I'm sorry if the deletion of the part confused tot - I just updated to the wrong book by accident, but what it has done is reminded me that I haven't updated this book in a while. First of all I was confused why, and then I realised that I never put the next update in my calendar so I was doing all the parts I had in the calendar, and just never thought about this one because I got busy with the other updates! I will make that up to you, and you can expect an update from me next Wednesday (23rd - can you believe it?!)
