I was walking on the streets one day when I saw a strange shop that appeared out of nowhere and I can hear two people shouting.
???: YOU FILTHY UNDEAD PREPARE TO BE PURIFIED.
???: PLEASE STOP.
I then heard some stuff being smashed around (Holy shit, whatever is happening in there must be some cray shit) I thought. I walked inside the store wearing my usual hoodie and not wearing my mask.
Darren: Alright wtf is going on here? Huh? Wtf???
???:Prepare to be exorcised.
Darren: Alright you crazy lady, back off for one moment.
I dragged the crazy blue haired lady off of the brown haired lady who almost had tears come out of her eyes.
Darren: Are you ok??
???2: thank you very much.
???: She's an undead, just let me exorcise her.
Darren: Ok wtf is happening, tell me your name so I can sort this shit out.
Aqua: I'm Aqua a goddess.
Darren: (Is she on drugs or something?? My girlfriend is a goddess not this random girl who has a god complex)
Wiz: I am Wiz, the owner of this shop.
Darren: Oh what do you sell here?? I wanna buy some stuff.
Wiz: *shocked face* Certainly, please come this way.
She started showing me around the shop I was actually extremely intrigued with what they sell here so much that I forgot about that crazy woman.
Aqua: DON'T IGNORE ME!!!
Darren: Ughhh please shut up, you're making my ears bleed. Sorry my lady
Wiz (if I got the correct name) started blushing and turned to the side.
Darren: Why are you here?? So called goddess.
Aqua: I am here to exorcise the undead.
Darren: Please do that another time, I wanna look at the store for a bit.
I released my undead aura by a bit and this apparently scared off the so called goddess as she ran out of the store.
Darren: Alright so what is this store about??
Wiz stood there, looking at me with a shocked face.
Wiz: My lord, you have finally returned. *while sobbing*
Darren: My lord?? Oh, you are an arch-lich aren't you? So basically my powers revived you.
Wiz: Yes, my lord. I did not recognise you at first, being in a completely different vessel. But now that I saw your aura. It is one hundred percent you.
Darren: You can say that I am your lord but not exactly at the same time.
Wiz: My lord, what does that mean??? Surely you have taken over this vessel already and had returned to your previous powers??
Darren: No, he didn't take over my body and force my body to absorb his powers. Instead, he gave the powers to me, knowing that I could use his powers better than him.
Wiz: No matter if you are a different person than my lord. As long as you have his powers. You are my lord without question and I one of the. generals of the undead will follow you forever.
Darren: Just a question, why did you open this shop??
Wiz: The reason I opened this shop was to find you again my lord. I was so depressed about your death that I couldn't leave my room for three weeks.
Darren: Wait I heard from the old man that if I died, the undeads I summoned would also die, how did you not disappear.
Wiz: I wasn't made from your powers. Instead I was imbued with the powers of light and darkness fusing together to give me a physical form. I also see that you are as flirty as ever, my lord despite being a completely different person.
I blushed a little at that remark.
Wiz: My lord, surely you haven't forgotten about the time we spent together. It was exactly 200 years we spent together.
Kurumi: Stay away from my darling please.
Wiz: A spirit and a powerful one at that. Stay behind me, my lord.
Darren: Uhh Wiz you don't have to do that that spirit is actually my girlfriend.
Kurumi: Is my darling CHEATING ON ME NOW??!!!
Darren: No, no, no absolutely not. This was a general from the old undead army that the previous Monarch Kiriya had created.
Kurumi: Then why did I hear about the time you spent together??
Darren: That was the time she spent with Kiriya not me I swear, I'm not even two hundred years old.
Wiz: My lord, how are you in contact with a spirit and a extremely powerful one at that.
Darren: What do you mean?? I just fought her, flirted with her and I guess it just happened between us.
I scratched the back of my neck nervously unknowing that two different auras had started to appear behind the girls.
