"Wow!! I didn't know you own a so beautiful farm house Kabeer" She said turning around and seeing every where.
"It's..Mom's" I whispered and she looked at me.
Yes!!
I don't know why and how but I bought her to mom's farm house.
I don't know why!!
But I did so!!
And I don't regret it a bit.
"She had the most amazing choice in this world" She said and I nodded.
Off course!!
I've spent all the weekends and school holidays of those seven years here!!
She held my hand more tightly as we stepped and I opened the door of the home!
Uncle turned on the lights and she was amazed to see the home from inside!
"It's my birth place" I whispered and she looked around leaving my hand!
The walls of home had so many frames with photos of Dad,mom and me.
"It's you" She asked looking at one of the childhood photograph of mine and I nodded
"You were soo cute Kabeer!" She exclaimed and I gave her a small smile!
"Uncle! She's my wife Baani! And Baani, He's Sharma uncle! Lives in outhouse behind the farm house !" I introduced and she passed him a smile.
Her smile is beautiful...
She herself is beautiful!!
"She's a beautiful child Kabeer! Just like your mom" Uncle complimented and she looked at me.

"Kabeer! I'm in outhouse! If you need anything ,call me okay" Uncle said
"Thankyou uncle! I'll call you if I need anything" I replied and he went closing the door leaving us both alone!
"I got the best compliment of my life right now" She said as she moved around seeing the home!
"Mhm hmm!" I hummed
"She designed this home by herself! Each thing from a marble to furniture and all the wall paintings and even cushions of couches were chosen by herself! She loved this home very much" I told and she looked at me smiling.
"Great taste" She complimented
"Come! The room's upstairs" I told and she nodded following me.
It's mom's favorite place. Hence forth, mine!!
"Which is mom's room" She asked and I looked at her.
"Umm..it's okay! If you don't wanna show" She assured when I smiled and opened the door near which we were standing.
I don't mind showing her any place near me.
She looked around and looked at the portrait above the bed!
"Mom-dad!" She whispered and I hummed
It was a frame of mom and dad's...wedding !!
"It's.. surreal ! I'm fan of mom now" She exclaimed and I smiled.
I then took her to another room which was mine !
It had nothing on walls! Just paint and that king sized bed with basic amenities!
"Your taste is boring" She mocked
"I know" I replied looking at her and smirked.
"I loved mom's room! Can we stay in that" She asked and I looked at the floor!
Can we?
"It's okay! This one's not that bad" She smiled and I sighed.
Why can't I deny her saying a No ever!!
And she's an idiot. Can't even lie a smile!!
"Come!" I said
"No Kabeer it's fine" She assured but I already left the room and she followed me.
We came to mom's room and she went to balcony, her all time favorite spot.
The farm house was surrounded just by greenery all around hence it's bit more colder then city so she wrapped her hands around her body and looked around the surroundings.
I opened mom's wardrobe and pulled out one of her shawl and went behind her wrapping that around her.
Kabeer idiot!!
At least wish her.
It's almost 11:59 !!!
"Happy Birthday Angel!" I whispered in her ear taking out the neck piece from my pocket and made her wear that while I saw her smiling ear to ear.
"Wow! It's beautiful.. Not bad Kabeer Mittal ! You're gifting me moons and stars " she whispered and then chuckled while I smiled
It was a platinum chain that had many stars and moons attached to it.
"Don't remove it ever okay ! It looks beautiful on you" I told and she smiled nodding
"I thought you won't wish!" She said
"I don't repeat a mistake twice" I replied
"Thankyou Kabeer!" She told and I wrapped my hands around her waist.
"Mom always used to tell dad that when her daughter in law comes, that day she'll shift here forever with dad! It's her dream house." I whispered and she turned looking at me.
"So..now she's in this home! After all, her daughter in law is there" She said and I smiled kissing her hairs.
She sometimes behaves all mature all of a sudden.
So mature that you can't even think that there's a Baani who's like a kid...who's stubborn and clumsy, falling and hitting herself over here and there!

