Within Yra's flag ship we see Yra speaking to one elite commander down at the ring as the Elite told Yra about the fall of Jusa.
Yra was surprised cause Jusa was one of the powerful warriors ever.
Yra: What else have you gathered so far.
Elite commander (hologram): The humans have established a new base at the beach and getting their troops to their new second base. Shall we sent troops to destroy it?
Yra: No point. The humans will pay for what they did to the right but right now we must explore the ring and find out what this rung has.
Elite commander (hologram): Yes shipmaster.
Then the hologram cuts off as Yra turns to the ring as he hopes the ring will be fixed so they can use it against the humans.
Yra: (thought) Once thering is fixed we can begin our great journey and I will make things right to the prophets and soon the humans will be destroyed.
(Meanwhile)
We see Y/n walk up to Ave, Ashley and Sophie as they throw the dead bodies of Jusa along with his troops into the fire as Y/n walks up to them and asked.
Y/n: So how is it going?
Ave: Good, now we have a second base to ourselves.
Y/n: Well Cali and Remington will be back looking for Doc/O'Malley.
Ashley: Hope so, that A.I is gonna be a problem to us all.
Y/n: Yeah tell me about it.
Ave: Hey Watcher, can you ask us a few questions?
Watcher appears on Y/n's shoulder as he fold his arms and said.
Watcher: Sure what is it?
Ave: Are you actually the monitor of this Halo ring?
Watcher: Yep I watch over the ring and making sure things won't crash or burn to the ground by something.
Ashley: (smirk) It's pretty awesome you know have a ancient A.I as your A.I partner.
Watcher: "Ancient A.I" is kinda rude. I would say......a really really really really and REALLY lost A.I that has been forgotten by a bunch of assholes.
Ashley: Ok?
Then Cali and Remington came back with Tex as they turn to them and asked.
Y/n: Fine them?
Cali: Nope and not even Lopez.
Tex: Where ever they are, they must be out there.
Y/n: Well hope we can find them before O'Malley will do something more worst.
Caboose: Mr Spartan! Mr Spartan! Come quick!
They turn to Caboose at the balcony as Y/n step forward and asked.

Caboose: He's alive! He's here.
Y/n: Here?
Ave: Oh right I forgot to mention. We got a transmission from Church after we clear the base with Covenant troops.
Y/n: That's cool. Let's head in and see what this transmission said.
Ave nods as the two head into the base to see this massage from Church. Once inside they already see Grif, Sarge and Simmons as they listen to Church saying the same recording from Church over and over again.
Church (coms): Caboose, is that you, can you hear me?
Caboose: Yes it is me Caboose. How are you today?
Ave: How long has this been going on?
Grif: Maybe a hour or something but it's pretty funny.
Ave: (sigh) You guys are useless.
Ave walks over and press play as Church said.
Church (coms): Ok Caboose, I know your there. I'm leaving this message from 2000 years in the past. Whatever you do, don't touch anything. Apparently your this culture version of the apocalypse. Your going to destroy this building, and somehow bring about doom to their entire race.
Ave:......He's talking about our Caboose right? Because there is no fucking way that's not possible.
Y/n: Yeah and also 2000 years in the past? How the hell dose everyone thinks we time travelled!? First Donut being mistaken to be a girl and now this? Damn what's next, a female yellow soldier gonna be mistaken as a guy?
Caboose: Mmmmmm, no. That doesn't sound like me. I like people and also buildings too.
Ave: Maybe Church got it all wrong?

Then Tucker and Donut walks over to the gate just as Y/n and Ave was about to tell them to stop but they go through and the whole building gets into lock down.
Church (coms): Otherwise the whole place is going to lock down and you're going to be trapped.
Y/n: If Church was here I would say.....yeah I think we know that now.
Sarge: Tex don't detonate the bomb, we're trapped in here.
Tex (coms): It's not remote, it's on a timer.
Grif: It's on a timer?
Tex (coms): No it's gose to 2 minutes and then explodes. Of course is on a timer.
