I had the odd text or two, but for the most part, the people who had my actual phone number were friends, family, or coworkers and they all knew what happened so I wasn't too worried about those. Nothing major on Facebook either, not that I was surprised - I usually only went to Facebook to play the games.
Instagram was a whole different story. The number of things I was tagged in and the amount of messages I had was both astonishing and horrifying. Did I really talk to this many people on a freaking app?

I traveled over and left an Insta post letting everyone know what happened, and that I was ok. Bringing my email up on my phone afterward I checked all of that, most of it being spam shit, and looked through the few things I actually wanted to see. I was checking out an email from Bath & Body Works about their latest sale when an alert popped up from Insta. Holy shit Jungkook messaged me back.

Holy shit I can't believe that just happened. I just spoke to Jungkook. Ok well messaged him, but still. Jungkook!! Calm down girl, he's just another human just like you are, he just has a WAY better job.
Ok time to get back to work and message everyone else back, except now, I'm actually looking forward to those messages from his friends.