Kurumi: He's mine you understand??
Wiz: You spirits killed me and now you want to take the one I love?? Then so be it I will kill you.
Darren: OK STOP BEFORE YOU GUYS DESTROY THIS WHOLE PLACE. Wiz please tell me what happened to you??
Wiz POV:
Wiz: Yes, my lord I shall tell you how the spirits killed me.
*Flashback*
I was running around the woods searching for a place for protection, when suddenly. I bullet pierced through my shoulder and I saw a figure in a dark hood asking me.
???: Hehehe, I told you already. Work for our leader or you die. It seems that you have already chosen the death route tho.
With that he shot me one more time through the stomach inflicting a fatal wound onto me. Before turning around laughing once more. My vision was blurry but all I can hear was
???: I am a spirit.
Before I fainted or died though. A dark aura came through the woods inflicting many slashes onto that person.
???2: Who dares to interrupt my meal? Ah, a lowly spirit dared to interrupt my lovely meal?? How dare you. Now by the time I return, my miso soup would be cold.
???: Forgive me please. Monarch of The Undead. KIRIYA!!
Kiriya: A lowly spirit dared to say my name?? Die.
He pierced his hand through that spirits heart and imbued it with undead magic, draining all of his magic away turning him into astral dust.
Kiriya: Oh, there was one more huh?? Oh, a lovely lady is here.
He took a look at my wound and yet it was too fatal for the Monarch's magic to heal me I almost said my last words before he shushed me.
Kiriya: You know that I won't let you die right??
He formed a figure out of his darkness while imbuing the power he borrowed from light and created a vessel that looked exactly like me.
Kiriya: Now, my lady. When you die I will use my powers to imbue your soul into this vessel.
Wiz: Wh- ar- y- al- ow- m- t- li-
Kiriya: Shhhh, the fact that you have lived this long was a miracle in itself. Please close your eyes.
Just like that I died and yet when I opened my eyes again. I was in a castle or more specifically in a bedroom. I looked out the window and heard birds chirping before someone knocked the door and came in.
Kiriya: Well, it seems like you're awake my lady. Care for some soup?? I just heated it up with some fire magic.
Wiz: Why are you helping me??
Kiriya: I don't know, I just wanted to I guess also because you're my lady.
Wiz: LADY??
Wiz: What do you mean lady.
Kiriya: Well I saved you and you're not in my control. The undeads I summon back are always under my control. Yet you're not and also you are the first ever undead I summoned that has a vessel.
Wiz: Why did you help me so much and who are you.
Kiriya: I am the Monarch Of The Undead Kiriya and the reason I helped you was because you are my lady.
Wiz: that doesn't answer my question.
Kiriya: Annoying.
Wiz: Huh?
Kiriya: Looks like I have to zip that mouth by force.
Wiz: (His mouth feels so warm)
Kiriya: Now that we sealed the deal with a kiss why don't you join my general ranks.
Wiz: Wait a sec-
Kiriya had already walked out of the room after that though. We spent a total 200 years together as lovers despite him being a 1400 years old man, he still had the body of a 16 year old. During that time, he showed no mercy to any spirit he came across. Many undeads even confronted me to ask what did I do to their liege as usually he wouldn't kill spirits that brutally.
Wiz: Kiriya, will I disappear after you die?
Kiriya: My lady what are you talking about? I won't die and even if I die you'll be ok because my vessel or my next life will find you no matter what.
That was his last words to me before he was murdered by a man who uses sun breathing though and I never got to hear Kiriya speak to me again.
*Flashback ends*
Wiz: My lord, how deteriorated have you become? To be ensnared by a spirit have you truly forgotten about me?
Darren: That was one of the memories that Kiriya took to the afterlife. He told me to also find you but was never mentioned where you were so I didn't know.
His face had guilt written all over them even his spirit girlfriend came over and comforted him.
Wiz: I can't see my lord being seduced by a spirit so if I have to kill you then so be it.
