you ran past the crowd towards backstage to find your favorite boy.
after your song, reggie walked you back to your seat, kissing your cheek and getting back on stage. you danced and sang to the songs you now knew by heart and enjoyed the show. reggie had more energy on stage than you ever saw in him, he was ecstatic.
you found the boy band in the corner, all talking to each other in a small circle. you picked out the bassist immediately, running up to him and jumping on his back giggling.
a 'whoa' came out of his mouth, but he caught you. your hair flew across his face, and the scent told him immediately who it was.
"hey little lady." he chirped, letting your body slide around to his front side and he slipped his arms around your waist. he twirled you around in circles, making you laugh even more.
"hey bass boy." you said after he put you down, catching your breath.
"when were you going to tell us you write lyrics?" luke appeared next to reggie, a confused expression on his face.
"or sing!?" reggie exclaimed, luke wrapping his arm around his shoulders.
"well i didn't know you were such a snoop! i guess we all have our secrets." you ruffled his raven hair.
"sorry." he muttered, but you hugged him in response, you were never mad at him at all.
when you pulled away, alex came up from behind luke, "bro, you were amazing!" you blushed and smiled up at the blonde, accepting his hug.
"party at our place?" julie came up behind you two, patting you on the back. before you knew it, the air was ripped out of your lungs and your feet left the ground, you yelped and opened your eyes to stare at someone's back.
reggie had thrown you over his shoulder, running through the back door out into the crisp evening air, screaming "we'll meet you there!"