Simmon: (scared) Oh crap, we're doomed!
Grif: (scared) I didn't even have my last meal.
Sarge: Well I knew this day will end. Get ready boys. It seems we all gonna die.
Ave: You do realise there is holes we can escape right?

Then Watcher zaps into the bombs and stops the count down as he appears on Y/n's shoulder and said whole dusting his hands.
Watcher: There, bomb disarmed.

Donut: Your one quick A.I.
Watcher: Try my best.
Sarge: Well sulks. I was ready for my final speech before my deaths.

Tex (coms) Hey, your UNSC troops are rolling up now.
Y/n: Right thanks Tex.
Y/n and Ave exist out and look down to see Warthogs and Warthog troop transport rolled up as they park their vehicles and exit out for the vehicles and get their weapons into the base.
Y/n and Ave meets up with their Sargent as he turns to them and said.
Male Sargent: Spartans glad to see yous are alright.
Ave: same to you Sargent. How is things at Blood Gluch?
Male Sargent: We're getting a fee upgrades to the base but either then that, all good. Where's you weapon Sir?
Y/n: Oh an Elite slice them up.
Male Sargent: That must of suck sir. But here, choose any weapon as you wish.

He nods and walks off. Y/n walks over to a crate as he opens it to see weapons. He looks at them trying to figure out what weapons he wants to choose.
He picks up a shotgun as he chocks it and slide it into his back.
He then pulls out a Saw as he aims it around and decides he choose this one as he shows it to Ave.
Y/n: What do you think?
Ave: (smile) Looks pretty good on you.
Y/n: (smile) Yeah. Now we need to find Church and bring him back here. Watcher didn't you say you found Church location?
Watcher: Yep let me see.........there find him, he's.......wait.......oh shit.
Y/n: What?
Watcher: Crap Crap Crap! Why the hell is he there?! Damn it why did I sent him there?! I'm a fucking idiot!
Ave: Wow calm down Watcher. Where is he?
Watcher: (sigh) OK what I'm telling you is very VERY serious so listen up.
They listen to Watcher as he sigh once more and then said.
Watcher: Church is in one of the research facilities within the ring but......not what you think of.
Y/n: Wgat do you mean?
Watcher: Within these facilities holds one of the deadlines creatures us forerunner has ever faced and nearly end us all. If we gonna go and save Church then we need to bring only four people and no one else.
Ashley: (smirk) Guess us Spartans are gonna go in together huh?
Then Ashley and Sophie walks up to them as Ashley said.
Ashley: (smirk) What ever holds in that facility where Church is in, I'm in.
Sophie: Same here.
Tex: Guess I stay here with the rest?
Then Text walks up to them as Y/n walks up to her and said.
Y/n: Wish we could but this mission maybe serious. We go and get Church while you stay here and help out the soldiers.
Tex: Well be safe and if you see Church, tell him "Have a nice trip?"
Y/n: (smile) Sure.
Tex and Y/n fist pump before Tex walks off while the four Spartans head into he beach where their Pelican is at. They hop on and after a while the Pelican takes off as it flys to we're Church is at.
Watcher wasn't sure by this but Y/n assures him they will be alright and nothing bad is gonna happen to them as the Pelican flys off to where ever Church is at now.

The Pelican flys over the trees as they were nearly at their location. Y/n enter the cockpit as he looks at the view of the forest as Watcher points ahead while saying.
Watcher: There it is.
Y/n loosk ahead and see the forerunner research facility which was huge as he hung on a cliff as the bottom is surrounded by trees and nature itself.
The Pelicon hoovers over the landing pad as it sets down and once that the pilot opens the hanger doors as Y/n, Ave, Ashley and Sophie hops out, weapons drawn as they search around to see nothing.
But what they see some military equipment on the ground and tents torn apart like someone or something attack the military soldiers here.
Y/n: Pilot we call you when we needed a pickup. Be here at 5 minutes.
