You wake up, eat breakfast and do your morning routine and change.

Then you get a text from Josh saying he's outside so you run out the door into the car.

Josh: morning gorgeous
Y/n: stop
Josh: why? is someone blushing
Y/n: shut up and drive to school
Josh: ok ok (laughing) so are you excited for your birthday party tomorrow
Y/n: yep you know I love party's
Josh: I'm glad your excited because originally you were hesitant to have a party
Y/n: I know but I'm glad I decided to have one
Josh: me too and we are doing something during the day tomorrow before your party so be ready by 12
Y/n: ooo what does Joshy have planned
Josh: you will have to wait and see
Y/n: ugh fine
Josh: be ready by 12
Y/n: got it

You guys arrived at school and you walked to your friend group with Josh's arm around your shoulder.

Charli: heyyy
Y/n: hey guys
Cynthia: are you excited for your birthday tomorrow?!
Y/n: yes I can't wait!!
Jaden: what time is your party again, I forgot
Mads: really Jaden
Jaden: what I'm forgetful
Y/n: Haha, it's at 7
Chase: ok thanks because I forgot what time it was at too
Charli: you boys are very forgetful
Quinton: hey!! I remember what time it's at
Y/n: ok guys enough hating on the boys, Char we need to get to class
Charli: ok see you guys later

Josh have you a peck on the lips and Chase did the same for Charlie before you started walking to your first period class.

Charli: hey how are you feeling about your parents extending their business trip
Y/n: they said they will be back for my birthday tomorrow
Charli: do you believe that?
Y/n: nope not one bit
Charli: what about Bryce? is he coming?
Y/n: no, he's working on some project so he can't leave LA
Charli: I'm so sorry y/n
Y/n: it's fine, I mean I don't care about my parents not being there for my birthday because where not that close there always away and when they are home their yelling at me and giving me a hard time about my future because they don't agree with my plans. but I am going to miss Bryce not being there for my 18th birthday
Charli: at least you have me
Y/n: I know I don't know what I would do without you
Charli: me neither

You guys get to class and sit in your seats and get to work.

Skip to Lunch

You and Charli are the first ones at your table.

Charli: I have a question
Y/n: ok what's up
Charli: what don't you tell the rest of the group about you not getting along with your parents? I mean they make you pretty upset sometimes
Y/n: I don't want them worrying about me. you found out by accident because you came over one day when they were screaming at me and no one knew you were there
Charli: oh right I removed that, they seemed so mad at you. why were they yelling at you anyway?
Y/n: honestly I have no clue maybe because I got a 95 instead of a 100 and I wish I was joking
Charli: yeah your parents have a very short temper
Y/n: yep, now no more about this because everyone's coming over

Cynthia: I am so excited for your party y/n!!
Charli: same
Mads: yeah same I get to wear a dress
Y/n: wow is that the only reason your excited for my party Mads (acting hurt)
Mads: oh and of course to celebrate my besties special day
Y/n: that's what I thought

Everybody laughs

Charli: we're coming over tomorrow before the party to get ready with you right?
Y/n: yeah, I was thinking around 5 because that gives us 2 hours
Charli: that works
Mads: yep works for me too
Cynthia: same
Y/n: Josh, we'll be back by 5 right?
Josh: yeah I'll make sure your back I'm time to get ready for the party
Y/n: ok good
Mads: wait, where is he taking you?
Y/n: he won't tell me
Josh: it's a surprise
Jaden: I know where he's taking you
Chase: me too
Quinton: same
