Amity started a three way call, with Luz, herself, and someone else. "Alright Noceda, let's start with the definition." The human fumbled, taking a bite out of their sandwich on screen.
Luz pulled up a notepad and an axolotl pencil, looking up at the screen, "Yes teacher Skara."
Amity rolled her eyes, jotting notes down for Mondays test. "No curse words Skara." Amity muttered.
"Oh you're no fun." Skara pouted.
Luz wrote something down, Amity being curios on what she put, "What did you write Luz?" Amity asked.
"There was a change in Skara's voice, like satire."
Amity facepalmed, "That's sarcasm."
Luz shook her head, "No, it's like mockery. Or being rude about someone being stupid."
Skara laughed, Prince flipping over as he got too hot on one side, "That's sarcasm though Luz, it's basically mocking someone." Amity said, scratching behind Prince's ear.
He was on the comfy bed couch by Amity's desk, Nero still in Amity's arms, "Well, satire is kind of like exposer to someone's behavior." Luz explained, fumbling with some object on her end. "Skara, what is this?"
Luz showed off the object from Emira, Skara examining it, "Either a collar or choker-"
The witch searched something up on her device, her ears drooping down, Luz tugging roughly at the choker. Til it ripped. "Amity, you will do me the honor of planting flowers." Luz muttered.
Amity smirked, carefully putting Nero on the table, "I won't let you down."

It was ready. Emira was in a hole, that was just a bit taller then her to reach. Amity aimed the camera at her, showing the other two in the video call. "Amity let me out!" Emira shouted, jumping to reach the rim, the human tired from being woken up.
She fell back down, cursing quietly as she tried again. "You gave Luz a choker, and she did not like the meaning behind it." Amity spoke.
Emira smirked, "Did she look cute?"
Prince went over, turning around, and kicking back, dirt begining to fill the hole. "Good boy Prince." Amity congratulated.
He kept going, Emira managing to make herself a platform, pulling herself out. She stood up proudly, Amity pushing her back in. Emira screamed, landing on her back in her new home. "Amity!"
"Suffer in silence and six feet deep!" Luz exclaimed. "MWAHAHA! SUFFER!"
Emira scrambled to get out, falling on her back, sighing heavily as she felt solid ground. "Ooh boy.." Emira sighed again. "Never..Will I send Luz a choker again.."
"Ya dang right!" Skara exclaimed, only to be shouted at by her mother. "I get it, mom! I'll go to bed in a minutttee!"
She rolled her eyes, Luz giggling as she facepalmed, Amity patting her thigh, Prince coming over. "You're a good boy Prince, you deserve lots of treats."
He barked, nuzzling Amity's leg, Emira getting up, forgetting about the hole, and walking right in to it. "GODDAMNIT!!"
----------------The next morning--------------
Hm, what's today? Monday right? No?Sunday? Yes that sounds right, Sunday morning. Amity had passed by to drop off Prince, Nero, and the insects. Luz was in complete awh when she saw all the pretty colors, liking the moth the most. "So are you setting them free?" Amity asked, crouching down by her.
Luz carefully placed the cage down, "Yes I am! These were outside, dogs kept coming by and stepping over the others. So I wanted to take them inside til they became Butterflies!" Luz smiled.
Amity ruffled her hair, the witch giggling, playfully pushing her away, "Well, you gotta keep the birds away while you do this. Birds catch anything that moves, be it smaller then them of course." Amity said, looking around. "That crow will come over and catch them if we're not careful."
Luz ooed, "Right! I just remembered! Give me a minute, I won't take too long." Luz said, getting up, quickly rushing back inside.
Amity just watched the butterflies and single moth fly around carefully in the cage. The moth was amazing, Luz was lucky enough to find a sunset moth. It was pretty to look at, but it was possible the butterflies were jealous of it. Luz came back out, the crow flying over, landing on her shoulder, "He's hungry." Luz said, gently shaking the bag of seeds.
It cawed, reaching for the bag, "Hun- Hungry." It screeched in a harsh tone.
"What the-" Amity scoffed in amazement. "Now that's impressive."
