Rayna's POV:
The first day of walking... I already hate it. Sure running is fun, and walking can be a bit fun too, but not for a long time, it get really boring. And that's saying something coming from a wood elf. I stoped being amused after three hours of walking, only to do five more miles and because we are still moving, probably more. But hey, the potatoes aren't that heavy surprisingly and I'm not tired yet. I'm just really really bored.
I glance at the other two, because Narkon's face wasn't facing me, I couldn't really tell if he was tired or not, humans are probably the weakest race out there, I wouldn't be surprised if he collapsed soon seeing at we've been walking for the whole night, and judging by where the sun is in the sky right now, it's already afternoon.
Filip was a different story. His sweat covered face and panting even made me feel tired. He wasn't carrying a very heavy bag too, that child needs to work out more.
Ok, I'm super bored. We need small talk, now. "Hey kiddos, want to hear a joke?" I say, hoping for some kind of response. Narkon glares at me, that dudes got a temper.
"No." Well dang it.
"Sure." Filip pipes up between pants. Aha yes!
"Ok, why do paladins wear chainmail?" I say, almost bouncing with excitement, I've been working on this one for a while.
"Why?" Filip sais, a look of interest on his hecking sweaty face.
"Because it's holey armor!"
"That was terrible." Narkon says.
Well that was impeccably rude. "How dare you! Respect your elders. Here, I will recite more beautiful jokes for you to feed off on on this boring journey." Narkon groans. Hah too late!
"Why do wizards like fireballs so much? It's a well rounded spell!"
"No!"
"What do you call a magician who is good at cooking? A sauceror!"
"Stop."
"What do you call an orc with two brain cells? Pregnant!"
"Now that's just rude."
"What does a dragon call a knight in armor? Tinned roast!"
"Shut up!" Narkon hisses.
"Hah, no. Let me finish the beautiful jokes."
"No actually Rayna." Filip whispers. "I think I heard something.