The pilot nods as he takes off into the air as four Spartans sent into the camp sit and see there was no living life around. Ave noticed bullets on the ground followed by an Assault rifle laying on the ground.
Ave bends down and picks up the rifle and looks at it. They all look around to see weapons were on the ground but no dead soldiers or living soldiers around.
Ave: What happened here?
Ashley: Did Church did this? I know he's have some angry issues but I wather stay away if he gets mad next time.
Y/n: I don't think it's Church. Something must of happen here.
Watcher was scared all of a sudden but he takes a deep breath and try to act cool. They walk up to a close door as the door slowly opens up to reveal a dark hallway.
It was creepy so they flip on the lights in their helmets and enter the facility with the doors closed behind them. They were in the dark now as they walk slowly through the halls as they scan around the halls as they shine their light everywhere.
After a while of walking they arrived to a another closed door as they open it and draw their weapons. But it was nothing. They lower their weapons and enter the room.
The room looks like the command room for this facility. Y/n walks over to the controls and slide Watcher into the controls as Watcher appears and type some buttons before he said.
Watcher: OK I've detected someone at the lower floors of this facility and it appear to be Church but it looks like he running.
Y/n: Running? Running from what?
Watcher: Something that I don't blame him.
Sophie: Can you tell us what he is running from?
Watcher: It's.....kinda hard you explain but it looks like who ever been here must of set them free. In order to get to Church safely we need to bring someone hot or something to destroy the body.
Y/n: Why?
Watcher: It's best. That shotgun you have may do, let's just head down there, find Church and get the hell out of this nightmare.
Y/n: Ok?
Y/n: (thought) I never seen A.I's scared like this before. What ever this facility has must be horrifying to him.
Y/n slide watcher out and slide him back into his helmet as all four Spartans head out of the room and walk through the halls. They head down deeper and deeper into the facility trying to find Church.
After a while of walking through the halls and looking for Church Ashley gotten tired as she asked.
Ashley: Man this sucks. Can we say Church is dead and head home.
Y/n: We can't, Church is our responsibility and we gonna find him.
Ave: But what ever this thing is must have gotten Church.
Y/n: Still we gonna-
Then they hear something above them as they look up and Watcher have the chills. It sounded like something is in the air vents before it went silent.
Ave looks ahead and said to the rest in surprised.
Ave: (surprised) Wow guys look!
They look ahead as they shine their light to see a soldier as this soldier is looking away and facing the wall. The soldier just stands there swinging left and right as it makes some weird noise like he's growling or something.
Sophie: Is he ok?
Ashley: One way to find out.
Watcher: wait, Ashley don't!
Ashley walks up to the soldier as she aims her DMR at the soldier and said.
Ashley: Alright hands up and identified yourself.
The soldier doesn't say anything but stood there and growling like a beast. Ashley has enough as she walks up to the soldier and grabs the soldiers shoulder and turns him around.
Ashley: Hey I said identified your sel-
Then Ashley and the rest were shocked as this soldier doesn't look normal. It looks like a gross zombie like creature with three tentacle like things sticking out of the soldiers mouth as it growls once more but this time at her.
Ashley was both shocked and horrified as she aims her DMR at "it" and asked.
Ashley: (shocked) Wh-What the hell are you?!
Then "it" roars like nothing like a human and tackles Ashley to the ground as she drops her DMR.
Ave: Ashley!
Ashley struggled with the thing as it roars at her once more before Y/n rushes over and rams the thing back and orni the wall. He helps Ashley up as he turns to the thing as it stood and roars once more at them.
Y/n swap his Saw with his shotgun as he aims it at the thing and said.
Y/n: Stay back! I mean it!
The thing roared once more and was about to attack Y/n but he fired his shotgun as the things body exploded a sfell backwards onto the ground.
The girls were shocked by how this things body exploded so easily and the feel cost Ashley to remove her helmet and buff out. Y/n walsk over to the now dead thing as Watchee appears on Y/n's shoulder and Y/n asked.
