Nandini landed in Mumbai safely at 5pm, she came out of the airport and smiled.
Nandini: Get ready for the surprise everyone.
She took her luggage and booked a cab and when she spotted the cab she got inside and started for Malhotra Mansion which would take almost 45 mins and she knew that till that time everyone would be home.
Here Manik and everyone came home from office and went to get fresh. While Nyonica was in the kitchen preparing for dinner.Suddenly the door bell rang making Nyonica frown.
Nyonica: Mohan please open the door.
On not hearing a response she put the flame on slow and went out to open the door.
On opening the door she gasped looking at Nandini. Nandini smiled at her and immediately hugged her.
Nandini: Maa how are you? I missed you so much.
Nyonica: Nandu bacha are you for real?
Nandini: Offcourse Maa It was a surprise and looking at your face I am successful in my plan.
Nyonica: When? how? You were supposed to come next week.
Nandini: Surprise Maa. Are you not happy seeing me?
Nyonica: No no I am so happy seeing my daughter after so many months. *She immediately took her in a hug with tears in her eyes* Oh My God I still can't believe you are here.
She broke the hug and kissed her forehead.
Nyonica:See how weak you have become and tell me who all knew that you were coming today?
Nandini: No one.
Nyonica: Nandu you should tell someone before planning such things what if there was some emergency, you can't be careless.
Nandini: I am sorry Maa, Now tell me where are everyone?
Nyonica: They are getting fresh you first come inside and sit.
Mahesh came inside but stopped in middle seeing Nandini.
Mahesh: Nandini, What? How?
Nandini and Nyonica giggled seeing his expression.
Nandini: Papa Surprise!
Mahesh came forward and hugged her.
Mahesh: Best surprise ever.How are you? How did you come so early?
Does Manik know you are here?
Nyonica: Mahesh shh let her sit and have some water.
Nyonica went inside kitchen and instructed to prepare Nandini's favourite snacks quickly.
Here Mahesh and Nandini sat down and at the same time Ranveer and Aashna came down with their Tom and Jerry fights.
Mahesh: Arre Bhai kya hua kyu bacho jaise lad rahe ho.
Aashna: Dad dekho na.......Nandu di.
Ranveer: Arre where did bhabhi come from Aashna she is in Chicago don't distract from the main topic.
Aashna: Budhu look there Dii.
Ranveer:*he looked at Nandini with wide eyes*
Aashna on confirming it smiled widely came to her and gave a big hug to her.
Aashna: Dii You have no idea how much we missed you but you were supposed to come next week na?
While she was asking questions Ranveer came before her and gave a hug to Nandini.
Ranveer opened his mouth but before he could speak Nandini spoke.
Nandini: I know you all have lots of questions but first sit and then I will answer.
Ranveer: How did you come from airport bhabhi?
Nandini: Cab.
Ranveer: You could have called me right?
Nandini: Veer it was a surprise.
Nyonica came and everyone sat and started asking her about everything.
Nyonica: Manu ko abhi tak nahi pata na tu aa gayi hai.
Nandini: Nahi Maa.
On the other side Manik who was inside his room got freshen up and tried calling Nandini he frowned when she did not pick up his call even though it was ringing.
At the same time Nyonica called him downstairs.
Manik came downstairs still busy in his phone.
Manik: Mom what happened?
Nandini: Mani kya phone ke andar kya ghuse hue hai?
Manik on hearing her voice looked up with a jerk. He looked at her and shook his head.
Nandini:*with open mouth* I did not expect this reaction Mani.
Manik came forward and touched her.
Manik: Are you real?
Nandini: What type of question is this Mani?
Manik:F*** No.
Smiling widely he hugged her tightly and lifted her from ground.Nandini smiled with teary eyes and hugged him tightly.
After few minutes they broke the hug and Manik looked at her with tears in his eyes and kissing her head. He looked at her and hugged her again.
Nandini: *wispering* Mani.
Manik: You...I still can't believe you are here. I missed you so much.
Nandini smiled at him and wiped the tears which was in the corner of his eyes.
Manik: How? When did you come? You were going to come next week right? Why did you not tell me you were coming?
Nandini: Mani shaant. I just wanted to surprise you so I just said that I will come next week.
Manik: So this is why your phone was off.
Nandini: Yes.
Manik: Who all knew you were coming?
Nandini: No one.
Manik looked at her narrowing his eyes.
Nandini: Ok I know I should have informed some one but I just wanted to surprise everyone and see this look on everyone's face especially your reaction.
Manik: You know this was the best surprise ever.
Nandini smiled at him and looked in his eyes with tears in her eyes.
Nandini: I missed you so much.
Manik: I missed you too Shona *kissing her head*
Ranveer who was with others in living room were giving them some privacy called out.
Ranveer: Bhai if you are done with your romance can we come there.
Manik: No you all stay there I am not done yet.