"I know right? I don't know how, but I just started asking if he was hungry when or if he came by." Luz said, holding the open back up to him.
The crow put his beak in, munching on the seeds that were up to his standards. "When he's done eating, will he get away from the butterflies?"
He pulled back, bouncing his head up and down, "Craw! Hungry!" He cawed, lowering his head back in to the bag.
"No, he shouldn't at least. I mean, I hope not-"
He squawked, pulling back, flapping his wings, taking the bag and landing on the ground. He was smart enough to pour the seeds out, tossing the bag aside. He burried his face in the pile, Luz kneeling down beside him, using her index finger to carefully move his head feathers back.
The crow drew back, stepping aside from her, continuing to eat his seeds. "I will pet you. And I will make you love me." Luz huffed.
Amity booped his back, the crow flying up a bit, turning to face her, flapping his wings. "Come here pretty bird~" Amity cooed.
He hopped to her, Amity gently moving his feathers back. He let out a small croak, sounding like a deep purr. "Awh~ Who's a good Birdy?~"
"I don't get to pet him..!" Luz whined, going over to Amity. "Why won't you let me pet you..?"
"He gets on your shoulder doesn't he?"
The crow pulled back, flying up to Amity's arm, hopping up to her shoulder, "No fair! It took me such a long time to build up trust with him so I could sit with him while he eats!" Luz cried out.
He trilled, Amity poking his beak, "I like him. You're coming with me mister." Amity stated, carefully getting up.
Luz got up as well, the crow going back down to his seeds. "Can I keep him?-"
"Now you ask?" Luz huffed, crossing her arms as she looked away. "You're taking the crow I trained and built trust with."
Amity lifted Luz's chin up, wanting the witch to face her, "Well, he seems to like me. And he's still technically feral. He'd be allowed to come and go, so I'm sure he'll be fine."
Luz grumbled quietly, going back to her butterflies, and moth, picking up the cage. "I will go set them free, elsewhere." Luz humphed, walking towards her door. "You will have no access to watch it happen!"
"Luz.." Amity sighed.
"No! I will watch this happen, you stay there with your new bird."
He looked up and over at her, hopping towards the witch, croaking. He tilted his head to the side, hopping on her foot, sitting down, preening himself. "No no! You can't come! You'll eat my bugs!" Luz whined, gently nudging him away with her other foot.
But when she pushed him off, he got right back on. Prince came out after hearing the commotion, spotting the crow. He rushed over, the crow getting spooked and flying back to Amity. "Craw!!" He screeched, moving his wings back to make him look bigger.
Prince barked at him, trotting over, sniffing him out. The crow tried to push him back, but he was pretty weak against a 30-50 pound dog. Prince's tail wagged swiftly, the mutt biting his wing. "PRINCE-" Luz exclaimed, placing the cage down, rushing towards the two.
She hit Prince's bottom jaw, not hard enough to cause any bleeding, just to stun him. He pulled back, having a few black feathers in his mouth, "He tastes like chicken." Prince barked to Luz.
"You don't bite people when you're hungry!" Luz shouted, pulling him back. "Bad! Bad Prince!"
He whimpered, drawing back and scurrying back inside. Amity carefully picked the crow up, "Well, Prince is no longer my favorite." Amity mumbled.
The mutt poked his head out the door the second he heard that, his ears perked up, "WHAT!?"
He rushed back out, getting on his hind legs, putting his front paws on Amity's thighs, "Woah woah woah, I know I said I wanted you out when Bo came over but come on! I love you, you smell like lemonade all the time and I like that- Amity don't leave me!!"
"You left her for Bo in the first place Prince, she can hate you if she wanted to." Luz pouted, pulling him back.
He whimpered, looking up at Amity with puppy eyes, "But you're wrong Luz, no one can hate me!"
"Anyone is allowed to hate someone else given a reason or not!"
The crow crawled up to Amity's shoulder, sitting down on it, glaring at Prince. The mutt snarled at him, Amity taking a step back, Luz pulling Prince back farther. "Prince, Camilla told me you took behavior training.. Don't make us send you back." Luz threatend.
