"Answer me, Taehyung. Where is he?" Jungkook urged as he began to worry, his anxiety rippling through him the more Taehyung took time to catch his breath before answering.

"I searched the building. He left, Kook. Somebody..."

"Somebody what, Tae?" Jungkook urged, hanging up the conference call without thinking as he moved away from his desk, stomping over to Taehyung.

"Somebody harassed him. Jungkook, I'm sorry-"

"Help me find him, Tae," Jungkook spoke out, leaving no room for argument as his voice grew cold, grabbing his car keys from his desk and his suit blazer. Taehyung didn't need to say anything, following Jungkook as they both began to search the building once more.

Jungkook felt his heart beating faster, his body trembling from fear as he realized that his lover went missing. He was a grown man and could take care of himself but in the mindset that he was in, Jungkook didn't know what Jimin would do.

Taehyung and Jungkook didn't find him in the building. Both men were equally worried now, and there was no sight of Mr. Choi either.

"Maybe he went home," Taehyung spoke up. The entrepreneur nodded, although his profile was tense as he and Taehyung exited their work building, heading towards Jungkook's Mercedes. The three of them carpooled this morning and so, Jimin had no way of getting home.

Jungkook sat in the driver's seat and once Taehyung had shut his door, Jungkook sped off. He knew where Jimin lived, so he raced to the younger's apartment. He didn't care if he got a fine for driving above the speed limit. He didn't care if he unprofessionally cut his conference call. He only cared about Jimin, who was nowhere to be found.

Jungkook parked his car in the parking lot, before running into the lobby of Jimin's apartment. He asked the lady at the front if Jimin had come in, but she gave him a negative answer. Jungkook didn't listen, taking the elevator up to Jimin's apartment. When he reached there, he began to bang on the door, hoping that Jimin was there.

"Angel? It's me. If you're here, please open up! Tae and I are worried," Jungkook yelled from the front door as his fist pounded the door and yet, there was no answer. Jungkook let out a frustrated grunt, before he took the stairs back down to the lobby, before leaving the building. Taehyung was in the car, waiting impatiently as Jungkook entered.

"Anything?" Taehyung asked.

"Nobody saw him come here," Jungkook said as his tense profile really scared Taehyung. The brunette had never seen his best friend this angry or worried in years. Taehyung has never seen Jungkook care about anything in ten years, period.

They raced through the streets, stopping at Jungkook's penthouse building just in case the younger went there. Jimin did have fingerprint access to his penthouse.

Except, the penthouse was empty of Jimin. The pair searched some of Jimin's favorite places, including the coffee shop that Jungkook took Jimin on their first date.

They searched everywhere, and came up empty handed.

By the time it turned dark, Jungkook parked his Mercedes by the dock where his yacht was parked. After he searched the area and came up empty handed, he met Taehyung at his car who had also been searching endlessly. Both men had their blazers thrown in Jungkook's backseat, the sleeves of their shirts rolled up to their elbows as Taehyung clutched on his hair.

At first, they weren't worried because they didn't look for Jimin but now, after searching for hours on end and not finding him, they both panicked. What if he got hurt? What if something happened to him?

Jungkook slammed his fist against the hood of his car out of frustration as he and Taehyung brainstormed at the dock.

"Where could he be, Tae?" Jungkook began to panic, his breathing fastening as he felt a panic attack coming on. Jungkook usually had anxiety attacks, but he hasn't had one for a good six months. Now, he was over exerting himself.

Taehyung noticed this and immediately held Jungkook by his shoulders, looking at him with care.

"Breathe, Kook. We'll find him. He couldn't have gone far, okay? You love him, don't you?" Taehyung asked as he lowered his voice into a calm and sweet one, watching how Jungkook looked down at his shoes, avoiding eye contact as he brought a hand up to wipe one of his eyes. He was crying.

"I do..." Jungkook whispered as he began to cry now, worrying like crazy about his missing lover.

"That's good... Now, we find him and you will tell him, okay?" Taehyung tried to calm his best friend down. Jungkook nodded simply, wiping away more tears.

