Kyle got up and finished talking looking into his bag grabbing for what he brought before Yokoi got up Kyle thought about what the two of them could do to find Yokoi's friends or at least the one's that were hopefully alive the two heard something land near them but looking around they didn't see anything Yokoi was scared and moved towards Kyle like a scared animal to its mother Kyle unsure what was happening Yokoi grabbed Kyle's hand staying behind him this was the first time Kyle actually was scared of what could happen gritting his teeth as the two heard something walking around them with thumping steps before they heard another landing unsure Kyle wanted to run but knew whatever it was it would catch them as soon as they turned
Before they heard the sound of someone punching someone unsure what was going on it sounded like something was in a fight the two continued to look around trying to see what was going on but without a physical look they were just guessing what was happening till a tree was knocked over by what looked like something was smashed into it the sounds of the fight got softer and softer the two didn't move from where they were for a few seconds till they were sure they were fine Kyle walked over to the fallen tree wondering what happened to find a yellow fluorescent substance on it unsure what it could be Kyle pocked at it having some on his finger looking at it
Yokoi: so are we not going to talk about what just happened there Kyle: I don't even know what happened there but from the sounds and this tree something got into a fight but I don't understand how we weren't able to see it happen but we should be happy it did happen as I think something was going after us Yokoi: ok I guess I will for now but what was it Kyle: I don't know what it was either but by this I'm guessing it's a new species
Kyle decided to lick the substance spitting it out instantly finding it tasted revolting sticking his tong out a few times making a noise tasting something else different from what normal blood tasted like looking back up at Yokoi giving him a look of distaste while he gave him a questioning look
Kyle: sorry but that just didn't taste right the iron in this is very high but it also has something else but this is see-able so we could track them with this Yokoi: so we follow this we can find the others going back to this things base Kyle: pretty much but the only things I have is a pistol and a knife and I still am not sure what we're facing but it's incredibly strong if it can do this I'm not even sure if a gun will do anything to it I mean all it could do is anger it Yokoi: but we still need to try Kyle: I know come on
The two started to look for the fluorescent blood hoping that it didn't get killed finding a trail some splattered on the trees some on the ground Yokoi wanted to call the cops but the satellite phone was destroyed Kyle stopped thinking about the metal wire and decided to grab a branch seeing if there were any traps hitting the ground with the branch setting a few off it took a few hours but they arrived at the crater with nothing at the bottom unsure what made the crater they walked down before running into something
Yokoi: ow what was that Kyle: not entirely sure but put your hands out this feels like a wall
Kyle was feeling something cold moving it along Kyle lifted his hand to do the same Kyle stopped when he felt something different he started to feel around the spot before pushing and opening a door looking they could see a hallway Kyle thought whatever it was had to be a massive system to hide this place Kyle placed his hand out for Yokoi to take knowing he scared without a second he grabbed it Kyle looked ahead before entering
