I entered the resort suite bith a big bag and Anna glared me.
"You're late. I told you not to go Delhi today but no!! Whom you listen anyways " She gritted
"I'm sorry but it was important meeting" I chuckled nervously putting the bag on bed and ran towards bathroom.
"Thank God you at least bought the attire which I ordered personally for you from Mumbai" She grinned and I shrugged my shoulders
"I had to wait for twenty minutes there you know! And then they handed me this" I told looking at the big case.
After ten minutes, I came back to find two women and a man looking at me while I looked at Anna.
"Your stylists. It's your marriage Baani. And Oh, open the case. I'm dying to see your red bridal attire" She exclaimed and I sighed
Why is she so excited about my bridal attire when I the bride herself is least interested.
Wait a second!! When I looked at the attire in jet..... It was peach.
Shit!! Did.. I just.. Exchanged my attire with the woman with whom I bumped outside the showroom and our cases fell from our hands on the same place!!!
If it's so... I'm personally dead !!
"Anna.. My darling... I.. Think I just did a small... Very small mistake" I chuckled nervously and she looked at me
"Sit here and talk" She told making me sit on a chair near dressing table and the people started their work.
"Now say what" she asked
"Um... I.. I think, I by mistake exchanged my attire with someone" I told as she was putting her heels.
"Oh okay" She mumbled and I grinned.
"Wait a second.. You whaatttttt" She yelled and I bit my tongue.
"Baani Bajaj! Are you even for real. You.. Exchanged your bridal attire with someone. I mean...what the... God! In just three hours it's your wedding. Oh my God. Oh Jesus!!!" She screamed and I sighed
It was just a attire for a wedding which is nothing like a wedding even!!
It's a pact of eight months... Nothing else.
"I.. Think The peach one's really amazing" I told as I saw her red in anger
I can be murdered right now by her!!
"Really!! It was your fitting. How can you be sure that this will fit you. And Baani... It was the red one!!! And it had all the matching jewellery with it!! " She shouted and everyone looked at both of us.
She huffed looking at me and then opened the case and took out the blouse.
"See, I told you it's beautiful" I said
"Baani! He's India's top designer and off course whatever he makes is amazingly beautiful but..." She sighed
"I'm sorry!" I mumbled
"It's your marriage Baani. You should have been a little careful." She pointed out
Ugh!!
"I'm sending Aayush right now to Mumbai" She muttered
"God, Anna!! It'll take him two hours to go and two hours to come back. I'll manage in this and trust me it's pretty" I whined and she frowned
"I think, it will be a bit loose to her. Let's do one thing. We're doing her makeup and hairs, till that any professional tailor will do the fittings nicely" The Stylist said and I grinned
"See!! It's a win-win" I told and she glaring me for one more time went out with that and I took a breath of relief.
After the makeup torture and hairstyle, I got ready in that attire and jwellery that Anna bought in just an hour!!
She's so good at this!!!
"You.. Look beautiful" She exclaimed and I smiled
"Told you that this one's gonna be nice" I shrugged
"It was not about it. It's just that.. It was red and it was the best" She frowned
"Anna! Come on. It's just a matter of two hours and honestly... I'm not at all interested in this attire and jwellery. All this is just for papa's happiness." I honestly told and she sighed
"You just go to uncle. I'll be back in few" She said and I smiled.
I went to papa and he complimented me as if I was the only girl who was a bride for first time.

After a little bickering with Mr. Mittal who was by the way looking really very handsome in his white attire and off course... His blue eyes which as always were emotionless...the marriage started....and ended !!!
"The marriage is completee. You're husband and wife now" The priest announced and I gulped down!

To this blue eyed vampire whom I hate the most!
I know it's for just 8 months but still when I can't stand him for eight minute how will I live with him for 8 months !!
But there's good thing that at least I'll see two faces of uncle and aunty everyday other then this man!

"I will come to meet you everyday" I told
"Married girls don't do that every day" He said with a small smile and I know how hard it is for me to control my tears right now!
"Marrying to someone doesn't change the fact that you're my papa and I'm your daughter! I will come and no one can stop me" I told firmly when I sensed a gaze on me!
"I love you my princess and I will miss you! But I am happy that you're married to a responsible man! He'll take your care" papa said with heavy voice

"Kabeer! Son come here" Papa said to him and he nodded coming near us!
Papa took his hand and put that on my hand while I looked at papa!
Don't papa! His touch give weird sensations to me!
"Take care of her. I know she's a little immature but I know you'll keep her happy. I chose you for her because I trust you Kabeer! Don't let my trust break" Papa told him and he looked at me and then at papa nodding!
He can't papa! Your trust is going to break!!
"I'll take her care uncle! " He assured and I looked at him !
"It's papa now for you too! " Papa said and he nodded
His eyes held seriousness!

