Chapter 7

After Nate and I talked he showed me around the place a little so I will know where is what. it's now early in the evening and we just got to my room where I sleep with the others

"I can't believe they put you with the boys. do you want me to talk to the chief about that?" my brother said, he is the protective kind of brother you probably figured it out by now

"No don't you dare. I want to bond with them and get to know them, they are all nice plus they are your friends, you know them," I said and to that he gave me an unpleased sound

"fine" he grunted

"hey, I have a question," I said to Nate and he raised his eyebrow

"shoot," he said confidently

"the one that yelled at you when I was introduced, he is your chief right?" I asked and Nate looked uncomfortable

"yeah king, why?" he is hiding something I know him to well he can't hide anything from me

"what are you hiding from me? spill. now." I said and he let out a sigh

"well you see-" my brother started to say but the guys walked in

"oh hi Jonas at least you didn't die that's good," Lanny said and we all laughed

"Just wait until you will try to fight with her then you won't be laughing," Nate said and laughed

"no thank you," Lanny said looking terrified and I laughed

"well if he is alive it means you two are okay right?" Jaxon asked with a raised eyebrow

"We are but we need to talk," Nate said seriously pointing at Lanny Luke and Jaxon. I looked at him with a raised eyebrow

"it's not about you it's about one of the missions we had," he said and I nodded. I know he lied but maybe he want to talk to his friends about something and thats okay I wont be nosy, at least not now

"and you probably want to shower and get ready to sleep because tomorrow is your first mission with us," Jaxon said and I smiled

"I can't wait," I said excitedly and they looked at me like I'm crazy.

"she sure is your sister" Luke spoke for the first time since they got here. Nate chuckled and smiled

"oh wait I have a question, Jonas? really?" I asked. how did they get to Jonas?

"well you know it's Jonathan we wanted to call him Nate but he said that he will kill us, which by the way rude, so we went to Jonas" Lanny explained. I know Nate hates when anyone except me calls him that but Jonas? oh well

"We will be here in about 30 minutes the towels are inside the closet in the bathroom," Jaxon said and I nodded and they left.

let's go to the shower then.

Jonathan's pov

"it's not about a mission right?" Jaxon asked.

Jaxon Luke Lanny and I sat outside in our spot

"no, it's not" I let out a sigh

"Please watch her, I know she is not a little child but just check on her when I can't, the first missions are the hardest, and tomorrow me and the rest of the team need to go to a mission that will probably last a week and I won't be able to be here for her," I said and put my head in my hands

"we would have done that anyway it doesn't matter that she is your sister she is a part of our team. don't insult us Jonas," Lanny said seriously which is rare for Lanny
