The ADHD Method.

I guess this could also be referred to as 'The 8D Method' This method was made by @kd_mouse on tiktok and is intended to be used by people who have ADHD (like myself) or cannot seem to keep their mind focused while shifting.

Get into any comfortable position. Try not to move a lot but if you do twitch sometimes then that's okay too. Put on some 8D or 4D music/sounds. (You can find this on YouTube by searching "8D music") It can be any kind of music, whether it relates to your DR or not. Try to listen to the music and the music only. Focus on the music moving around the room. This should help a bit if your ADHD acts up during shifting. I know mine does. Then you can say your affirmations and fall asleep.
