"I'm so tired bad!" I whined as I let my head fall down my arms once more. "I know you are but you need to finish this essay" bad said ruffling my hair a bit. I pouted knowing my boyfriend was right.
I looked around at the almost empty library and sighed. I cracked my back against my chair and cracked my knuckles. I stared at my computer screen and smiled seeing the words make more sense now by giving it time.
I quickly started typing away as bad softly smiled at me as he continued studying by his own. He was studying for his chem test he was having next week. I didn't understand how he was studying way too early but bad always always wanted to be safe than sorry.
After a few minutes of typing I quickly shut my computer, not too hard that it might've gotten damaged, and leaned back in my chair.
Bad looked up from writing in his notebook and looked at me shockingly. "You're already done?" He asked making me smirk and nod, almost cockingly. "Yep, I just had my conclusion to do" I told him.
"Congratulations (y/n)! Now you can relax while I finish up okay?" Bad said flashing me a smile as he fixed his glasses on his porcelain face. "I'll go get us some hot cocoa" I told him which he nodded at the gesture.
I quickly made my way to the snack bar the library provided due to the immense funds from the community. I'm actually surprised a community was able to come together so well to help aid this library. I mean yeah it's a college library slash public but libraries these days get forgotten so easily.
I passed by the public computers most kids use to play those flash games instead of printing their pictures they needed for their projects. It made me smile knowing kids these days still do the things me and bad used to do.
I pulled my sleeves up and quickly made our drinks, making sure bad had a generous amount of marshmallows in his. I've seen how his mugs at home are filled to the brim full of mini marshmallows. I carefully made my way back to our table and placed the cups down.
"Careful it's very hot" I cautioned him which he nodded as he started blowing on it softly. "Is it going well?" I asked him, pointing my head towards his many notes of just straight up calculations. He sighed as he removed his glasses in order to take a sip from his cup. He always did that so his glasses wouldn't fog up.
"Yeah but some things are just not making sense" I nodded silently as I took a sip from my drink as well. The warm drink warming up my stomach making me faintly smile. "Is there a way I can help?" I asked. I wasn't very keen on science or chemistry work but if it was for bad, I would help in a heartbeat.
"You can try but it's too confusing for me to even comprehend" bad said setting his drink down and pushed his notebook towards me so I can see. I took the notebook in my hands and observed the many equations of chemicals and elements. I remembered a few but still are a blur in the back of my mind.
"So you can't do number six right?" I asked seeing how bad circled the problem in a bright red circle. "Yeah! I've tried like two different things and it still isnt right" bad said as he showed me his past attempts. "The answer has to be this but I'm nowhere near that" he explained pointing to the answer. I recognized the answer very clearly.
"I know the answer, I just need to do it backwards like how I remember" I said as I took his pencil and started working it out, leaving a few steps blank since I don't exactly remember what you do in those. "It's okay I can fill those in" bad said quietly observing my thinking throughout my writing.
In less than a minute, I came back to the previous answer. "There we go! You just had to deconstruct it thorough and do it backwards and forwards" I said as I turned his notebook back to him and explaining a few bits for him. "(Y/n)! You're a genius!" He quickly leaned forward and softly pinched my cheek.
"Okay, give me fifteen minutes to fix these few errors and then we can go eat something" bad said as he quickly erased a few things and rewrote them neater. I held my cheek sheepishly as I continued to finish my drink up.

"Alright I'm done!" Bad said as I nodded as I stood up to help bad pack up. "Don't help me, go pack your stuff silly" bad said nonetheless with a bright smile. Anytime bad needs to do something like a simple task, I run to his side to do it for him.
After he was done, I quickly shoved my stuff in my bag not caring if it was in the right spots. I placed my hat on and scarf as we exited the library. We didn't take my car here so we would be walking on foot.
"Look at how much snow we got!" Bad said as I looked around. It looked so beautiful as the white snow contrasted the bright decorations. I took his hand in mine as we started to walk the sidewalk. "Where do you wanna eat bad?" I asked him as I adjusted my scarf a bit.
