4. Dinner Date

Damon knew that if he stared any longer, he would fall to his knees and beg them to forgive him.

Damon swallows harshly and he looks away from the twins eyes.

When they took the final step down the stairs, their eyes met Damon's.

Fred falters briefly when he spots the pants he was wearing. Leather. His mind flashes briefly to the night where Damon had first touched him.

Fred swallows harshly and he takes a shaky deep breath.

....

At the dinner table.

"So Damon when is the wedding." Molly ask

Damon pauses mid bite and he puts down his fork. "On Sunday." Damon says softly, avoiding the twins gaze.

"So soon, we'll I guess you two want to get married as soon as possible. Are you thinking of children." Molly ask

George quickly looks down.

"Not for a very long time." Damon says "they already have a kid, his name is Adios, you probably saw him him in the papers. Damon found out about him at the end of the school year." Stefan says

Damon clears his throat, sending Stefan a look to shut up.

Damon notices the shocked looks of the twins. Damon avoids their gaze.

"Ohh that's amazing, how is he like." Molly ask, giddy to hear about Damon's child.

Damon swallows harshly. "I wouldn't know, I've only met him twice." Damon says "oh dear, why?" Molly ask

"Him and Akasha are living at her fathers house, but they will be moving into the manor after the wedding, it's our families tradition, it's improper for the bride to sleep in the same home with the groom. I'll be getting to know him more after the wedding." Damon says

George and Fred perk up when they hear that he hasn't slept in the same bed as Akasha.

But something is off. Damon says that he's falling for her but he hasn't seen her. He's lying through his teeth.

"Well there is nothing purer then a child's love." Molly says

"Growing up with Damon, I never thought he would have kids, I mean he was horrible with them, he always made them cry. I can't wait to watch him try to raise a five year old son." Stefan says

Damon chuckles, rolling his eyes. "Well I know I'll have you by my side to mock me every step of the way." Damon says jokingly.

Stefan chuckles. Molly smiles. "So tell me, when did you lads meet." Molly ask

"Oh Gordric it was ages ago, Damon and I were just four and our parents were friends so of course we would run into each, one day we met and Damon introduced himself in the most stupidest way ever and I guess I just sticked with him ever since. But he was a stubborn kid, wouldn't leave me alone." Stefan says

Molly chuckles.

Damon snorts, arms crossed. "Oh I bothered you? From what I can remember you constantly followed me around. I couldn't shake you." Damon says

Stefan chuckles, rolling his eyes.

The twins couldn't help but smile. They missed seeing him happy.

"You boys clearly love each other." Molly says with a smile

"He's my brother. I would die for him, but he's a prat half of the time."
Stefan says jokingly

Damon chuckles. "You know when we were younger, we made this ridiculous promise, which we both knew was never going to happen. But we said that if we're old and senile but alone, that we would get married and have a hoard of dogs, not cats because they were scary to us at the time. And I knew Stefan, he wants kids so I promised to steal my brothers future kid, but he had to be eleven because I didn't want to deal with a wailing kid, even five year old Damon knew they were a pain." Damon says

Everyone was laughing.

"Wait so you don't want a baby." Molly ask

"I don't know, it has to be with the right person, because I'm only waking up to feed that kid for my soulmate." Damon says

"Wow I'm hurt, I thought I was your soulmate." Stefan teases

Damon snorts. "Your soulmate is Rachel freaking Weisz. I know that if you had to choose, I wouldn't be a second thought." Damon says

Stefan chuckles, shoving him.

"Who's Rachel Weisz." Molly ask, curious.

Damon chuckles. "She's famous in the Muggle world, we watched a Muggle movie once and he fell in love with the lead actress." Damon says

Stefan playfully glares.

The others laugh. "Yeah I may have fallen in love with Rachel but if you had to choose between your family and Kaenu Reeves, you would choose the latter." Stefan says

Damon scoffs. "Have you seen his freaking hair, your lucky your straight." Damon jokes

Stefan rolls his eyes.

"What about you guys, who's your soulmate." Stefan jokes, turning to the twins. The two freeze and their eyes meet Damon's for a brief second.

"My twin." The two says in sync.

Everyone smiles.
