The Falling Method (2/2)

I am not the creator of this method.

This one is a lot more simple than the first falling method and requires little to no visualization.

Basically all this method is is getting yourself into a state where you feel you are falling. You can put on some music, a subliminal, or nothing at all. I usually like to use a subliminal that makes me feel a bit dizzy or tingly. Start to imagine yourself falling in the first person. (This is optional if you don't like visualization) Try to imagine how you would feel if you were falling. Do this until you feel tingly/feeling like you're floating or falling. From here you can imagine yourself falling onto a surface bellow (this could be your desired bed, a room, anything) and then fall asleep.
