"Draco. It's him the Committee
should punish. It's him they
should send off to the forest, not
Buckbeak." Said Ron speaking up.
"Buckbeak's not going back to the
forest..." all four children were dreading the answer. "Where's he going, Hagrid?"Questioned Hermione.
"He asked fer the worse, yeh see,
Lucius Malfoy did. An' the
Committee granted it. Buckbeak's
bin sentenced ter death."
All four gasped in shock, Hermione held her hand over her mouth and held Y/N hand with her other one.

Third person pov...
Harry walks aside a fuming Lupin, who grips the map fiercely. They soon get to His classroom and walks in with Harry behind him guilt on his face.
As Harry walked in he was surprised to see Y/N sitting comfortably on the Professors desk eating some chocolate, she waved to Harry.
Who was surprised to see her up this late still and why her Dad allowed her too.
"I don't know how this map came to
be in your possession, Harry, but
I'm astounded that you didn't turn
it in. Did you ever stop to think
that this -- in the hands of
Sirius Black -- is a map to you?" Said Remus waving the map in hand around furiously.
Y/n watched on from the desk amused, she had never seen her dad this angry before even when she got in trouble for things he never gitnthis angry she watches as Harry walks silently.
The Professor can barely contain his anger and both third years could tell.
"Your father didn't set much store
by rules either. But he and your
mother did give their lives to
save yours. Gambling their
sacrifice by walking about the
castle unprotected, with a killer
on the loose, strikes me as a poor
way to repay them. I won't cover
up for you again, Harry. " He said finishing his rant to the boy.
Harry's eyes were wide by the end on the Professors rant. He saw Y/N smirking at him from the corner of his eye. Remus then tosses the map on his desk, and begins to sort through some papers on his desk.
Y/n grabs the map and looks through it annoyed she couldn't see anything on it.
He wasn't bothered why Y/N was sitting on his desk, Harry lingers briefly in the doorway, absently eyes the waxing moon that glimmers beyond the window, then starts to turn
away and Stops.
"Professor. Just so you know, I
don't think the map always works.
Earlier, it showed someone in the
castle. Someone I know to be dead." He said his back turned away from Remus.
Remus who was only half-listening speaks up "And who was that, Harry?" He asked looking at some paper in his hands.
"Peter Pettigrew." Lupin hesitates ever-so-slightly, then returns to his
papers. Y/N raises a questioning eyebrow at her dad wondering why he stopped.
"Very well. I'd like you to return
to your dormitory now. Oh, and
Harry? Don't take any detours." He said firmly at the boy, As Harry looks back, Lupin taps the map.
"If you do. I'll know." He said a knowing look on his aged face. "See ya Harry" yells Y/N as she waved at her friend.
