3rd person pov
Alexis was hunched over the sink quickly washing her mouth out
She had just thrown up and was trying to calm down her stomach
Harry stepped into the bathroom pulling on his blazer "how are you feeling?"
"Not... great" She whimpered
He shook his head "I want you to stay home today"
she couldn't even argue she felt like shit she nodded
He stepped closer rubbing her back as soon as she woke up she ran to the bathroom to throw up
there was a bug going around the office and her being as social as she was it wasn't crazy that she caught it and he didn't
"Do you need anything?" He asked
She shook her head "n-no I just wanna lay down"
"Okay Baby" he kissed her head "call me if you need anything, I let Mrs.Short know you aren't feeling well and she assured me she'd take care of you"
"Thanks" she murmured and let out a heavy sigh taking in a deep breath after
He frowned "I love you" he cooed
She finally looked up at him opening her eyes "I love you" she smiled weakly
He gave a limp side smile back she closed her eyes again he hated not seeing those gorgeous green eyes "I'll come home early for you darling" he noticed one of her rubber bands on the sink counter he grabbed it stepping behind her
"N-no it's okay you don't-"
He cut her off "I wanna take care of you" he gathered her hair combing his fingers through it tying it into a low ponytail he kissed her shoulder
Alexis pouted that was so sweet she gagged a second later
He stepped back letting her run to the toilet to throw up he walked out and went straight to Mrs.Short who was wiping up the counter after having prepared Harry's breakfast
"Mrs.Short" she turned to look at her deathly serious boss "I trust you to handle this ,she's throwing up right now, I don't care if nothing in the house gets done today as long as she's taken care of am I clear?" he held up a hand one finger pointed slightly higher than the others almost as if he was putting her on the spot or getting ready to interrogate her
"Yes sir" she nodded setting down the rag in her hand to give him her full attention
"If she gets any worse let me know cause I know she won't" he added
"Okay" she agreed, Alexis was too head strong for that
He nodded glancing back down the hall to his room he pulled out his phone "Im sending the driver for gatorade and such" he texted as he strode toward the garage door "is there anything else you think she might need?" He stopped at the door looking back at Mrs.Short
"No not that I can think of I'm gunna make some soup and dig out the cold medicine from your medicine cabinet to give her"
"Good" he nodded looking back down at his phone "I'll be home early today" he said as he stepped out the door

Alexis finally felt soothed enough to climb back in bed
She laid down moving at a snails pace as she gingerly lowered herself back on the pillows and yanked the covers up over her nauseated body
Mrs.Short knocked then peeked into the room "Ms.Dixon?" She hummed softly
"Yes?" Alexis answered with her eyes closed
"How are you feeling dear?" Mrs.Short asked as she stepped in making her way to Alexis as quietly as possible
"Super nauseous" she whined
Mrs.Short put the back of her hand to her forehead it didn't feel too hot ,she must not be running a fever just yet, "I'll see if there's anything for nausea in the medicine cabinet" she cooed "I'm going to make some chicken noodle soup and Mr.Styles sent out for some gatorade for you"
"Mm thank you" she sighed "I just wanna sleep an hour or so more please"
Mrs.Short nodded "I'll come back when the soup is ready, I won't wake you before then" she combed Alexis's bangs back off her forehead hoping that would help with the eventual fever that was going to set in "you need anything just hollar okay?"
Alexis whispered another thank you before Mrs.Short left
She slept another hour n half before her phone rang it made her jolt and the sudden move made her stomach cramp she groaned and grabbed the phone she peeked open her eyes squinting harshly not wanting to wake up just yet
She just answered it not really reading the name "hello?" She sounded way better than she felt surprisingly
"Hey!! Sooo tell me you're not busy tonight"
It was Brandie, she was very loud and very excited
Alexis groaned "Bunny I'm not but-"
"No buts Angel! 'Meber I told you my club got bought out? Well the new owner is throwing a HUGE party tonight it's invite only A list crowds ya know the works sooo you and Harry wanna come?" She barely paused not giving Alexis more than a split second to answer before she continued "They are letting the dancers invite friends to make the club as full as possible to try to make it look desirable or some shit like that isn't that-"
"B" Alexis stopped her "I can't I-"
"You can't! ALEXIS A LISTERS! CELEBS! What's more important than-"
"I'm sick" she talked over Brandie
"Oh" Brandie stopped "Aww Alexis no! What's wrong?" She immediately went mama bear
"Just a cold" she murmured
"Ugh that sucks! Do you need anything?"
"No I'm okay Harry's maid is taking care of me"
Brandie laughed "right well at least you won't miss much who needs celebs when your boyfriend is multi-millionaire"
"Brandie" Alexis sighed "I'm not with Harry cause he's rich"
"No I know but I mean that's certainly a perk innit?" She giggled "okay okay I'll let you go since you don't feel good but now you owe me a night out"
"Alright I owe you" Alexis agreed "I'm going back to sleep"
"Feel better bestie! I love you!" Brandie cooed
Alexis smiled weakly "love you too" she dropped her phone when Brandie hung up
Just then the door opened "oh look at that you're already up" Mrs.Short said surprised as she held the tray of food in her hands
"Yeah my friend called me" Alexis explained sitting up a little
"Well I've got your soup here" she set the tray over her lap "I didn't see anything for nausea but the driver already dropped off your drinks by the time I looked I can go run and grab a bottle while you eat though if that's alright with you"
"No don't worry about it" she shrugged grabbing the blue electrolyte fueled drink opening it taking a long steady sip
"Speaking of worrying" Mrs.Short started as she sat on the bed net to Alexis's legs "Mr.Styles is so distraught that you feel bad"
Alexis smiled weakly "all he is is a big ball of stress" she ate spoonful of soup humming as it warmed her from the inside out
Mrs.Short was satisfied seeing she ate ,she had promised Harry she'd watch Alexis eat to make she was alright before doing anything else, with that Mrs.Short stood again "yes well he's your big ball of stress" she joked
Alexis laughed softly "yes he is"
Mrs.Short smiled at her dreamy tone "just make sure I'm invited to the wedding" she winked patting Alexis's leg "let me know if you want some more"
"Will do" Alexis said then laughed "and you know you will be"
