"Well, it's a…little girl ! " Nessa announced them gladly, "Congrats ! "
Cora cried tears of joy as Kalvin was smiling like a fool. They were happy to know that they were having a healthy little girl. It was definitely one of the most beautiful day of their lives. They couldn't ask for more. They were filled with pure joy and nothing nor nobody could break that moment away. It was their moment and they were cherishing it to the fullest.
"So, how are you feeling ? " Dr.Gregoirs asked them excited. They stay silent staring at the echography with huge smile on their face for awhile.
"Great ! " They answered in unison.

After the doctor appointment and the good news, Cora and Kalvin were on their way to D€nis€'s to eat lunch. They were still enjoying the moment even if they weren't there anymore, but in the car. They were in their own little world were nothing bad could exist.
Cora was staring at the picture grinning from one ear to the other. She just couldn't wait anymore. She wanted her baby girl in her arms right now. She wanted to see her face to know what features she got from her parents, so her and Kalvin. She was so excited. These four months seemed so long right now.
She wanted to be over with this pregnancy.
No lie, it was getting tiring. These hormones, that caused too much mood swings for her liking. She was always eating and peeing too now. And she was gaining weight. And her skin was changing too. Some parts were darker than others. Oh and her boobs seemed to be gigantic. At night when it was time to sleep, now she felt like she couldn't breath because of them. She felt like this pregnancy started five years ago and no five months ago.
"How do you want to name her ? " Cora asked him curiously.
He smiled and quickly looked at her before to get his eyes focused back on the road, "I think…we should let the twins decide."
She looked at him beaming, "Really ? "
He nodded his head, "So they don't feel kind of excluded of this, you know. Their opinion is important too. And plus, it's gonna be their little sister. By the way, do you want to tell everybody now or wait ? "
"Well, last week auntie May called me for the baby shower and she suggested that we should tell the gender to everybody at the party. I think it's a good idea, but I want the twins to know now though. And they know how to keep secrets."
"Okay, so we're just telling them from now and everybody else at the baby shower ? " He asked to be sure that they were on the same page.
"Exactly ! I can't wait to meet her and see her face. I know she's going to be gorgeous." She said as tears of joy were coming back in her eyes.
Kal grinned, "I'm excited too. I can't wait to hold her. I really want her to be here. Oh ! For the name, I almost forgot, we're giving her both of her surnames ? "
She didn't have to think about it twice, "Definitely ! She's going to be a McKall-Ryans."
He nodded smiling, "Okay. And did auntie May told you when will be the baby shower ? Because we still have a lot to do, like get her room ready and I want to start it after the baby shower since we'll have a few furniture to start with to put in her room and so I'll match the walls with it too."
She coed and pinched his right cheek, "Awwwwe ! Look at you being a father. Compared to a few months ago, I see that you're more comfortable in your new role. That's great ! I'm proud of you."
He chuckled smirking, "I'm proud of myself too."
"I could bet on it," She laughed.
"No, but for real, thanks so much for your help. You had been patient with me."
"Me ? " She laughed again, "YOU had been patient and with US ! There would be another man, he would've already left."
He smiled, "Y'all are not that bad. As soon as the twins will have their first check, they'll buy a new car though." He said causing her to roll her eyes and it made him laugh, "I'm just joking. Finally it was a good decision of them to do this, they helped a lot of kids and a man to have a better life. Their action was wrong because they gave my car without asking me the permission, but actually, it was an act of generosity. They taught me something."
She raised her brow, "And what is that ? "
"To be more selfless. By the way, I decided to give two of my cars away with a contest, then the two persons who'll get this will do anything they want with it."
She was surprised to hear him say that. He loves each of his cars like they were his babies, "Are you really serious ? "
"Yes. Look, there are people who can help the community, but who don't do this because they're too self-centered, what I was beginning to be with that new lifestyle. Now I know that I can't save everybody and improve everybody's life, but a little gesture can change so much. That's what I learned from the twins. I think kids are the better lesson in life, that's what my grandma was saying."
"Aw, that's so nice of you."

"The twins are out of school in a couple of minutes. Time to go." Cora said checking her watch.
After their lunch, the two decided to go to the mall. They hadn't something specific to buy, so they were mostly wandering hand in hand. By the way, some fans stopped them to have a picture or two and an autograph from Kalvin. They were also asking a lot of question, mainly about who Cora was, but of course they got nothing. Not even her name.
They had to be cautious with that type of information now. But the thing is that some people already knew Cora because of the club. And since P.Diddy recently did a party there, Di@mond's was getting even more popular. Plus since Fashion&Style cosmetic was going to do a party there too for their new perfume, they were making a lot of pub about it and it was advantageous for Cora also.
"Excuse me, are you Kalvin Ryans ? " A woman asked coming towards them as they were leaving Toy R Us. Kalvin nodded his head, "Oh my God ! Can I have an autograph, please ? My son loves you. And are you not Cora McKall ? " She asked then turned her head towards Cora.
Cora smiled politely, "Yes."
"And you're pregnant ! Oh wow, congrats ! Can I have a picture with you, please ? And I love your club ! I was there the other night and it was an amazing night, I had so much fun with my friends ! "
"Thanks so much for your support, we really appreciate it." Kalvin said as he took the paper and pen she had in her hands.
"Yes and you're really nice." Cora added posing for the selfie.
After the fan had everything she wanted and talked with them for five more minutes, they were finally on their way out to the parking lot, "We really have to get these bodyguards."
She fanned him off, "That's okay for now, I think. They're not crazy. And does it show that much that I'm pregnant ? " She asked pouting.
He slightly rolled his eyes. It was always the same thing, then she was unnecessarily going to fuss because of her weight. He stared at her thinking about the words that were going to get out of his mouth. For him, she looked beautiful with this long purple dress, the blue jean jacket and her golden thong sandals on. It was simple, but she was stunning in his eyes and you could clearly see her round bump. She was a cute pregnant woman.
"You're pretty."
"And fat." She folded her arms pouting more.
He sighed looking up at the sky, "You're pregnant. You're not fat, you're pregnant. Now, can we go please ? It's almost 3 p.m."
"O-"
"Excuse me." A woman walked towards them cutting Cora off and getting their attention at the same time, "Do you know a certain Donya Ryans ? " She addressed her question to Kalvin.
He frowned a bit wondering who was that strange woman. And how did she know his mother ? She looked familiar though. Very familiar. He felt like he knew her from somewhere and even that there had a particular connection between them, but he didn't know which one. It was so weird. The atmosphere suddenly changed, "Uh…Who are you ? "
She smirked with an eyebrow raised, "You'll know it soon. But in the meantime, can you give this to her ? Please. It'll be sweet of you to do this for me, son." She handed him a folded paper.
Cora and Kalvin shared an interrogative and confusing look, "Uh…okay, but if she asked who it's coming from, what do I tell her ? " Kal asked as his frown deepened.
She looked happier, "I put my name at this end, so she'll know, don't worry. Bye my baby." And with that said she left and they were speechless.
