Luz gasped, "No way! They scammed you?!"
Venom nodded furiously, "They did! They said the bubbles would be green or blue! They were clear and very disappointing!" Venom growled. "I'm going to write a note for Grace so she can return it for good reasons."
Prince huffed, "Despicable."
"Truly. They've deceived me. But, now it's time for me to go home. Grace is possibly going home in half an hour depending on the place of the sun." Venom said as he got up.
Luz perked up, looking around, quickly getting up, "Oh no it's so late! I had guests! Safe travels Venom, feel free to come anytime. Come on Prince, dinner time."
He got up, pushing the gate open, Luz patting Venom's head, rushing in after Prince, going to the door. Locked. Luz knocked on it, the door slowly being opened, "Luz!" Nero mewed. "You've been gone for four hours!"
"Is everyone gone?" Luz asked as she entered, closing the door after Prince entered.
"No, Amity is still here. She's waiting for you." Nero said, hopping up to her arm. "She's in your bed."
Luz locked the door, going upstairs with the pets, Luz turning on her night light. Amity was snuggled up to Rose, which is surprising because neither have met. The kitten was temporarily replacing Luz, because she could purr.
Rose was a white kitten with light blue eyes, but, she was Bear's daughter. Alex's cat. Bear was a brown cat, with brown eyes. But this is something else- Rose very much liked Amity now, the human currently quietly snoring. The kittens ears perked up, then she sat up, "Oh! You want her back now right?"
Luz shook her head, "I need to get ready for bed.."
Rose nodded, layed back down, and continued purring.
When Luz was finally ready for bed, she layed down by Amity, the human letting go of Rose, flipping over and hugging Luz. She pulled the witchling over, nuzzling in to her back, Luz shivering. Amity was warm, Luz was not. Rose slept on top of Amilotl with Nero, Amilotl by Prince, the mutt side hugging it.
All was bliss, quiet, and most, most, most, most, most importantly, gay.
----------------The next morning--------------
Saturday morning, Amity was no longer with Luz, but, not to worry, they met up later at the park. Luz had brought Amilotl and Bungii, making sure both plushies were puffy. She lightly flicked Bungii's bell, adjusting it's collar. "There we go."
It's head flopped forward, Luz looking around, drawing a small circle, the bunny perking up. It adjusted how it sat, wiping it's nose, then sitting up properly. "Bungii Bunny." Luz said, booping it's nose.
Luz picked up Amilotl, holding it up in her arms, taking its spot, patting Bungii's head, "Good bunny."
Bungii layed down, flipped over, and looked up at Luz, the witch scratching its chest. Their cotton ball tail wagged swiftly, their foot waving in the air. "You should really stop using magic Luz."
The witchling looked up, smiling brightly, "Amity!"
Bungii sat back up, then fell forward, the magic having worn off, "Hey Luz, do you want to go down the slides?"
Luz shook her head, patting the free spot beside herself, "Come come! Tell me how your day is going so far? I'd really like to know!"
Amity smiled softly, going over to sit by the witchling, picking up Bungii and taking their place, "First things first, have you eaten?" Amity asked.
Luz shook her head, "I have not. Well I had a bit more of yesterday's meal, but just a small amount."
Amity ruffled her hair, "I'm glad you are getting back to eating. Since you are still new to outside food, would you like to go get breakfast and try something new?"
Luz paused, "Uhm..If it's something small..Sure!"

"These, Luz, are called tater tots." Amity said, sliding over the plate.
Luz gazed down at it, "Tater tots?"
Amity nodded, "They're like french fries, hash browns, basically just potatoes."
Luz took a fork, gently picking up the small food, lightly blowing on it, and eating it. She munched on it, deciding if she likes them or not. "Crunchy." Luz said.
Their waiter brought over a plate, placing it down in front of Amity, the human sliding it over to Luz, "This is french toast."
Luz tilted her head to the side, "Toast might have milk, does this?"
The waiter shook her head, "Almond milk. Made sure."
"Thank you."
He bowed and walked back in to the kitchen. Luz sliced the french toast, Amity offering her maple syrup or strawberry syrup. Luz took the maple syrup, gently pouring some on top. She took a bite out of it, perking up, her foot tapping on the floor swiftly.
Amity rested her head in her palm as she watched Luz slice up the french toast, drizzle some syrup on, and continue her happy eating. Luz was excited, this thing was amazing! She needed more. "I will never not eat this for breakfast!"
"Slow down cowgirl, you have time to eat." Amity teased. "Have you tried waffles?"
Luz glanced back up at her, "Agustus says they're pancakes with abs. I'm also fairly certain you can make them with pancake batter so there really is no difference."
Amity facepalmed, "Don't ask me any questions when he goes missing.."

When Amity had gone to the restroom Luz had payed for the meal, so she wasn't in debt. Amity was still pretty mad about it, but no time to be angry, time for something new. "Gary, what is a movie theater?" Luz asked as she went to the front of the limo.
He slowed down a bit, glancing back at her so she'd acknowledge he was in fact listening, "Movie theatres are big buildings with huge screens in a dark room. They put on movies you pay to see, with snacks you also pay a bunch for." Gary explained. "Don't know why you're using the public one though Amity."
The human shrugged, looking up from her phone for a second, "Luz wants to try new things, she hasn't been to a movie theater before so here we are." Amity said. "I pay for the tickets, you pay for snacks, is that okay?"
Luz nodded, sitting back down, taking and clipping her seat belt on, "Amity, you do realize Luz is definitely a better candidate right?" Gary called back.
"Ooh am I going to be allowed to run for office?" Luz asked. "I don't like the orange man."
"Meh, no one does." Gary said.
Amity waved those new thoughts away, "What do you mean Gary?"
"The orange man is-"
"About Luz you ding-dong!" Amity hissed.
"Oh, right, Luz cover your ears the adults are talking." Gary said.
The witchling covered her ears, Amity rolling her eyes, "Continue."
Gary cleared his throat, getting ready to explain this long, long, story. "Noah is a waste of your time."
Very long story Gary, good job. Amity scoffed, "Pardon?"
"He doesn't treat you with enough.. Respect, Amity. Doesn't walk you up to the door, doesn't pay for everything or split the bill like Luz does, doesn't do much either. Only one in fifty football players get somewhere, how lucky can he get?"
Amity glanced over at Luz, the witch just looking out the window, "He's the best player on the team Gary. Aside from his behavior he's still a great guy."
Gary took a right, carefully pulling up in a parking spot, "I had a boyfriend in highschool who was just like Noah. He hit my best friend while I was there and tried to take him away, I know Noah might not be like that..But you never know."
He shut off the car, unbuckling his seatbelt, patting Luz's head the witch uncovering her ears. Amity removed her seatbelt, Luz doing the same, Amity going over to the two. "For now Gary, I'm okay with him." Amity said, taking Luz's beanie, putting it on the witchling. "Are you ready, Luz?"
The witchling smiled, "Ready."