He looked up at Luz, his ears falling back, before they perked up, "Do send me back! There's this really pretty dog there, I forgot her name, but she likes to play tug of war with me!" He barked.
"I thought you liked Mattias?"
He tilted his head to the side, very confused on those words, "Me? Like Mattias?"
"Prince you cuddle with him when he comes over." Luz mumbled.
"Oh, yeah I second that. Luz has pictures." Amity chimed in.
Prince looked up at the human, then at the witch, "I like Gator!" Prince yipped, his tail wagging.
"He has a girlfriend." Luz blurted out.
Prince's tail drooped down, then perked up, wagging furiously, "Well then yeah I like Mattias!" He panted, giving her a dopey grin. "He can almost beat me in Tug of War!"
The limo Amity arrived in jerked forward, driving up ahead slightly as another car pulled up in front of the house. "Ah, I think I should get going." Amity muttered. "I'll take him to the vet, I'll see you Monday Luz."
"Oh, okay! Well, he likes you more so I think you should give him a name." Luz suggested, holding on to Prince as he growled at the crow.
Amity nodded, going back to her limo, opening the door, "Bye Luz!" Amity waved.
"Bye Amityyyy!!!" Luz waved back.
The human got in, closing the door behind herself, the limo driving off, having to loop around and zooming on by. The other vehicle pulled up, the door opening, Ay coming out. "Oi! Hundesitter!" He called out. "Du musst dich um Mattias kümmern, während ich zu einer Hochzeit gehe.."
*Hey! Dogsitter! I need you to care for Mattias while I go to a wedding!
"Hochzeiten? Okay! du solltest loslegen!"
*Wedding? Okay! You should get going!
He bowed his head, Mattias exiting the vehicle, Ay entering the limo, patting Mattias' head, and closing the door. The limo floored it, Mattias rolling his eyes, walking over to them, "I do apologize, it's his sister's wedding. She's allergic to dogs." He barked.
"That's okay, caught me off guard even though I saw him first." Luz smiled nervously. "Come on, I have butterflies to release."
Mattias trotted to the front door, looking over at Luz as the witch picked up the cage, waiting for her to come. Prince followed from behind, both stepping in, Mattias staying out. "Aren't you coming in?" Luz asked.
"Well, I didn't bring a gift. It's rude to not bring flowers, maybe some wine when coming over." Mattias barked. "Also, I feel as though you should invite me in."
"Would you like to come in?" Luz questioned, stepping aside.
He trotted in, Luz closing the door behind him, locking it, going over to the back door. "Come on, I gotta release the butterflies and moth!"
Prince opened the door for her, Luz exiting the home from the back, looking around for any birds. No, there weren't any for about a quarter of a mile. She placed the cage down, popping off the lid, the butterflies hesitantly flying out. "Common things. Great." Mattias huffed.
One landed on his nose, Mattias glancing up at Luz, Prince looking up at the sky. The butterflies flew off, possibly going to find somewhere safe to live, the moth, stayed. Luz let it get on her finger, the witch placing it on the grass, "Go on little buddy!"
It flew up to Luz's shirt, clinging on to her. "I believe it's nocturnal." Mattias huffed, the butterfly on his nose flying off.
"Nocturnal?" Prince whined. "You mean they wake up at night?"
Mattias sat then layed down in the grass, "That is the meaning yes. They are attracted to light are they not?"
"Mhm, they are." Luz said, putting the lid on for the cage. "So we wait?"
"That is logical, yes." Mattias nodded, resting his head in his paws.
Luz pat his head, Prince looking up at the sky, recalling something, "Luz?"
"Yeah?"
"When you go home..Will you ever come back..?" Prince whimpered.
The witch rested her hands on her knees, lightly shrugging, "I have a family on the isles..I'd love to take you, Nero and Camilla with me, but you guys have friends here.."
Mattias glanced at both of them, Prince looking down at the grass, "I heard momma say I only have..Maybe six years left? I know it's alot, but I want to be with Camilla..Til she eventually passes away too.."
Luz pat his head, ruffling his fur, "I know a spell or two about something like that.."
