3 months in Lom Norway
You haven't been feeling well the past days, probably the fact that you was shot multiple times, was declared dead and woke up. And the fact you recently discovered the effect it had on your body.. You had scheduled a follow up at the news nearest doctor. Somehow you weren't nervous if something was wrong. More if something wasn't. The aching pain in your body was unbearable. Loki had found some work in the local book store. It was hard making thing go around, but you managed. So you had to do this on your own.

"So?" You say after fifteens minutes of silence.
"You're healing unbelievable fast, that's not what I'm worried about" she shares, as she looks at your blood work.
"What is it then?" you ask nervously.
"It appears that you're pregnant"
Your heart stops beating for a second, after your last appointment, you had been told that there was severe damage to your reproductive system. Your hope of starting a family died with Ultron.
"Miss Andersen?.."
"Yeah" you say shakily.
"Do you want me to do an ultrasound?" She smiles kindly. You can't really find any words, instead you nod you head. She sets up the monitor, and gently lifts up your shirt. You flinch as she smears the cold fluid over your stomach. "There it is.. it's heartbeat"
You turn to look at the screen, it's so tiny.. yet you would have thought it was gonna be smaller. "That's my.." you stammer. "It's a little bean" you chuckle.
"From what the blood work tells us, you're about 3 weeks along.. but from what we can see on the scan, it looks like you're possibly 6-9 weeks pregnant"
You can't really process this information right now.. how could the test tell you one thing and the screen something completely different. "That's not possible.. I lost" you whimper.
"You had a miscarriage?"
"Yeah about 3 months ago" there's a lump in your throat.. you turn to look at the screen. Either you're in shock or you swear to god there was two of them.
"Is that normal?" You question.
The doctor looks intensely at the screen. "I'll be dammed"
"There's two?"
"It appears it's twins" she smiles. "That still doesn't explain how you're 3 weeks along, but the fetuses seems to be at the stage of 9 weeks.. in general your blood work showed some pretty unusual things"
"Should I be worried?" You say nervously.
"Not at this point, but I would like to do some regular check ups, make sure everything goes smoothly"
"I don't know if ehm.. there's probably something you should know" you say hesitantly.. you know it would be much safer to do this back home, where people knew your background and Lokis. Saying this to a complete stranger might send you straight to an insane asylum.
"Everything you say here is completely confidential." She states.
"How familiar are you with the avengers?" You question. She looks at you confused. "Not much I presume"
She shakes her head. "The American super heroes?"
"I guess you could call us that.. I ehm." You've never had trouble explaining your powers before. But now it's seems insane. "I've been a test subject for a group of dangerous individuals, my nervous system doesn't work like a regular human" you explain. She slowly sits down beside you. "My body contains six glowing magical stones, keeping our universe aligned"
"okay." She breathes deeply. A better reaction that you had imagined
"And ehm my husband.. this is probably gonna sound more insane" you sigh. Telling a Norwegian doctor your husband is part of their old belief system, isn't on the top of your bucket list. "Are you familiar with the attack of New York 2012?" You ask nervously.
"I've head about it"
"Well my husband is a Norse god, you might have heard of him.. Loki?"
She steps away from you, looking sacredly at the scans. "Djevlen" She stammers.
"What?"
"You carry the child of the devil" she whispers. "I can't help you"
"Wait.. you need to help me" you plead.
She looks at you and realize the fear in your eyes.
"I'm sorry I can't"
"Please"
"I can find you a woman, she'll know exactly what to do.. but you can under no circumstances tell anyone around here" she hands you an address, before walking you to the door.
As you stand outside looking down at your stomach. You can't believe this is your life. The devils child..
You get in your car driving for thirty minutes until you reach as small cabin. You look down at the address. It's here. You slowly open the door, as soon as you do it opens. But no one's at the door. You hesitate for a second before walking in.
"Hello?" You call out. "My name is-"
"Y/n Stark.. I heard you'd be coming" you hear a gentle voice say. But how could she know your name.. you never told the doctor.