"Good... Now stop crying. We'll find him, Kook," Taehyung said before he hugged Jungkook quickly, to soothe him.

Jungkook hugged back, feeling a bit better but still incredibly broken inside. Until he found Jimin, he wouldn't be okay.

When Taehyung pulled away from the hug, he patted Jungkook's shoulder in an encouraging manner.

"Sh-should we try h-his apartment again?" Jungkook whispered as he tried to stop crying. Taehyung nodded, both of them moving to get into the car with Taehyung at the driver's seat. Once they both were inside and buckled, Taehyung paused.

"Wait. Shouldn't we go to the strip club? Just to check?" Taehyung asked, suddenly remembering that the only place they didn't search was Jimin's former work place.

"Shit, I forgot," Jungkook realized they both forgot that small detail. Why would Jimin go there?

Jungkook nervously bit his bottom lip, his usual anxious habit as Taehyung drove towards the club.

However, bright red lights flashed throughout the strip club as Jimin went back to work. He could work whenever he wanted to, as long as he paid Seokjin for the rental.

The dancer was back in his element, working a pole tonight as he wore his favorite outfit. He wore a red two piece dance outfit, with a low neckline and a high waist bottoms.

The dancer worked the pole that night, earning a whole lot of cash.

What led Jimin here?

Well, after running away from Jeon's Enterprises, he stumbled outside wanting to take a cab. Then, he realized just what this situation was. It was true. Jimin was an exotic dancer. He didn't belong there, playing pretend by being Jungkook's assistant. He should have realized sooner but pretending to have a noble career would never match up to his old career of dancing.

People didn't like him. He was the tainted one. He was the one that everybody stared at when he went out in public because rumors were that he was the famous exotic dancer, and the best the entire city has ever seen.

So Jimin came back to where it all started, which was where he felt like he belonged.

The ravenette danced, working the pole as best as he could, his legs wrapping around the pole as his hand held on, his flexibility being the main attraction.

After his stage performance, he went off and continued to do lap dances. He worked like this for a couple hours, working up a sweat and changing his outfit into a black one piece dance outfit with a high neck and glitter.

Now, he was giving a customer a lap dance. He danced with his back facing the customer who was seated on his chair, before turning around to straddle his customer who looked at him with unholy thoughts running through his mind.

Jimin felt the man's hands on his body, but he tuned it out. Jimin was back to square one, turning his mind off as he danced for a living. He couldn't go back to Jungkook, not after feeling as if he truly was a tainted man.

"Having a good time tonight, love?" Jimin spoke up in a sultry voice as he planted his palms on his customer's chest.

The man below him smirked.

"Absolutely," he responded. Jimin smirked back, his Sapphire persona on as he got off the man's lap. Then, the customer gripped Jimin's wrist.

"I'm sorry, sir, but your time is up. I have to move on to the next customer," Jimin spoke, staring down at the customer with a fake smile, the fakest he could muster.

"Oh, come on, baby. I'll pay you for another one-" the customer spoke while gripping Jimin's wrist. Before they could get further, the customer was punched in the face by an extremely furious Jungkook.

The customer let go of Jimin's wrist, the dancer immediately gasping at what he just saw.

Jimin brought his hands up to his mouth as his eyes recognized Jungkook who just punched his customer.

"Don't touch him," Jungkook glared at the man who previously held Jimin's wrist.

"Mr. Jeon!" Jimin hissed, coming out of his shock. He really didn't expect Jungkook to find him.

The entrepreneur turned around to see Jimin there, wearing a black dancing outfit that was extremely revealing.

The older man said nothing, taking his suit blazer that he held and draping it around Jimin's shoulders, before he gripped the younger's wrist gently.

"You're coming with me," Jungkook spoke out harshly, dragging Jimin out of the strip club and leaving behind the commotion.

Jungkook led Jimin out of the club, before the younger pulled his wrist away.

"Mr. Jeon, what is wrong with you?" Jimin asked out of frustration as he stopped in his tracks out of the club.

Jungkook turned around, seeing Jimin wearing his blazer and looking extremely tired.

