Next Morning
You and Charli wake up and do your morning routine and get dressed.
You wear this:
You and Charli go downstairs and have breakfast before getting into your car and driving to pick up Chase.
Charli: wait, isn't that my shirt
Y/n: yep, I stole it from you a while ago and you never realized so I just kept it
Charli laughs while shaking her head.
Y/n: hey, it's not like you haven't stolen my clothes before
Charli: yeah that's true
After a couple of minutes you make it to Chase's house and he gets into the back of the car and you start driving to school.
Chase: Char I can't believe you let y/n drive
Y/n: I am not that bad of a driver
Charli: you kind of are but i'm too tired to drive, I didn't get my coffee this morning
Chase: oh no Charli without her coffee is never good
Y/n: yeah but we woke up late so she is going to have to deal with it
Charli: you're grumpy today
Y/n: sorry I just have a lot on my mind
Chase: Josh or Jaden?
Y/n: both
Charli: are you going to talk to Josh today?
Y/n: yeah, I don't want this fight to last for days, it's better to just talk to him
Charli: good, how about Jaden
Y/n: one problem at a time and Josh seems like an easier problem to fix...mostly because I can never stay mad at him for too long
Charlie: fair point
You three get to school a couple minutes later and walk over to your group. You immediately realize Josh isn't there. After you all say your good mornings Josh comes up to the group.
Josh: hey, y/n can we talk?
Y/n: later, I don't want to do it in the middle of school
Josh nods in agreement.
Quinton: what's going on?
Josh: she found out that I umm fucked Nessa before we started dating
Quinton: oh ok
Y/n: why don't you seem surprised?
Cynthia: yeah, I would like to know the same thing
Mads: me too
Charli: same
Quinton chuckles nervously.
Quinton: umm well it's because...Jaden a little help
Jaden: it's because we already knew that Josh fucked Nessa before you two started dating
You girls: what!!
Jaden: yep
Quinton: Jaden, that's not what I meant by help me out!
Y/n: you two are two of my best friends!! how could you not tell me!!
Quinton: i'm sorry! Josh made us promise not to!
Josh: only because I didn't want you to get mad!
Y/n: yeah, well look where we are now!
Jaden: I don't think it's that big of a deal, you're just overreacting and we aren't even friends anymore
Mads: Jaden! stop acting like a jerk!
He rolls his eyes.
Y/n: what did I do anyway?
Jaden: you know
Y/n: no actually, I don't know
He just rolls his eyes again. Charli turns to Chase.
Charli: did you know about all this?
Chase puts his hands up in surrender.
Chase: I had no idea about the Nessa thing
You groan.
Y/n: I can't deal with this right now
You walk away with Charli following you. Josh try's to follow you but Mads stops him.
Mads: don't
Her, Cynthia, and Chase leave and meet up with you and Charli.
Y/n: I can't believe they didn't tell me!
Charli: I know
Y/n: first Josh lies to me and then Jaden and Quinton hide the truth from me!!
Cynthia: I know, it's fucked up
Just then the bell rings.
Mads: we'll see you later
She hugs you and so does Cynthia and then they leave to get to class. You, Chase and Charli walk to first period. Chase gives Charli a quick kiss before giving you a quick hug, assuring you everything will workout but you're not too sure about that right now. Eventually it becomes the end of the day. You avoided the boys all day, including lunch. You, Charli, and Chase are driving home right now. The car ride was pretty quiet, since they knew you weren't in the mood to talk. Once you get home you drop Charli and Chase off at Charli's house telling them you need time alone. They understood getting out of the car and going into her house. You park in your driveway and go right into your house, plopping yourself on your couch. You watch a little tv to try to distract you, not that it really worked. You then here the doorbell. You go answer the door and see Josh.
Josh: hey, umm can I come in?
You nod, opening the door wider for him to come in. You guys walk to the living room and sit down on the couch.
Y/n: so...
Josh: look y/n I am so sorry, I know it was wrong for me to lie to you
Y/n: were you ever planning on telling me?
Josh: honestly, probably not
Y/n: why? Josh, we shouldn't keep secrets from each other!
Josh: I know, but I didn't want you to get mad at me
Y/n: well i'm even more mad now because you lied to me instead of being straight with me and telling me the truth
Josh: I know and i'm sorry
Y/n: sorry isn't enough! you lied to me, you fucked my enemy, and you made the boys keep something from me!
Josh looks down to the floor.
Josh: I know I screwed up but y/n...
He looks up and meets your eyes.
Josh: I love you and I am so sorry I hurt you, I didn't mean to. I guess I just thought it would be better if I didn't tell you so I didn't hurt you but I guess that was the wrong thing to do
Y/n: yeah it was
Josh looks down to the floor again.
Y/n: but...
He looks up at you.
Y/n: ...I get where you were coming from
Josh: so we good
You nod with a smile.
Y/n: yeah we're good
Josh smiles and pulls you in for a kiss. After a minute Josh pulls away.
Josh: I knew you could never stay mad at me
You roll your eyes playfully.
Y/n: shut up
You both laugh. Your facial expression then turns into a serious one.
Y/n: but promise me one thing
Josh: anything
Y/n: no more secrets
Josh: no more secrets, I promise
You smile and grab his shirt to pull him in for another kiss. After a few minutes you two pull away and decide to watch a movie. After the movie you two make grilled cheese for dinner which Josh ends up burning so you end up having to make it. Then you two go into your room and make a few tiktoks before doing your night routine. You guys just talk for a while before you start feeling tired and you slowly start closing your eyes. Josh pulls you into his chest so your head is now on his chest. He kisses the top of your head.
Josh: night love you
Y/n: night love you too
And with that you two are both sound asleep in minutes.