"I need you help"
Suddenly a small framed woman walks into the room. "Can I?" She asks reaching out her hand towards your stomach, you nod your head.
"That is truly magnificent" she chuckles. "Twins"
"So you can help me?" You ask.
"My name is Sól" she introduces herself as she clears out the space. "Don't worry, I will do everything in my power to help you and your babies" she smiles kindly. You feel a strong bond towards her, you can feel her pure intentions.
"Thank you" you murmur.
She hands you some herbs in a small bag. You make an appointment to visit her twice a month to follow the babies growth. To make sure your body doesn't bow down to the stress. She explains the old tale of Sigi a man who grew up on Midgard with his mortal mother, he's father believed to be Odín. The mortal body is not suitable for carrying children of gods, let along frost giants, but in some cases with the right help and guidance it can happen.

"How did it go today, you've been away for a long time" Loki smiles as you get home. He's made you a candlelight dinner.
"Good.. I went to see a new doctor" You've completely lost your appetite.
"Is that what's bothering you?" He asks. "You seem distracted"
"Could I get some water?" You ask. You realize he's poured you a big glass of wine.
"Yeah of course" he quickly gets you a glass of water returning to his seat. He grabs your hand. "What's troubling you Min elskede?"
"I'm pregnant" you spit out.. you didn't mean to throw it at him like that, is just flew out.
"You're pregnant?" He chuckles. "You're.. you.. pregnant"
"I know it's terrible timing, and I don't want to-"
Loki lift you up from the table swinging you around. As he gently puts you down. "You're pregnant?" He smiles.
"Twins"
"There's two?" He mumbles.. "I thought you couldn't.."
"So did I.. guess the doctor was wrong"
"How far along?"
"That's where things got complicated" you say as you sit down on the couch explaining him everything. Telling him about the doctor's strange reaction to your pregnancy. The meeting with the kind woman.
"I'm sorry y/n.." he murmurs.
"hey" You pull him close to you.. "we're gonna figure this out, we always do." You lean closer towards him, kissing him gently. "I'm pregnant" you say again.
"I can't believe it"
You let out a giggle as you look into Lokis happy eyes. This is everything you've ever wanted. Yet you still can't shake the words of the doctor out of your head.. djevelen
You finish your dinner slowly, as Loki walks outside with you, his fingers intertwined with yours. You sit in your backyard, watching as the stars brightly light up the sky. Back home it's never entirely dark, the light from the city always light up the sky. Out there there's nothing to distract you from watching the night sky. You wonder if your family is somewhere looking up at the exact same sky as you.
"Do you miss them?" He asks nervously.
"Stop reading my mind Loki.."
"I didn't have too" You remain silent, as you look into his warm kind eyes. "Aren't you safe here now?"
"Maybe I'm just paranoid.. but I can't risk anything happening to the babies..." Loki looks as you sadly, staying silent as you speak. "I finally have a chance of making this right.. I can't just cast that aside now"
"You still don't think it was a mistake?" He whispers, you're taken aback by his questions. He seems so unsure about it lately. It pains you to see him this way.
"Of course not Loki.. Falling in love with you was the one thing I've done without any remorse" Loki embraces you, you can feel him smiling. "I wish it didn't have to be this way.. that we could pack our things and go home.. but home for me is where you are" you assure him. "Do you miss it?"
Loki smiles sadly, as he presses a longing kiss to you lips. "Sometimes.. He's my brother"
"You could visit you know.."
"I can't leave you"
"You wouldn't be gone for long.. just check up on everyone.. make sure they're okay, and tell me all about it when you get back" you say quietly. You hope he'll do it, not just for you. There's something about the way he is here, he misses them. Even though he'll never admit it, you can feel it.
"Is that what you'd like?" He asks.
"Wouldn't you?"
"Perhaps it would be in order to make sure my oaf of a brother wasn't making a mess" he says proudly. You can't help but laugh..
"Oh I definitely would be in order" you play along. "I love you Loki" you smile widely.
"I love you infinite"
