Imagine you are at the bottom of a staircase. Each step symbolizes a small change, such as tingles. You step, and will feel tingles. Going up, you will feel more noticable changes and your subconscious may be feeling like it wants to leave your current body. Keep doing this with other small changes until you have reached the top of the staircase. As you walk, think of all of the symptoms and changes you have felt, and feel your energy start to rise. When you feel ready, say thank you and open your eyes.