Y/n: Ok so are you gonna tell us what the hell is this?
Watcher: Ok, so.....remember earlier we met I mentioned the Flood?
Y/n: Yeah?
Watcher: Well congratulations, this is the Flood, this one is called a combat form. Their the back bone of the Flood as they spread their infection to the galaxy.
Sophie: Wait you saying their like Space Zombie's?
Watcher: If you like to put it like that, yeah but their nothing like you see in Zombie movies. The Flood maybe stupid but that's because their in their Feral Stage and I believe tenor making a proto gravemind right now.
Ave: And you're saying they can infected other users?
Watcher: Yep, I guess Church maybe one of them.
Y/n: No. Church maybe still be alive, we gonna find him. I've lost two soldiers in this battle, I'm not gonna lose another again.
Ave: Where ever Church is, we're rith you.
Ashley: Yeah same.
Sophie: Me too.
Y/n: Alright, let's move out.
The girls nod as they continue on. Now their on high alert for any Flood that may pop out and attack them. After a while of walking they hear fast footsteps in the distance.
Y/n and the rest follow the footsteps and once they turn a corner Y/n get bumped by someone as the two fell onto the ground. The girls shine their light and see it's Church.
Church sat up and yells at Y/n.
Church: Hey watch where you're going you stupid fuc- wait.....Y/n?!
Y/n: Hey, nice to meet you.
Then they hear flood roaring behind Church as Y/n stands up and Church said.
Church: Hurry, these things are gonna catch up soon.
They follow Church and after a while they enter some kind a human control room as Church shuts the door. They gone silent as they hear the flood run by their door. After a while it was silent.
They breath in a sigh of relief as Y/n turns to Church and said.
Y/n: Great to see you alive Church.
Church: Same, just glad those things didn't get me.
Watcher: Those are called the Flood and Apologise for teleporting you here.
Then Watcher appears as Church looks at him and then turns turns to Y/n and asked.
Church: Who the fuck is this?
Y/n: This is Watcher, he's in charge of this ring and the one who saved us when the nuke in your stomach exploded.
Church: I see, and he's the one who teleport me to this hell hole?
Y/n: In a way.....kinda?
Church: I see.
Church takes a deep breath in and our very very slowly before he yells at Watcher.
Church: (anger) WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG YOU YOU! I THOUGHT THIS PLACE WAS EMPTY BUT WHEN I HEAR SOME NOISES THESE SPACE ZOMBIES ATTACK ME! ARE YOU REALLY TRYING TO KILL ME?!
Watcher: (anger) Don't yell at me! Your the idiot who blow up my ring with a nuke!
Church: (anger) HOW THE FUCK DID I KNOW I HAVE A NUKE IN MY FUCKING STOMACH. BLAME THE REDS, NOT ME!
Ave: OK OK that's enough. Let's leave this argument once we're out.
Church: We can't.
Y/n: Why?
Church: When I came here I discovered this A.I named Gary that may hold us information.
Y/n: Gray?
Church: He's this keeper who protects the greatest weapon and told me about the great destroyer.
Y/n: You mean an A.I told you this greatest destroyer and tis destroyer is Caboose?
Church: Well....yeah why?
Y/n: Well have bad news for you. Tucker has this glowing sword and I think this A.I named Gray maybe bullshitting you.
Church: (shocked) What?! Tucker has this glowing weapon?! How the fuck, you know what, never mind we need to get Gray and get out of here.
Y/n: Where is he?
Church: Well if yous ready the let's go.
They were ready as they nod as they exit out of the room and walk through the halls. They turn the corner to see more Flood combat forms as they're roared at them and charge at them.
The four Spartans pen fire at them as they take out all the combat floor forms. After that they move up while they take out some combat forms along the way.
After a while Church points them to a door where Gary is at . Once there Church opens it and enters the room. There was the control console as Y/n walks over to it and asked.
Y/n: Hello Gray, are you here?
Gary YES. HELLO THERE.