Nandini: *hitting his shoulder lightly* Mani....Veer you all come.
Ranveer: You sure bhabhi.
Manik: Veer ke bache aana hai tho aaja nahi tho beth vahi pe.
All of came and sat around dining room.
Nyonica: Nandu bacha go and get fresh then we will have dinner you must be tired.
Nandini: Yes Maa I will be quick.
Mahesh: Take your time beta.
Nandini went upstairs to get fresh while Manik looked at her.
Ranveer: Bhai aapko kuch kaam nahi hai.
Manik: Umm Haan mujhe ek important mail karna tha.
Mahesh: Haan jaa hame pata hai kitna important mail karna hai.
Manik blushed and went upstairs making others laugh. He entered inside and heard the shower running.
After few minutes Nandini came outside and saw Manik sitting on the couch. She went to balcony and put her towel for drying before coming and sitting beside Manik. He pulled her to him which made Nandini rest her head on his chest.
Manik: Finally I get to keep you in my arms and I am not letting you go anywhere without me. If you would have delayed more na than I don't know how I would have survived.
Nandini: That I can see Manik from closet to my dressing table everything is messed up.
Manik: You cannot blame me for that.
Nandini: I know and I too missed being in you arms. The peace I get here with you cannot be felt anywhere.It finally feels like I am home.
Manik: Hmm Now I get my peace. I love you Shona.
Nandini: I love you more Mani.
Cupping her face Manik placed his lips on her for a soft and gentle kiss feeling her near to him after such a long time while Nandini also reciprocated with equal passion. Breaking the kiss they looked at each other, smiled and hugged each other.
Manik:Shona.
Nandini: Hmm.
Manik: Let's go down for dinner, you must be hungry.
Nandini: I don't want to go.
Manik: I know I too don't want to leave but I also know that you have not eaten anything in excitement and also you are tired from the journey.
Nandini: I am not that tired and I will also be not able to sleep because of jetlag.
Manik: I know but first let's have dinner baby.
Nandini: Let's go everyone must be waiting for us.
Both of them went downstairs and had their dinner which was all Nandini's favourite.
After dinner everyone sat down and talked for some time mostly everyone asking and enquiring Nandini about her work and stay in Chicago.
Nandini: Please everyone don't tell anyone that I am here I want to surprise everyone specially Mumma,Dadda,Bhai and Bhabhi.
Manik: Let's call everyone here for dinner tomorrow.
Nandini: Mani but I want to go there can't we go and meet them.
Manik: We will go during lunch time and dinner we will invite them as well as our friends here.
Aashna: Yes it's been so long we have met everyone.
Nyonica: Yes, so it's decided tomorrow we will call everyone here for dinner.
Mahesh: Ok so now go and sleep Nandini must be tired.
They wished each other night and went to their room.
On entering their room Manik picked Nandini making her shriek.
Nandini: Manik what are you doing?
Manik: Nothing you are tired so I am pampering you.
Nandini: But I am not that tired.
Manik: Tchh kya yaar itne din baad I get to hold you this close don't interrupt me.
Nandini: Okk hubby *kissing his cheeks*
Manik smiled and carefully laid her down on bed. He came to his side and laid down beside her pulling her above him.
Nandini started at him caressing his cheeks making him close his eyes in peace.
Manik: What are you staring at Shona?
Nandini: I am just taking in everything that I missed, I missed this beautiful eyes staring at me every morning with that love filled gaze*kissing his both eyes*, I missed your morning messy sexy look making me push your hair strand*kissing his forehead* I missed your prickly stubble*kissing his cheeks* I missed my favourite mole*kissing his mole above his lips* I missed you random kisses and pecks which would make me feel special *pecking his lips* and I missed your voice and random songs which you specially dedicate for me *kissing his throat*.
Manik who was enjoying her confession looked at her with all the love and tears in his eyes he turned their position making Nandini lie down and Manik above him.Nandini looked at him and wiped his tears before caressing his cheeks.
Manik: I would have showed you how much I missed you but I know how tired you are baby, and I can't tell you how much happy I am seeing you here with me, feeling you near me, In all these months only I know how I controlled myself from booking my tickets and coming to you. Everyday I would wake up missing you beside me here.When I would get ready I would miss staring at you getting ready. I missed your irritated face and your scolding for messing up the closet. I missed seeing you dance, I missed you handmade cooking. I would keep on going but the list would not end.
Nandini on hearing his confession pulled him down locking her lips with him.Both of them started sucking each other lips he bit her lips making her moan he pushed his tongue inside . After getting breathless Manik pulled out of the kiss and touched his forehead with hers.
Manik: I love you Shona so so much.
Nandini: I love you more Mani.
Kissing her forehead he lied down beside her pulling her to him and caging her in his arms.
Nandini: Good night Mani.
Manik: Good night Shona.
