Chapter 23| Trips and Dates

Neil Keeps his hands on her which rested on her lap. She looked up saw him giving her a small smile.

Neil:"You have someone to share to now. I will listen to all ur fears, All ur problems "(she looks at him and smiles as they stay in such position for few minutes before both realize and look away while Neil takes his hands away as well)

Ahana:(as Neil starts to drive)"Neil is there anything important in office today. Any important meeting or other things"

Neil:"no"

Ahana:"Then can you skip office today"

Neil:"What?! why"

Ahana:"See I am sure the whole day you will be busy thinking about the kids only that u won't be able to get anything done. Plus to get my mind of this as well I just thought we could spend our time outside trying to enjoy, but if you don't want to then it's okay just drop me off at home."

Neil:(looks at her for a min before brings his phone out and calling someone )"Hey sid"

Sid:"Haan bhai"

Neil:"Take care of my office work for today will you"

Sid:"yeah sure are u going somewhere "

Neil:"Yeah you can say that and one more thing inform at home that Ahana won't be back until evening as well"

Sid:(Getting a hint and getting excited )"Why bhai are u taking bhabhi on a date or something "

Neil:"Shut up and do as I say"

Sid:"Okay boss"(Neil cut the call while Ahana looked out the window smiling )

Neil:"So where do u want to go"

Ahana:"idk you decide "

Neil:"Then let's go watch a movie I guess. Ansh was telling me you love watching movies so"

Ahana:"Okay but no horror "

Neil:(Teasingly )"Ofcourse I love my sleep very much and prefer to have a peaceful sleep today"

They stopped at a theater and headed in. They picked Padmavat, a Indian movie to watch which they couldn't watch with kids. They enjoyed the movie which lasted for about 3 hours before they headed to a restaurant to eat something.

After having Lunch, Ahana asked Neil to show her one place that he used to go before  having kids or getting married. He said he liked bowling and used to go to this bowling stadium every Sunday with friends.

Ahana:"Great then we will go there "

Neil:"but Ahana "

Ahana:"Common Neil we have nothing to do anyways. its already 2. If we bowl there for even 2 hour or more it will be time to pick up the kids. And you can also teach me how to bowl because let me tell you I suck at it"

Neil:"Really now(He asked surprised )

Ahana:(Pouted slightly )"Yeah I asked Rajeev to teach me so..."(She stopped realizing who she is talking about )"I...I wanted to learn but he laughed it of saying their is no chance of me learning this as the 2 times he tried to teach me was a big fail"(She said that part lost in her past memories but for some reason it didn't hurt as much as it did before to mention his name)

Neil:(Trying to change the topic)"Well bowling it is."