Wiz: Drain touch.
I grabbed onto his wrist and started draining his mana. He let out a groan of pain before I released his wrist and he stepped back.
Darren POV:
Darren: Wiz, I don't want to fight you. Seeing that you were Kiriya's past lover I can't bring myself to hurt you.
Wiz: You hurt me first. *summons katana*
Wiz: Moon breathing seventh form. Mirror of misfortune- Moonlit.
(Replace Kokushibo with Wiz, Sanemi with Kurumi and Gyomei with Darren)
Kurumi and I dodged that attack with little to no problem except she charged at me yet again so I also summoned my katana to deflect her attacks.
Kurumi: How come everyone knows moon breathing now.
Darren: From what I've heard from Kiriya, he only taught moon breathing to Wiz and one of his other commander I have no idea about the other people though.
Wiz: My lord. Please let me free you from this prison. Moon breathing first form. Dark moon evening palace.
(replace Kokushibo for Wiz and ignore Muichiro)
I dodged that attack while knocking over some shelves and stuff almost fell from it.
Darren: Geez I almost dropped that.
Wiz: Moon breathing third form. Loathsome moon-chains
(Replace Kokushibo with Wiz)
I dodged that attack again and I knew I had to fight back this time.
Darren: (But I can't win against her at the moment I can tie with her at best but right now, my power and the inability to decide would make me lose)
Wiz: Don't think that you have my lord's power and you look down on me now. There was a significant power difference from me to the commanders if you can't even defeat me. How can you defeat the commanders.
Darren: Moon breathing second form. Pearl flower moon-gazing
(Kokushibo is Darren and Gyomei is Wiz)
Wiz: Finally decided to fight back huh? This won't be a challenge if you don't fight back.
Darren: Moon breathing fifth form. Moon Spirit Calamitous Eddy
Wiz blocked i with her sword though and with me still recovering from drain touch I can summon Zaphkiel but I can only use Yud from it.
Darren: (Yud, that's exactly what I need)
Darren: *sheaths katana* Zaphkiel
Wiz had her eyes widen and jaw wide open she also gritted her teeth in anger.
Wiz: HOW DARE YOU ACCEPT SPIRIT POWERS!!! YOU ARE NO LONGER MY LORD.
The powers that Kiriya gave me had a tingle inside my body I don't know why but tears also started streaming down my face. Was it from Kiriya's lover hating me or was it because I failed him?
Darren: Zaphkiel. YUD.
I pinned Wiz to the wall while I shot myself and her with Yud. She saw all of my past memories even the ones I didn't want her to see. The words that Kiriya spoke to me, the way I obtained these powers and the way that I was treated in the past. Was all shown to the arch-lich in front of me.
Wiz: My lord, I didn't know you had to suffer so mu-
I kissed her, my body did it on instinct though and Kurumi just stood there, smiling at us.
(Wiz is on the left and Darren is on the right)
Darren: I don't deserve your forgiveness I know but I would still like to make it up to you.
Wiz had a look of shock on her face while Kurumi dragged her to the side and whispered to her about something. When they came back, Wiz was blushing and Kurumi started saying.
Kurumi: Darren-kun now Wiz and I have actually decided to share you.
Darren: Huh?? Excuse me??
Kurumi: You heard what I said, cmon Wiz. Let's go back to the base, Darling is cooking tonight as he's a playboy.
Darren: Haaah, another woman entered my life I guess. Things would be extra interesting from now on. By the way, Wiz have you actually sold anything while you were in that shop for 10 years??
Wiz blushed in embarrassment while saying.
Wiz: I sold a few but they all got refunded.
I was laughing my head off at the cute general who couldn't sell anything in ten years. With that, Kurumi, Wiz and I went back home under the moonlight unknowing that a pair of eyes had already set its sight onto us.
???: Spirit located. Ara~ Ara~.