"What do you mean? You were the one who came here," Jungkook shot back.

"I belong here! What is wrong with you? You can't just drag me out," Jimin spat, before Jungkook had him pinned to the side of the club's wall in the alleyway.

"Stop talking, Angel. You're making me angry," Jungkook breathed out as he was dangerously close to Jimin. The younger pushed Jungkook away, who easily stumbled back because he wasn't applying any force. Jungkook simply stepped back to give Jimin space.

"No! You're making me angry. Why can't you see that I can never work with you? I belong here. Even if you won't admit it, everybody will remind me when I'm away from you that this is where I'm meant to be," Jimin went off on a tangent.

"An angel like you doesn't belong here. Why can't you understand that?" Jungkook asked out of frustration.

"I'm not an angel, Mr. Jeon! Look at me. I'm a sinner. Everybody thinks so. What's the point of proving them wrong when they already see me as a slut?" Jimin asked his boss, both men feeling aggravated.

"You have to prove them wrong because you deserve to. You don't deserve this life. You're worth so much more than this. Please, Jimin. Let's just go back to my place and have our date-"

"There you go, again. We have dates, yeah. But what do I mean to you, Mr. Jeon? We slept together. We do so many things together and yet, what are we? Do I mean anything to you, or am I your little bitch like your employee said?" Jimin tested Jungkook's patience as he spat his words with venom.

"Stop it, Jimin! Just stop it!" Jungkook begged as he clutched his hair harshly, feeling beyond frustrated and angry but too scared to harm Jimin in any way.

"No, you stop it, Mr. Jeon. You take me out on dates. You give me gifts. You put so much care into our relationship but you have to stop. You have to stop claiming me as yours and putting so much of effort because I've fallen in love with you, Jungkook," Jimin said out of anger, confessing in the midst of everything as he didn't even realize it. He began breathing heavily after his little outburst, but he didn't realize that Jungkook heard him.

The older man immediately stalked towards Jimin, cupping his cheeks and pressing his watermelon flavored lips onto Jimin's. The younger was cut short of his ranting, but immediately melted as he felt Jungkook kissing him in the darkness of the alley.

Jungkook's hands cupped his cheeks, Jimin's hands coming up to fist Jungkook's chest material on instinct as they kissed.

Both men melted immediately, Jimin beginning to feel warmer wearing Jungkook's blazer as he wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist.

Jungkook kissed Jimin with eagerness, however, stopped when he tasted blood from Jimin's fucked up lip.

Jungkook pulled away immediately, looking down at Jimin but able to see a little patch of something dark on Jimin's lip. The lack of light made it difficult to see, so Jungkook brought a hand up to use his thumb to run along Jimin's bottom lip, feeling thick blood leaving a cut.

"Jimin... Why is your lip bleeding?" Jungkook asked the younger.

"Mr. Jeon..." Jimin spoke, unsure of whether or not he should tell Jungkook what happened.

"Jimin... Please, Angel... I- I love you," Jungkook confessed openly as he caressed Jimin's bottom lip with his thumb, caressing Jimin's cheek with his other hand as the younger had his arms wrapped around his waist.

Jimin froze. He stopped breathing for a long minute, before he shut his eyes tight.

"I'm dreaming... It's just a dream..." Jimin mumbled to himself. Jungkook started chuckling at the younger's cuteness, causing Jimin to open his eyes.

"It feels like it... But, it's real. I love you, Jimin. Please come back home with me so we can talk," Jungkook pleaded as he stared down at his lover who was looking back up at him with round eyes, clearly surprised.

"Okay, Jungkook," the younger said. The older man smiled brightly, hearing Jimin call him by his name finally. He heard it moments ago, but now it felt different. Jungkook wrapped his arms around Jimin's delicate body, holding him close.

"I'm sorry, Angel. I promise I'll protect you better. Nobody will hurt you again," Jungkook whispered as he held Jimin in his arms, the younger beginning to tear up as he reciprocated the hug.

Jimin had no idea which country he saved in his previous life to be able to have Jungkook, but he felt so grateful. Jungkook loved him back, and that was all that mattered.
