The two sisters hugged the teen.
"It's alright now, Inosuke." Kanae patted his back.
"I'm sure your mom is proud of you. Very proud of you." Shinobu also comforted him.
Inosuke's cry got heavier as he cried on Kanae's shoulder.
Kanae didn't mind at all. He always thought of Inosuke as a naughty but very caring brother. He let him cried on her shoulder as long as his heart desired.

"Let's go now. We need to help the others." Inosuke said slowly.
"Yeah, let's go." Kanae agreed.
Inosuke then went and got his boar mask back as he then wore it again.
Kanae then took off her haori and tore it in two.
"Nee-San? What are you gonna do?"
"You need to cover up that wound, don't you? And Inosuke, same for you as well." Kanae replied with her warm smile.
She then used each of the torn haori to tie the wounds of the two.
"Thanks, Kanae-san." Inosuke thanked her.
Suddenly, Kanae dropped on the ground as she passed out.
"Nee-San!" Shinobu panicked.
"With what she did, it's obvious her body took a very heavy toll." Inosuke said as he picked up Kanae in a bridal style.
"Shinobu-san, let's go for now. We will find a safe place for her."
Shinobu nodded and they left the room looking for a place which could be safe.

"CAW! CAW! THE UPPER RANK 2, DOMA HAS BEEN DESTROYED COMPLETELY BY KANAE KOCHO, SHINOBU KOCHO AND INOSUKE HASHIBIRA!!" Several kasugai crows with a paper talisman on them each, exclaimed as they flew around the fortress.
"I'm glad to hear that. I hope we run into them soon." Tanjiro commented after hearing the information.
Kanao who was running next to him replied, "Yeah, and to do that we have to run around this place which would not be easy."
"CAW! HOWEVER KANAE KOCHO PASSED OUT SOON AFTER THE FIGHT! CAW! CAW!"
"What!? Tanjiro, we need to find them soon!" Kanao quickly responded to which Tanjiro nodded as they picked up their pace.
As they ran around the fortress, all of a sudden, the ceiling above them crashed, as a familiar demon came down from it and landed right in front of them.
The demon then said as it grinned widely. "It sure has been a while. I'm surprised you're still alive, being the weakling that you are."
Suddenly, the demon went in for a punch to Tanjiro as it shouted, "KAMADOOO TANJIROOO!!"
Tanjiro shouted back in rage as he also lifted his sword.
"AKAZAAAAA!!!"

Satoshi, Giyu and Aoi sheathed back their katanas after a short fought battle.
AROUND 15 MINUTES AGO

Satoshi, Giyu and Aoi are running around the fortress looking for literally anything. Slayers, demons, the exit. Literally anything.
"This really sucks. Where even are we going?" Aoi asked in an annoyed tone.
"Who knows? Hey Satoshi, can't you smell anything?"
"Besides you two, I can't catch any scent."
Right after Satoshi said that, he suddenly stopped and quickly unsheathed his blade.
"Satoshi-san? Anything wrong?" Aoi asked as she also stopped.
"I can catch a very slight scent of a demon. Get ready, you two." Satoshi sounded serious.
The two also quickly unsheathed their blades and the three of them took a fighting stance.
Satoshi sniffed the air a few more times before quickly realising the demon's direction.
"IT'S COMING FROM ABOVE!!" Satoshi yelled and the next thing they knew, the ceiling above then crashed and a bulky and giant mascular demon came crashing down from it.
He was shirtless and wore a pair of dark brown tai chi pants.
This demon took the form of man with long white hair which reached his shoulders. He looked to be in his late 20's or early 30's. He was extremely bulky and mascular. And very tall as well.
He wore nothing above his waist and wore a pair of dark brown tai chi pants.
But the thing which stood out in him the most was his pair of pure black eyes which lacked pupils. But, those eyes were not any pair of eyes found in regular demons. Because, his pair of pupil-less black eyes had the Kanji of UPPER MOON 3 engraved on them in white.
"So, we seem to have encounter the Upper Moon 3, guys."
Satoshi commented seeing the huge demon in front of them.
"We sure did." Giyu replied.
Aoi didn't say anything. She instead stared deeply at the demon's eyes as she breathed in a controlled manner.
"You three are Hashiras, isn't it? I can sense that your power is much more stronger than the slayers I have faced before." The upper rank said. He then grinned widely as he continued, "I love fighting strong opponents. Let's start the fight, come on!"
Suddenly, Aoi disappeared from her place leaving blue electrical energy behind as she had used,