At least he's behaving good with papa!
"You're my papa only" I frowned and papa chuckled
I hugged papa and controlling all my tears which I'll never shed in front of this man, I bid bye to him!
We were in his porsche taycan driving to mansion.

"Thankyou for behaving good with papa" I thanked and he looked at me.
"That was my res..that was one of the clause" He said and I looked at his blue eyes!
"What are these papers" I asked looking at his hands.
"None of your concern Ms.Baj.. Mrs. Mittal" He corrected
How can I forget nothing related to him is of my concern!
"I hope you haven't made a deal out of me to someone for some money or shares as in novels" I commented and he looked at me his eyes getting dark!
"I told you that's none of your concern" He repeated
"Chill Mr.Mittal ! I was just joking" I told
"And I don't like jokes" he chided getting out of the car as it stopped near a sky scrapper!

"Are you coming out or not" Came his booming voice and I sighed getting out of the car!
I looked at the tall building and then at him!
"Why are we here! I guess that's not mansion"I asked
"I don't live there! I live in my pent house" He told and I nodded with an O.
He entered a lift and I followed him!
He can be a bit nice right! Atleast I am his wife for 8 months!

I turned and closed my eyes tightly!
After some minutes the door of elevator opened and I looked around!

I looked at him as he typed the security pin !

I silently looked at his face through my eyes so quietly that he Doesn't notice!
"You can come forward to have the look of my face! Or else take a photo! It last long for staring session" He smirked and I instantly looked away!

He entered without asking me to come!

As soon as I stepped inside my heel tilted and I was landing on floor but a hand caught my hand pulling me towards him!
He looked at me and I was already looking at his blue eyes with my mouth slightly open in shock.
" Do you have your eyes on feet " He snapped annoyed and I frowned!
"At least I didn't break my leg with fracture otherwise Chris Evans wouldn't have married a fractured person" I told
"You're already married" He said with a glare and I sighed

"Upstairs take a left and the third room is yours" He told and I smiled
"Did I crack a joke?" He asked
"Well you can't joke ever and I am smiling for getting my own room !" I told
"As if I was ever going to share my room with you" He muttered
"As if I was dying to share room with you" I stated
"Who knows you might be" He mocked and I glared him!
"My suitcases" I asked
"Already in your room! Now can you leave me alone and stop bugging on my head" He exasperated and moved upstairs to the first room!
From upstairs he looked at me with a spark of anger in his eyes!
"You might have become Mrs.Mittal but remember one thing, You meant nothing to me and will mean nothing to me ever ! I Hate You!! " He boomed and went inside his room shutting it with a thud!
A tear escaped my eye and I wiped that away!
Wait, why the hell am I even crying! His words should not affect me right!
I have agreed the pact tooo and yes I'll never cry in front of him at least!
I don't want to make myself feel pity and helpless again! Ever!!
A person realizes their fault by one mistake and I've already realized that !
I went to the room and after changing into my night wear I fell on the bed !
Well, I don't have ice cream right now and I am in no mood to go and check fridge so let's just eat chocolates!
I love that man Aayush and my Anna so much! They bought me so many chocolates!
Well, I've to keep them in fridge tomorrow but that man should not eye my any single chocolate too!

"No aunty! You're elder then me and moreover you're the one due to whom I'll not die in this house of hunger! You see I don't know how to cook! So the one who provides you food is always up you! Hence you should call me Baani " I completed and she looked at me with utter confusion!
I know I blabbered again!
"Call me Baani that's it! And yeah is there ice cream ??" I asked
"Sorry mada..I mean Baani ! Sir don't eat ice creams ! He's very health conscious! " She told
He doesn't eat ice cream!!! Then what does he survives on!!!!
That's the reason he has a perfect body!

