4:23 in the morning. Luz was staring at her phone, having slept early made her wake up early if you were a curious person. Luz unplugged her phone, picking it up, turning it on. She went to messages, finding a name, clicking on their profile. She typed her thoughts out, pressing send.
Luz tensed up a bit, shaking off the feeling, looking to her right. Prince flipped over, letting out a yawn, then a low growl that was probably meant to be a snore. The witches phone lit up, Luz looking back down at it. She opened the message, smiling slightly, responding to the message.
She turned her phone off, putting it on her desk, pushing the covers off herself. Luz got out of bed, going to her dresser, getting out some clothing, then going to her closet, not wanting to go back in.

5:03 am. Luz had showered, dried her hair, gotten dressed, fed the pets, made breakfast for Camilla and herself, working on her lunch. "Luz!"
"Hm?"
"I just re-remember-" Prince shook his head. "Remem-membered!"
"What'd you remember?"
"Amity!"
"What about her?"
"I think she can understand me! She got really weird when I said bye last night!"
Luz looked down at him in slight shock; "You're kidding right?"
"No no! She knew what I was barking about!"
"We'll invite her over and test that out later if we can, Gator's coming over."
"Really? Gator Park? Gator from next door!?" Prince barked excitedly, doing downward dog.
"Yes he is! Tell him to be careful with my room, he shed everywhere." Luz said, packing the lunch she made.
She got her lunch pale from under the sink, putting her things away, getting a drink, putting that in her pale as well. "I'll be home at three (3), Gator is staying til four (4), then I get to work at five (5)."
"Wait where are you going? You come home at two thirty (2:30).."
"I'm..Hanging out with someone after school."
"Can I come?"
"It's private. So I'm sorry, not this time Prince."
He let out a small whine, his ears falling back. "I love you Prince, I'll be back later. I have to meet up with the supervisor for the school games before class."
Prince barked, getting up, going to his room, coming back out with a toy. "I will wait for Gator, can you unlock the back door?"
Luz went towards said door, unlocking it; "If you see a bunny or the neighbors cat, do not attack. If it is in fact the neighbors cat, let her hang out with Nero."
"But she's mean! She's going to wreck the couch! She ripped my bed!!"
"You know how to use the spray bottle Prince, bad kittens get spritzed."
Prince nodded firmly, Luz patting his head, going to the front door; "I'll see you later."
"Do good witch!"

Luz had talked to the supervisor guy before school, not having talked to Amelia, having hung out with her first two human school friends. Willow and Gus. Amity also decided to join them, mostly Willow for a secret reason, sitting on the floor with the trio of idiots.
So let's go to where this secret thing Luz was going to do without Prince. 'Click' Luz's ears perked up, the witch turning around. "Got your message."
"You responded." Luz mumbled.
"Sarcasm. May I sit with you?"
Luz nodded, the greenette sitting in front of the witch. "I just want to talk." Luz mumbled.
"Yeah..Sorry about the other day.." Amelia said quietly.
"It wasn't okay..I've had really bad experiences when being etheir touched or forced upon.." Luz spoke, her ears drooping down.

Amelia stayed silent, Luz letting out a sharp exhale, shaking her head; "But I don't talk about it, because it's not a fun experience."
"Do you..Want to talk about it..?"
Luz tensed up, her eyes stinging, the witch feeling someone pat her head. She looked up, her hair being ruffled. "Sarah working right now?"
"Amity.." Luz sighed in relief. "Yeah she's working today.."
The Blight nodded, pulling her hand back, going to the door, opening it and walking in. "She comes here?" Amelia asked.
"She lives on our iced coffee now.."
"Pfft- What?"
"I gave her the recipe but she likes the way Sarah makes it and comes by when she works to get some." Luz smiled nervously. "She orders ahead but I'm pretty sure she didn't this time."
The bell dinged again, the human coming back out, holding one of those cardboard cup holders, four in total on it, one in her hand. "Why so many Blight?" Amelia scoffed.
"One for me, the other for me, the other other for me as well, then the other other other one is for Gary, then the last one is for me."
Luz counted that up in her head, fumbling to answer this; "Four (4)!"
"What do you mean?" Amity inquired.
"You're going to drink four (4) today!"
"So? These are flipping amazing, you don't control how much iced coffee I drink." Amity said rudely, rolling her eyes.
"Apparently too much coffee stunts your growth!"
"That's not true, I've done plenty of research and I've concurred that it's false." Amity said proudly.
"You thought this part through didn't you-" Amelia blurted out.
"I thought this part through-" Amity caved in. "I knew Luz was going to tell me this so I planned ahead-"
"Trying to impress me Blight?" Luz teased.
"No, I'm trying to prove you wrong." Amity huffed. "Also I like to be smarter then you."
"Somehow that doesn't sound grammatically correct.."
"Shut up Luz I'm acting smart-"
The witch crossed her arms, looking back up ahead, a small pout on her face. "She's pouting isn't she?" Amity mouthed.
Amelia nodded, the Blight internally groaning. Amity placed her iced coffees down on the table, Luz turning her body away from the coffees. "Listen," Amity began.
"I don't want to listen to you." Luz huffed. "Meanie."
"I buy you an axolotl plush and this is what I get?"
"You didn't have to, you wasted your sisters money on it." The witch muttered.
"Okay okay, but I took care of you when you were sick."
"Again, you didn't have to. Skara calls you a simp but I have no idea what the feathery frickle frack that means." Luz snarled. "That was a mean phrase I'm sorry-"
"Innocent." Amity sighed, looking over at Amelia.
"Innocent? Did I do something bad? Am I going on a trial? Can I plead not guilty?" Luz babbled.
"Innocent!" Amity grumbled, already ticked off. "----."
"AMITY!" Luz exclaimed, covering her ears. "WHY WOULD YOU CURSE!?"
"LUZ I SAID CRAP. LILITH SAID I SHOULDN'T BE YELLING AT YOU."
The witch shook her head, keeping her hands over her ears. Amity sighed loudly, Amelia feeling akward and left out. "How about, you go to Joey's!"
"I'm talking to Amelia."
"I'll do that for you, can I call Boscha today?" Amity asked, giving her a small nudge.
Luz shook her head slowly, putting her hands down. "Maybe next week.."
Amity ruffled her hair, Luz smiling slightly, fixing her hair when Amity pulled back. "You take your time, now get outta here. Go see fabric nerd."
Luz got up, waving at the two (2) humans, and going up the street. Amity took Luz's seat, narrowing her eyes at Amelia. "Listen, Pear, you obviously heard her say the secret thing about her past."
"Guessing you did too." Amelia said, rolling her eyes.
"Actually, Lilith told me some things just so I wouldn't ask Luz about, she's a threatening woman." Amity said as she shivered. "I told you to ask Luz this stuff before talking, what are you doing?"
Amelia shook her head; "Nothing, she wanted me to come so we could talk."
"I'll believe you, just be careful around her. I have some ice coffees to drink." Amity sighed, getting back up. "They're beckoning me to try and stay up all night for no reason."
"Alright, you do you Blight." Amelia muttered. "Try not to ehm..Die."