"I'm feeling like some Chinese take out while we watch that show you've been wanting to watch" bad said as he gave my hand a soft squeeze making me feel all fuzzy inside. "You sure? I have money to spare. We can go to that fancy restaurant I mentioned yesterday?" I asked him as I pulled him to my side as an icy puddle was apparent. "Thanks" bad said softly and shook his head. "I Wanna cuddle tonight. It's so cold out here" he said as I nodded in return. Even though it looks like a scene from a movie out here, it's freezing cold.
"Okay, let's wait for the bus then" I told him as we walked to the bus stop, talking about a few things we like to talk about. Mostly about his friends that he plays Minecraft with, which I find rather cute. We made it to the stop, the bus would come in fifteen minutes.
We sat down next to each other as I felt bad shake by how cold it was. "Here" I said as I stood up and tried removing my scarf. He quickly held my hand and shook his head. "No you muffinhead im fine! Keep it on its cold" he said. "Yeah, I'm not that cold bad. I don't want you freezing" I told him fully removing it. He tried to protest as I quickly wrapped it around his neck and wrapped it over his nose and mouth.
I pulled it down his chin, placed a kiss on his lips, and pulled it back to its place. "You muffinhead.." he said as he looked away embarrassed by my actions. I laughed to myself as I pulled my phone out to put in our order of Chinese takeout so it'll be ready when we hit home.
The sound of tires screeching and coming to a hold made me look up. We saw the bus driver stop right in front of us and open the door for us to enter. "Cmon bad" I said as I pulled him up as I took out our bus passes to swipe. We quickly went to the back and sat down at the very warm bus. Most of them don't even have proper heaters and air conditioning.
Bad softly placed his head on my shoulder as I laid mine on top of his as well. "I'm so tired (y/n)" bad said as I softly rubbed my hands against his cheek seeing him relax to my touch. "Just a few more minutes" I said snuggling a bit closer to him, as I observed the outside.
Houses full of decorations with the bright spirit of the holidays. Even if you don't celebrate any of these holidays, it looks wonderful to look outside feeling the slight wind of the cold air hit your ears.
The bus came to a stop signaling us that this was our stop. I tapped bad on his thigh which he quickly woke up and nodded. We left the bus and walked towards our house which wasn't far. "Get all cozy while I wait for our food" I told bad as he lazily nodded and went inside the house.
I sat by the steps, holding onto my gloves hands by the coldness. I saw a car flash his headlights at me as I stood and took out a twenty dollar bill, plus their tip. "Thanks, have a goodnight!" I said as I grabbed our order and waved them goodbye.
I entered our house finally and placed our food on the counter. Bad was already on the couch, blankets and TV show already set up for us. "Just waiting for you muffinhead" bad said with a smile. I quickly removed my shoes and jacket and walked over towards him.
"Hm? What's wrong?" He asked me as I admired the man I love with my eyes. His hair was neatly combed , his shirt off of one shoulder and his bottom half covered in the fluffy blanket. "You look so beautiful right now" I said making bad flinch and start laughing nervously. "W-what? What are you saying you muffinhead?!" I stepped a bit closer and placed my hands on either side of his cheeks.
"I cant believe I'm dating this man right here" I gave his cheeks a slight pinch and sighed. I leaned closer and rested an inch hovering his lips. "You may (y/n)" bad answered quietly against my lips as he brought his own hands up to my wrists, wanting me to connect our lips.
I pushed closer making our lips quickly attach and get into sync. Our lips made soft noises as my hands traveled from his cheeks down to his neck slowly. I wanted more of him as he inched closer towards me making me hotter and hotter.
His hands snaked around my neck, pulling me forward and towards him. I pushed the side table away as I leaned against the couch as his back softly hit the cushion. Our lips never disconnected for a second. Even though we both needed air, we didn't dare pull away so our breathy kisses were put into our mix.
Bad finally pulled away and adjusted his glasses since they fogged up while we were making out. "God I love you so much" he said making me stupidly smile like it was the first time I've heard him say it. "I don't know what I would do without you" I said leaning my forehead against his making him sigh.
I felt a soft tap on my bottom as I opened my eyes. "Now go get our food before it gets cold" bad said as I took out my tongue at him and got out food quickly.