Y/n: Hey, you must be the A.I Church told me.
Gary: INDEED, IT IS NICE TO MEET YOU.
Y/n: Well let's get you home.
Y/n type into a few things and pulls out Gary of the control console. Ave walks up to the controls and presses a button and suddenly the front window slowly opens up. Once completely open they were shocked to see something through the window.
At the other side was a large room with Flood down there as they see a large gross flood like thing with straps sticking iron walls and ceiling.
Y/n: Watcher, what is that?
Watcher: That's a poto gravemind. The first stage of the Flood. It appears the Flood is giving it knowledge.
Sophie: Knowledge about what?
Watcher: Everything. This is why I fear them. The Flood is not like Zombie's because they are actually intelligent. They can plan out attacks, pilot or drive vehicles and ships and even hold weapons. They have three Stages and each one is scarier then the first one.
Church: What are these Stages?
Watcher: Well the first one is Feral stage, the second if Coordination stage and finally....one stage that the forerunners try to stop. This final stage is called Interstellar stage.
Y/n see this as a threat. Id the Flood escape this facility they can infected everyone and grab more knowledge to drive ships and infected many more worlds. He doesn't want this flood to be spread throughout the universe so he asked.
Y/n: Is there a way to destroy this facility?
Watcher: There is but we only have 5 minutes and 30 seconds to escape before it bloes up.
Y/n: Then do it.
Watcher nods has he enter into the facility system and after he takes a deep breath he said.
Watcher: So long you ugly sons of bitches.
He press a button as sirens ho off throughout the facility as the Flood hears this and runs off. Y/n and rest head out of the room as Ave calls the pilot.
Ave: Pilot we're heading out, meet us at the landing point!
Male UNSC pilot (coms): Copy that.
They hear the Flood roars echoing throughout the facility. They look back and see small like infection forms chasing them followed by combat flood forms.
Watcher: Keep going!
They keep going faster and faster as they head up to some levels with the flood on their tail. Ave and Sophie throw their grenades behind them as the grenades hit the Flood and exploded.
After a while or running they exit outside of the landing point where they see no Pelican yet as they turn to see The Army of Flood coming at them.
Church: Shit what are we gonna do!?
Y/n: We hold them off!
They open fire as they hold back the Flood. The Flood gets close as they step back and soon they were nearly at the edge as they see the Flood is gonna tackle them.
They thought this was it until gun fire takes out a huge amount of Flood as they turn to see the Pelican behind them.
Y/n: Nice timing!
The pilot nods as he turns the Pelican around and opens the door. The Ave, Sophie and Ashley leap into the Pelican following by Church. Then Y/n leap over to the Pelican while he fire us Saw at the Flood.
After all were loaded up, the Pilot takes off and after they were in a safe distance they see the facility the Flood they were in exploded into a huge fire ball. The shockwave hits the Pelican but the pilot steady it as the pilot flys off as Church walks up next to Y/n as Y/n asked.
Y/n: Hey Gary, you alright?
Gary: YES, THANK YIU FOR SAVING ME. THAT PLACE WAS DEAD ANYWAYS.
Y/n: Yeah same here. What about you Church?
Church: Yeah I'm good. Hey, thanks for finding me. Thought yous gonna abandon me.
Y/n: (smile) No problem Church. I never leave a soldier behind.
Church nods as he turns and walks off. Y/n looks at the view as he asked Watcher.
Y/n: You alright Watcher? Sorry we bring you here?
Watcher: No it's alright. Besides.....yous aren't that bad facing something like that.
Y/n: (smile) Hey, that's what Spartans are. We face fear no matter what.
Watcher nods as the Pelican flys off heading back to their base.
We then cut to the ruined and destroyed research facility as we see dead Flood burning in flames. However something moves in the rubble as an infection form came out of the rubble and see everything is destroyed.
A Flood Infection form crawled through the flames and the rubble and it enter the forest as this is only the beginning......of the Floods returning to the galaxy.