"No it's okay! I'll bring while coming back! By the way, I want a secret place in fridge to hide my chocolates and the ice cream I bring! You see what if that frequent day of Mr.Mittal comes and he eats my ice cream" I told and she chuckled
He can even throw my ice cream babies in anger and revenge!
"Well ! For some days you can keep where ever you want because he'll not be home few days" She told
"What? Where's he!" I asked
"He went to Delhi early morning due to some meetings and informed me to tell you the same" She informed and I frowned
He could've said directly to me! Huh!

"Okay!" I whispered and had my breakfast after which I drove to office to receive lots of wishes and bouquets!

Why did I even keep that on Anna's wedding!
It fell on us and I ended up with this man!
"Baani?" Came a voice and I looked to find Anna and Aayush
"Hey guys!" I chirped but I saw their worried face
"What happened peeps! All okay! I hope you both aren't kicked from your house by Aayush's parents" I joked but they glared me and that look from Aayush makes me worried now!
"What Happened" I asked getting serious
"Media's outside! They got to know that Kabeer's in Delhi just another day of your marriage! And they're making it an issue! " Anna said and I sighed
"Now it isn't my mistake that he went away!" I told
"We know..but they're saying that this marriage was nothing just a deal between India's two most richest Families" Aayush explained and I huffed
"I'm not going to do anything" I stated and they looked at me with pleading eyes
"Mistake is his and fine I've to pay! I so hate him" I muttered and went out of my cabin downstairs!
"We're sorry madam! The reporters aren't ready to go" The security told and I nodded
I went outside and looked at the media people!
"Mrs.Baani Mittal ! What's this! Your husband went away just a day after your marriage? Do you even know this" Said one
"Yes Mrs.Baani and what's he doing in Delhi. And he's spotted at Delhi airport a few hours ago means he went either early morning or late night ! On your wedding night ! What's the reason" Asked another
"Is this just a marriage deal between Mittal's and Bajaj's so that your companies can flourish more" accused one more
"Or you and Mr.Mittal had a so big clash that he left on the day of his marriage only. Are you both taking divorce . He didn't even answer media " Accused another
"Anyone else! Any question! Then vomit! Because I am not that much free to answer each and every question! I have just one answer to all your questions and if you give me chance to speak then I'll ! Shall I sirs and madams" I said in a mocking tone and they nodded
"My husband is off to Delhi and I know it very well! You came to know this today but I knew many days ago because he himself told me that! He's there for his some important project which he cannot delay further and being a businesswoman I myself know the importance of all this but sadly you all don't! And yes he left early morning only because I told him to!
The reason is I don't want to be the reason of him being away from his work! The name he earned is because of his hard work and I am no one to come between that ! So I am happy that after so many pleadings from me to give work first priority he left for Delhi to complete his work! Mittal's and Bajaj's very well know what they did and what not and you're no one to accuse us on anything! I don't give you right to do so! It is our marriage and we very well know what is right in it and what's wrong. So stop giving your unneccessary opinions on our marriage! And stop defaming us!
Because I hope you know that charges put on defaming cases are quite serious and I won't hesitate a bit before filing complaint against defaming our pride! " I completed and I know I want water right now!
No! Not because I am angry on them! I am thirsty man I gave a so long speech..well I'm angry too !
And you protected his so called pride!
"I guess I am done! You all may leave ! " I smiled tightly and everyone and they all looked pale moving away!
I went inside and Anna and Aayush took me in a bone crushing hug!
"You rocked baby" Aayush said and I chuckled
"Behave guys! It's my office" I told and they giggled
"Well I'll not leave that pschyco" Aayush frowned
"Well leave that pschsyco and give me ice cream treat ! My throat is paining after a long speech" I told and he laughed as we moved out for ice cream!
After coming back I attended some meetings and called Sheena aunty to have a leave because I'll be at papa's place tonight!
What the hell will I even do in a not so familiar house
It was night when I went to mansion !
"Papaaa!!" I exclaimed and hugged him as tears fell my eyes
"Baani !! You here!! " He asked surprised
"Why? Can't I come at my own home" I frowned and he chuckled
"I am surprised because I guess you're directly coming from office!! And well I saw the news" He told and I bit my inner cheek to control my tears

We called it a night and I woke up in the morning getting ready for my office and now was fidgeting with files in office room!

"Geeta aunty did you see a file in red covers" I asked yelling from upstairs
"No Baani ! I didn't find any there!" She told
"God!! It's important!!!" I screeched
"I guess you must've left it at penthouse" She suggested and then it clicked me!
I was reading that on wedding night!