"Oh, I'm best at it" She grinned and I slapped her forehead head slightly while she giggled.
"I'm stuck with you forever" I sighed and she looked at me.
"Hey! I'm offended. I'm not that bad" She whined
"Yeah you're worse!!" I mocked when she glared me.
"Then leave me" She said and I stepped back.
"Done" I smirked
"Forever" She stated
"Off course. If you can leave" I smirked more.
"Don't challenge me. I'll leave you one day and you won't be able to find me then " She stated
"My good days" I mocked again and she huffed whining.
"Mom!! How much I wish you would've been here. Just to twist this man's ears taking my side" She said looking at the portrait and I looked at her photo.
"You miss her" She mumbled
"A lot. I got very less time with her" I whispered
"Still more lucky then me. You know I sometimes feel so jealous of you" She said and I looked at her smiling a bit.
"Need a hug? " She asked
"I think we both need that" I said and she chuckled hugging me and I hugged her more tightly.
"Thankyou. You made my birthday very special bringing me here. " She thanked
"You feel so" I asked
"I.. Know so" She expressed
"We.. Should... Sleep" I told and she nodded.
"Go to your room. You've one" She smirked
"My house. My rules" I stated
"That's not fair. It's always you and your house" She whined
"Baani I wa.." I tried to speak but she spoke again
"I'll shift in some other house. I'll go to my mansion.. " She said and I looked at her
"At least liste.." I again spoke to be cut by her.
"No.I'll not live with you now. I'll go to m.. "
That's enough.
I pulled her and kissed her and she froze at her place going numb!!!
The only way I can shut her up.
Soon, I felt her hands wrap around my neck and my hold on her waist tightened.

"You speak much!! " I whispered and she looked flushed at me.
"I... Ehmm.. I.. I'll sleep" She stammered going to bed and laid down while I smirked.
"Finally found the only way to Shut up Baani!! Victory!! " I mocked and she glared me.
"I hate you Kabeer Mittal" She screamed
"I know how much you hate me Baani Mittal" I smirked and she huffed closing her eyes and I chuckled going to my side and closed my eyes.
"Have nightmares of vampires" I mocked
"Dream about monsters" She replied still her eyes closed but a smile on her face.
The sleep I'm getting with her beside me is... Peaceful!

Oh I just love this man!
And I love the farm house! Mom had the most amazing taste in world!
It's been fifteen days and I spend my sundays at farm house...sadly alone!
Because my workoholic husband is always busy with his bluetooth and mac book!
"Morning Preeti" I wished as I moved in office
"Morning madam! Your schedule for today! You've meetings..." she started telling and I listened!
"Okay! So Mr.Mittal knows about meeting" I asked
"Off course madam! he's a board member" she said and I hummed

After attending first few meetings it was evening when the board meeting took place!

"Well ! It was nice to meet you..Mr& Mrs.Mittal ! " Mr.Mehra said pressing Mrs. Mittal just the way Kabeer did.

"I am Bajaj's CEO at work! Thankyou" I replied glaring Kabeer while he scowled
Now he's behaving like a kid!!
"Okay! Baani Bajaj!!" He replied and I nodded smiling and gestured Kabeer to move.
"Weren't you smiling too much" Kabeer asked as we left office
"I do smile a lot everyday! Unlike you!" I mocked
"And what was with that I prefer Baani Bajaj !" He asked as he drove.
"I prefer Baani Bajaj at my work Kabeer and accept it" I stated and he nodded
"Well ! He was really very polite and sweet. I meet very few people like this " I said casually and he glared me speeding up the car!
And distance which is to be covered in 20 minutes took just 10 minutes!
Why it feels like silence before storm!!
As soon as we reached penthouse, I was just typing the security code before which I was pulled by him on his chest and I gasped!
"Kabeer!! W.." I was saying before which he spoke.
"He's cute..polite!! " he asked and I smirked
"Who he?" I asked innocently

"I wished it anywhere else but I didn't there! So you were saved! And stop giving me this look! I know how much you dance in your mind when I do this" he said making me turn into a boiled tomato!!
All red in anger yet embarrassed.
"Keep that in mind" he warned and turned walking away.
"I hate you!!" I yelled when I was in my senses back
"As if I care!!" He replied going to his room
Why the hell is this man so bipolar !
I sighed and looked at myself in mirror behind me!
You know right,he's never going to love you back!! Never!!