and instantly appeared in the left side of the demon. He quickly turned around and went for a punch but Aoi quickly disappeared from her place and instantly appeared behind the demon and severed off one of his arm.
The Upper Rank instantly countered by delivering a side kick which would have killed the girl if it was not for her to leap behind the demon at the last second and spun in the air downward, quickly releasing five arched slashes accompanied by blue lightning in quick succession and slashed the demon's back preety deeply, as she had used,

"What the hell?" Giyu commented in amazement, meanwhile Satoshi looked at his tsuguko with a proud smile.
Aoi then quickly appeared beside the two Hashiras and stood next to them.
The demon healed all the wounds preety quickly and looked at Aoi with a grin as he tilted his head.
"You're strong, girl. I, the Upper Rank 3, Yokoma shall show respect for you."
Yokoma then took a fighting stance.
[AN - I know it's Annie from AOT, but the stance is similar to this.]
"Let's get fighting." The demon said with a smirked.
"I'm sorry, Yokoma, but we are in a hurry, so we can't take too much time." Satoshi said.
"Oh really?"
BLOOD DEMON ART
EXPLOSIVE SHOCKWAVES
Yokoma used a flashing flurry of powerful straight kicks, each creating shockwaves capable of destroying buildings.
As the shockwaves approached the three,
the shockwaves got neglected upon reaching them.
This was because Giyu had used,

and ceased all his body movements and entered a state of complete tranquility and deflected the shockwaves with imperceptible speed with his blade.
Right after that,

Satoshi continuously performed all twelve forms of Sun Breathing in a flash and the demon didn't even realise not only his neck being cut, but the entirety of his body falling off like large chunks of meat.
"Rest in peace, Yokoma." Satoshi said as the demon turned into ashes.
Satoshi, Giyu and Aoi sheathed back their katanas after a short fought battle.
PRESENT TIME

"That was..........quite easy." Satoshi commented.
Aoi replied, "Well, it is because you are too strong, Satoshi-san. The demon didn't even stand a chance against you."
"I guess. But let me tell you, everything will change if we encounter Kokushibo or Itaki." Satoshi said the last part in a serious tone.
"That's true. So we must find the rest fast. Let's go." Giyu said.
The two nodded and they sprinted ahead, further into the fortress.
As they were sprinting, they saw two kasugai crows flying around. They each had a paper talisman on them.
"CAW! CAW! THE UPPER RANK 2, DOMA HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY KANAE KOCHO, SHINOBU KOCHO AND INOSUKE HASHIBIRA!! I REPEAT! THE UPPER RANK 2, DOMA HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY KANAE KOCHO, SHINOBU KOCHO AND INOSUKE HASHIBIRA!!" One of the crows exclaimed.
Satoshi sighed in relief after hearing that.
Then the other crow continued, "CAW! HOWEVER, KANAE KOCHO PASSED OUR DUE TO EXHAUSTION AND THE ACTIVATION OF THE DEMON SLAYER MARK! CAW! CAW!!"
Satoshi suddenly stopped.
"What!? She passed out!? Where are they!?" He questioned.
"CAW! THEY ARE THIS WAY! FOLLOW ME!! CAW!!" One of the crows exclaimed.
"Satoshi, go! Aoi and I will go ahead and you follow the crow!" Giyu shouted at him.
Satoshi nodded and followed the crow and Giyu and Aoi continued heading forward.
They went in different directions.
GIYU'S POV

There would be no point in stopping Satoshi, so I told him to head to Kanae.
And he went in a different direction following the crow.
As Aoi and I sprinted further into the unknown place, I saw more crows flying ahead.
One of the crows then flew towards us and informed, "CAW! CAW! SANEMI SHINAZUGAWA AND GYOMEI HIMEJIMA HAVE ENCOUNTERED ITAKI SATO! CAW! I REPEAT! SANEMI SHINAZUGAWA AND GYOMEI HIMEJIMA HAVE ENCOUNTERED ITAKI SATO!! CAW! CAW!"
"TAKE US TO THEM!" I shouted at the crow.
"CAW!! FOLLOW ME!! CAW! CAW!" The crow shouted and it flew towards the direction where Itaki was and Aoi and I followed it.
After running after the crow for some time, both Aoi and I saw a very huge lightning bolt in a distance followed by an ear tearing thunder.
It was Itaki Sato.
After a while, we finally saw Sanemi and Gyomei battling the former Thunder Hashira, now a demon, Itaki Sato.
Without wasting any time, Aoi and I joined the battle.
SATOSHI'S POV

