Twinkling fairy lights turned the look of the Oberoi Mansion upside down! Candles in chandeliers lit the house beautifully. Colourful drapes and curtains brought a festive feel around the house. The artificial flowers sewn into threads hung equidistant. Potted plants and fresh flowers added the right kind of vibe to the ceremony.

The whole Oberoi family starting from Dadi , TejVi , OmRuVya till Priyanka, sat at the table to have their supper.
It had been a hectic day afterall.
The Tilak ceremony is already over and tomorrow is the Haldi ceremony.
Although it may seem unusual but Priyanka and Yujraj's wedding was to take place 3 days after the Haldi ceremony.

Suddenly Dadi's eyes fell on the empty chair beside Priyanka.

"Arey Gauri Nahi ay?"
[Why didn't Gauri come yet?]

"Dadi Aapne bulaya hum chale aye..",came Gauri's voice.
[Grandma, you called me and I came.]

She came and took the chair between Om and Priyanka.

"Kahan thi tum Gauri? Khana thanda hogaya hoga dekho...ekdm baasi lagega" said Rudra taking his morsel.
[Where were you Gauri? Look your food has become cold and now it'll be taste musty.]

"Koi baat nhi Rudy. Gauri ko asi khano ki aadat hogi..", Tej said in a mocking tone.
[That's alright Rudy. Gauri is used to such food.]

It was true that Tej wasn't fond of Gauri at all. She lowered her head and started fidgeting with her fork. The smile from everyone's faces had already faded.

Priyanka's room,,

"Tej ki baat Ka Bura mat manna beta."
[Don't feel bad for what Tej said.]

"Nahi Nahi aunty hum unki baat ka Bura kyu mane bhala? Woh to humare pita Saman hai", Gauri said smiling.
[Not at all aunty. Why should I feel bad? Tej uncle is like my father.]

"Accha to phir mai bhi to tumhari maa huina?", Janhvi asked cupping Gauri's face.

"To ye lo. Tumhari maa ki taraf se toufa.", She said handing a parcel to Gauri, "Priyanka ne Pasand ki hai tumhare liye".

Gauri opened the parcel to find a beautiful gown inside.

"Kaisa hai ye Ri?", asked Priyanka putting her arms around Gauri's shoulder.
[How's it Gauri?]

"Yeto bohot Sundar hai aur mehenga bhi. Aunty, Priyanka to nirbodh hai, kamse kam ap to samjhiye. Mai ye nhi rakh sakti. Please."
[It's very beautiful but costly also. Aunty, Priyanka is stupid but you should understand. I can't take this. Please]

"Rakhlo Chulbul. Bohot jachegi tumpar. Aur kitne din khaki pehenke ghumogi?",said Omkara after settling on the sofa.
[Keep it Chulbul. It'll suit you. For how many more days do you want to wear khaki coloured dresses.]

"Om---.... Gauri Dekho sab bol rhe hai na. Ye lelo pls.", Said Janhvi.
[Om-----...Gauri look everyone is insisting you to keep this. Please take it.]

After so much of insisting, Gauri finally agreed to take the gown.

Haldi ceremony was going on. Shagun had come from the Luthra family.

By the time this ceremony was about to get over. Yujraj and Vikrant arrived in Oberoi Mansion with an agile look on their faces.

"Yuvraj, Vikrant, ap dono ynaha?
Sab theek to hai na?", Asked Tej looking at their expressions.

Everyone stopped their work to listen to them.

"Vikrant, bataiye na kya baat hai..", Tej said.
[Vikrant, please tell us what is the matter.]

"Woh humare family k waaris ki Shaadi humesha humare Kuldhara k khandani Ghar Mai hoti hai. Ab meri family Mai sirf Mai, Yuvi, Rishabh aur meri behen hi hai. Rishabh ki Shaadi to sheher Mai hi hui thi...Par Mai Chahta Hu ki Yuvi ki Shaadi humare khandani Mahal mai ho. Agar aplogo ko aitraz na ho tohi."
[The heir of our family always gets married in our paternal home in Kuldhara. Now my family consist of myself, Yug and Yuvi and my sister. Yug's marriage took place in the city itself. But I want Yuvi's marriage to happen there. In case you all don't have any problem.]

"Vikrant puttar, agar Khandani Ghar Mai Shaadi hogi pure vidhi vidhano ke Saath to yeto bohot acchi baat hogi. Tum chinta na kro. Humme koi aitraz Nahi.", Dadi assured.
[Vikrant son, if the marriage takes place in your paternal home with all legislations then that'll be very good. Don't worry we don't have any problem.]

"Maaji, asal Mai baat ye hai ki woh Kuldhara Ka gaon shapit hai, log kehte hai vnaha Kisi rakshas Ka saya hai aur--",Vikrant said in a sad tone.
[Maaji, actually the thing is that, the village of Kuldhara is cursed and is haunted by a demon.]

"Arey Vikrant jee, kya aap bhi ajke zamane Mai aisi baato pe vishwas karte hai. Ab to Yuvi aur humare Prinku ki shadi Kuldhara Mai hi hogi.", Janhvi said smiling reassuringly.
[Mr.Vikrant why do you still believe in all these? Yuvi's and our Prinku's marriage will take place in Kuldhara itself.]

Vikrant and Yuvi nodded.
Tej and he shook hands and greeted each other.
While Bhavya, Priyanka and Omkara were sharing their excitement, RuRi were shrieking in fear.
