"Two sides. Keefe and Fitz, versus Tam and Biana. WHO WILL WINNN?" I yelled, drum rolling with my hands. "And now starting the epic showdown!" There were hoots and cheers after my announcement.

"We're about to knock your SOCKS off with our magnificent movements!" Keefe said striking a particularly dramatic pose.

Fitz pointed to Keefe. "Yeah! What he said!" Fitz finished lamely, and I snorted.

They were both horrible at trash talking. Not like Biana and Tam were any better.

"Oh yeah?! Well whoever says that oldie saying 'knock your socks off' DESERVES to lose!" Biana replied haughtily.

"That didn't even make sense." Tam grumbled.

Biana turned on him. "Well I'd like to see you do better Mr. Hypocrite."

Tam flashed a devilish grin at her and it looked to me as if Biana was doing all she could to not swoon at him.

"Everyone has dreams, mine is to crush yours." Tam told them straight up, as if it was just a known fact.

"Yeah? Um.." I could practically see Keefe running through his head for insults but when he finally came up at a blank, he just stuck his tongue out.

Laughing, I reached out to my Ipod and resumed playing the song Happy by Pharrell Williams to cut off this madness of what they call 'trash talking'.

It might seem crazy what I am 'bout to say

Keefe and Fitz bopped their heads at the beat and I gestured at them to go first. Keefe swayed and then started to shimmy, shaking his shoulders violently forward and backward. He then turned and managed to give me a wink while dragging a hand through his blonde hair.

I giggled to myself, and couldn't help but blush a little. 'Man, that guy can be a riot,' I thought.

Then Fitz went, snapping his fingers to the beat, and awkwardly shuffling his feet in different directions. He looked so out of place that I couldn't help but smother my onslaught of laughter.

Keefe groaned. "C'mon Fitzy! You can do better than that....does that even qualify as dancing?" He asked as Fitz gave him a scowl.

"You gotta let loooooose. Just feel the music!" This resulted in some weird shoulder shakes from Fitz.

Keefe burst out laughing. "I guess not everyone has the art of dancing." I had to agree with him there.

"Biana and Tam's team now!" I shouted over the music.

Biana gave me mischief grin. "Here we go." She started off by shaking her shoulders up and down to the beat, but then went out on a full hip-hop routine with hand poses, tons of hair flipping, and kicking into the air. Yet somehow in all of this, she kept her air of confidence and all her movements were impossibly graceful. Biana ended out with one hand on her hip and the other in the air.

And trust me, I didn't miss the way Tam gaped at her widely, as if seeing her for the first time in a spotlight. A faint blush shined his cheeks and I snorted as Biana shot him a smirk.

But after a second, the smirk faded as Tam started to move with the beat and began to breakdance. He was on the floor, spinning, kicking, jumping with the rhythm as if the music was an extension of him self.

Biana gave me a look as if to say 'Do you see this hot dancing guy?'

I nodded in total approval. I was now the president of the Tiana fan club. (A/N Little does she know that she has her own fan club by the one and only hunkyhair 😂) I couldn't wait to be the godmother of all their little children. The song ended with a series of dance-evoking beats and Tam struck his finish.

Biana gave him an impressed smile, and Tam gave her a wink in return, shaking his silver bangs out of his face.

Keefe walked up to me and slung an arm around my shoulders. "We totally won, right Foster?"

"Not by a chance. Also that trash talking was terrible! You need some lessons." I said to him, shrugging off the warmth of his hand around me.

"Awwww come on, Foster. I knew you dug my shimmies." He replied giving me a smirk, and then leaning in until his lips touched my ear, making me go firetruck red. I could feel his warm breath fanning out on my neck, giving me goosebumps. "Also by the way, that wink was for you." Keefe whispered, then walked away, leaving me standing there with my mouth agape, speechless for words.

Just my luck that right at that moment, Mr. Foster walked in.

I was too dazed to glare at him but then I shook my head, clearing my thoughts. 'I'm never calling him Dad after what he did.' I thought bitterly, and finally gave him a glare.

He gave me a small hesitant smile, in which I just blatantly ignored. Guilt flashed across his features, but his voice betrayed nothing as he announced, "Everyone get ready. We're infiltrating Lady Gisela's party tonight."