I was a bit hesitant to leave Giyu and Aoi and head in a different direction, but after Giyu told me to go to Kanae, I decided to do that.
I followed the crow and headed for Kanae.
As I sprinted after the crow, I suddenly caught a slight scent of Mui-kun, the scent getting closer and closer.
I then heard footsteps of someone running towards my direction from my right side.
Suddenly, a door on my right opened and there he was, Mui-kun.
I stopped on my tracks. "Mui-kun!? What are you doing here!?"
"Satoshi-san! I got separated from Himejima-san and I was running around on my own. I'm glad I found you."
"Okay then. Let's stick together. And follow me." I then started sprinting after the crow again.
Mui-kun caught up to me.
"So, where are you going?"
"To Kanae, Shinobu and Inosuke. They defeated the Upper Moon 2 and now, Kanae's passed out."
"What!? Then let's hurry."
"Yeah!"
Right after that,
TENG!
A biwa sound was heard throughout the fortress. And suddenly, the platform that we were running on transformed into Shoji doors.
And before we could even react, they all opened and both of us fell down through it.
3rd PERSON'S POV

After falling for a few seconds, Satoshi and Muichiro finally landed, safely.
The room they landed on was full of black pillars with a patterned brown floor.
"Where are w-
Satoshi was cut off when he suddenly caught an extremely familiar scent.
"Mui-kun, brace yourself. We are gonna have one hell of a fight now." Satoshi said seriously.
Before Muichiro could even question, a demon with a purple haori who had long red hair, tied into a ponytail and three pair of eyes, spoke, "Before I even arrived, you sensed me. But I think I shouldn't be surprised. Afterall, you are Satoshi Kamado."
Satoshi and Muichiro turned around and saw the demon which they fought together some time ago.
The Upper Moon 1, Kokushibo.
Seeing Kokushibo again, Muichiro's gritted his teeths as his eyes went wild and veins appeared on his face.
"Hello, my descendant. It's nice meeting you again. And just by seeing you, I can tell that you have gotten a lot stronger. I hope you can give me a good fight this time." Kokushibo commented seeing Muichiro.
"Mui-kun, calm down. I know what you're feeling but calm down." Satoshi said in a serious tone.
He continued, "Kokushibo, I'm in a hurry. Let's start this already."
Satoshi and Muichiro then unsheathed their blades as Kokushibo did the same as well.

Meanwhile, with Kanae, Shinobu and Inosuke were found by Yushiro.
He treated the three of them properly and also injected Kanae with a medicine which would give her the strength and energy to be able to fight again.
"Alright. She should wake up after some time. Probably after 20 minutes or so. And before I go, take these."
Yushiro after treating Kanae, gave the other two a lot of talisman papers.
He then explained briefly about what the papers do.
"Now, listen. By sticking those papers on your body, you should be able to conceal yourselves. And if you put it on your forehead, your visions will be enhanced drastically. So use it properly. For now, I need to go and treat the other slayers as well and if needed, help them in battle."
"Thanks, Yushiro-kun." Shinobu thanked him whereas Inosuke stared at the talisman papers with sparkles in his eyes as if it were precious stones.
Yushiro then left the place and headed somewhere else.

Zenitsu is running towards the sound of that person.
And after a while, he finally stopped as he sensed his target right in front of him.
"I know you're here. Come out already. You're just dawdling over there." Zenitsu called out his target.
That person replied, "That's not the right way to address me. I'm the older disciple here."
He continued as he started to show himself. "You may have improved a bit."
That person then finally showed himself. He continued with an evil grin, "But you're still as dainty and seedy as ever. Long time no see, Zenitsu."
Zenitsu answered back extremely coldly.
"Kaigaku. Now that you're a demon, you're no longer my senior."

Fate ties them together.
