The class ended and students bustled out of the classroom to get their lunch. Except for one person.
Spinning his pen on his finger, Zed gnashed his teeth and looked behind him to see the once occupied chair of a tall, dark, and handsome guy, empty. Aeiou hasn't come back to the classroom yet.
Zed snapped his pen and the cracked pieces of plastic fell on the floor. "Argh!" He scratched his head viciously. Should I look for him, or should I wait for him here? Wait... a minute. What if he want to purposely get rid of me? Thinking about it, Zed's blood boiled.
Okay fine, you want space? Good.
Zed started gathering his things and picked up Aeiou's bag before rushing to the school gate. You want to play this game, huh? Okay, I won't look for you, but I will make you look for me! Hahaha!
Zed laughed inside his mind as he carried Aeiou's backpack.

When Zed reached the school gate, a black cabriolet stopped in front of him, stopping Zed with his plan. The window rolled down and what showed was Jaspher's face. Jaspher's smile quievered. He got out of the car and strolled out like an old man holding his back with one hand. Zed squinted his eyes in confusion. Every step, Zed saw how Jaspher's cheeks flinched.
"What happened to your legs?" Zed asked.

Zed snickered and thought about it. I got this Cabriolet with two seats only for me and Aeiou to ride. With only two seats, Aeiou couldn't seat anywhere but beside me. We can use this when we go to school or other events together. If Philip needs to come, I will borrow Jaspher's other cars, but for now, this two-seated Cabriolet will make sure that Aeiou would be one arm-reach away from me. Zed felt his stomach got heavy and his ears heat up. Simply, Aeiou would be my passenger prince, and I would not drive this car for the first time without my passenger prince!
Zed spoke, "Okay calm down, we'll just wait for my friend then I'll take you home. Now get inside and wait." Zed totally forgot about his initial plan and proceeded with a new one.

Zed rolled down the window and stared at her fiercely. "What are you doing here?" Zed's words travelled to his teeth.
Tori jumped and blinked in confusion, then a wave of realization flowed on her face.

Zed gazed on his surroundings. All eyes were currently focused on them, including the guard and one Univeristy Police.
"You did not forget about the NDA right?" Zed asked lowly.
Fear flashed on Tori's pupils. "Yes."
Zed opened the car's door and got out with his massive figure. He glared at Tori. It was stated in the NDA that if both of parties are enrolled and working in the same institution, they might meet again or get close in distance, but if they're not, the school where they're both enrolled in-is a prohibited area for both of them.
Zed cracked his knuckles. "Why are you here?" Zed's eyes was like; answer now or else you're dead.
Tori breathed deeply, "I forgot about the details-mainly your school. It's 8 months already. I'm sorry, I would never go here again." the girl turned her back and walked down the alley quickly.

Zed blinked in confusion. He asked, "Really? You're worried for me?" Zed watched as Aeiou's face relaxed.
Aeiou blushed but he quickly looked down and hid his face. He did not answer anymore, nor did he tried to deny it.
"Who's that?" Aeiou pointed his lips at the passenger curled up beside Zed changing the topic.
"My cousin."
"Oh. So... can you give me my bag now?"
"No."
Of course, Zed refused, they argued and argued about it for a moment.
"I'm going to take you home. Come in." Zed invited.

After five minutes, they reached the apartment building and Zed was quiet the whole time. Aeiou immediately took his backpack and lounged out of the car smiling. He ran to greet Philip but he turned his head to Zed midway and smiled, "Thank you, my brother! That was fun!"
Zed nodded and once Aeiou was in the apartment, he slammed the door. .
Brothers, friends-are those what we really are? Just casual people with casual relationships.
Zed's shoulder's collapsed. He wanted to be with Aeiou for a very long time-until the end of their lives even. Maybe some brothers do feel that way with their brothers, but the thought of Aeiou marrying another girl in front of Zed made Zed's stomach turn upside down. Zed gripped the steering wheel and gritted his teeth.
He was angry just with that thought. Is this really just... brotherly love?
