back and you always tell me how amazing both Jeno and Mark is so I know Jeno will treat him well too. I get why Mark is scared but he just needs to know that there is a person, or people, just dying to have him in their lives and love him."
"Can you tell him that?" Chenle mumbles.
Jisung chuckles. "Sure."
He pulls out his phone but Chenles hand on his causes him to freeze. "Actually."

"Good to know your eyes are working."
Mark rolls his eyes but holds his door open wider. "Come in."
"I brought you food. I didn't really have a choice as Lele screamed at me to feed his baby while I was leaving and then texted me all the possible pranks he will do if I don't."
"Is it that bad?"
Jisung opens the messages with Chenle and shows him to Mark whose eyes widen as he reads the list that ends with a smiley face emoticon.
"Yeah", Jisung says in response to Marks face. "Really, he just wanted me to check on you and offer you advice if you want it but you're not obligated to listen and I will do more than just be in your apartment if you want. I really listen to whatever you say and just listen, if that's what you'd like. I have no problem with affection and if you would like a distraction, I'm weird enough to help you out."
"Thank you."
"Wanna eat?"
Mark nods.
No words are spoken as Mark gets out utensils and napkins while Jisung lays out the food on the table. Even when they sit down to eat, they still don't talk.
Mark usually likes silence, but not when he can't stop thinking. He begins shoveling food into his mouth, not wanting to give himself any chance to think about what's going on with him.
When they're done, Jisung cleans up the table and then goes back over to Mark and holds his arms out. Mark looks at him in confusion before Jisung gestures for him to hug him. Though, it's awkward, the hug is nice. 'Cause Jisung doesn't hug him like they're strangers or even distant, he hugs him the same way Marks seen him hug Haechan, Jaemin, and Yuta.
"Thank you", Mark mumbles.
"You don't have to thank me." Mark hugs Jisung tighter, trying to express gratitude. Another minute passes and then Jisung asks, "You like head kisses, right?"
"Yeah, but you don't have to."
"Are you still not aware that I love affection as much as my best friends?"
"I tend to forgot. Jaemin and Haechan seem more intense."
Jisung chuckles. "They are. But especially to you and Jeno, 'cause they know you two better. I don't wanna make you uncomfortable."
"I'm actually quite comfortable", Mark says into his shoulder, almost laughing. "And I could use some affection."
Jisung smiles. "Good." He pulls back enough to hold Marks head and then press a kiss to the side of it. Then, he waddles them over to Marks couch and pulls Mark down with him, making Mark fall on top of him.
"Jisung!"
"What?"
"You could've warned me."
"My bad. Mark, I am now going to become your human pillow and stroke your hair. Any objections?"
Mark shakes his head. "That actually sounds like a good offer."
"Mhm."
Mark comfortably lays on Jisung, feeling slightly embarrassed, causing him to turn his head so the male can't see his face.
"Do you already know?" Mark asks after five minutes pass.
"I know you're scared and your past experiences don't help you feel better about trusting."
"Can you give me advice or whatever?"
"Sure. First, I'd like you to know that Haechan and Jaemin are people who will show you exactly how they feel about you. If they like you, they will never let you forget it. I don't think Jeno would either. I'm told that you two love a lot. There's also something that my mom told me that I didn't believe all the time but I like to think of it. She said that someone in this world is wishing that they find me. Because I will be everything they're looking for, even if it's just platonic. Mark, you are absolutely perfect to someone, or multiple people, in this world. People want to love you. And they wanna love you and never let you go. It sucks when you think someone will be this person and then you find out that they're not, but then you can be relieved that you're not wasting your time anymore."
"But what if I wanted to waste my time? Because it was them?"
"Lele told me that you and Jeno told him that loving someone shouldn't hurt, that if they're right for you, you're not going to doubt that. And that they're going to be so well-suited for you that the pros always outweigh the cons. And that there shouldn't be many that aren't normal couple struggles."
"Uh huh", Mark mumbles.
"I don't really know what happened but Lele banned a name and I assume that was the name of your ex."
"Is it Annalise?"
"Yeah. She um, was, like, my first love. I was head over heels in every sense of the meaning, I just liked her so much and even when I wanted to feel as loved as I made her feel, and it hurt that I didn't get that, I couldn't even think of breaking up with her. She was so damn important to me that when I wanted some changes, I just dismissed it 'cause I would've done anything to have her. But I wanted more and I was way more intense about our relationship than she was and I just, I could tell when something was up, but I didn't wanna be right, you know? But she broke me up with me because she wasn't ready for me. It hurt so bad. I never cried more than I did that year and I had to avoid anything that would remind me of her at first."
"Why didn't you ever tell her you wanted some changes?"
"Conflict avoidance and the fact that I was afraid I would ask for a change and I wouldn't get it."
"Did she know that about you?"
"I don't remember what she knows about me, I just know it's enough."

(I already came up with ideas for Jaemin, Chenle, and Haechan and I will only allow Jaemins costume to be changed but I am going for a costume that Chenle would put him in. In other words, something that would be approved by someone who dressed as a stripper magician. And Jisungs costume is supposed to be thought of by Ten)
