Chapter 5| Dates

After her conversation with Ahana, Prabha made Ansh eat. After dinner Ansh headed to Ahana's room while Prabha headed towards her room. In Ahana's room, Ahana made Ansh sleep. Soon after soom time she also fell asleep thinking about different things happening in her life.

Next morning Ahana woke up early in the morning as her usual routine. She freshened up and made Ansh's lunch. After finishing her stuff in kitchen she went to wake up Ansh. Ansh got up after 20 mins of pampering. After half and hour or so Ansh was all set ready to head home.

Ahana:"Ansh common let's go"

Ansh:(As he settled down in the vehicle and Ahana started to drive)"Mumma today also papa will pick us up"

Ahana:"No baby not today"

Ansh:(pouting)"Then how will I see him"

Ahana:"Ansh he has work right he can't meet u daily"

Ansh:(Sadly )"But we can talk to him right at night"

Ahana:(hearing his sad voice she signs)"Alright at night we can call him. Now no more sad sad."

Ansh:"Okayyy"

Ahana:(as they reach school)"Okay Ansh be a good boy. Finish ur lunch and yeah don't fight anyone okay."

Ansh:"Yes mumma "(kissing her cheeks )"bye mumma"(Ahana waved as Ansh run of inside the school)

Dropping Ansh to school, Ahana came back home. As soon as she entered her room her phone rang.

Ahana:(picking up the call)"yes papa..."

Sanjeev:" Beta I wanted to inform you that the presentation is due today and I would like it if you come to office and present it yourself "

Ahana:"Okay papa I'll be there in an hour "(She said before cutting the call. )

As soon as she cuts the call and keeps the phone on the dressing table it starts to ring again. Without seeing the caller she picks up the call and starts to talk.

Ahana:"Yes papa, what happened? Wait did u forget the pendrive for the presentation again?"

Caller:"Ahhh Ahana it's me Neil "(Ahana's eyes widens in shock as she looks at the caller to see a unknown number )

Ahana:(nervously )"Ahh Neil , I am sorry I...I thought it was dad...I am sorry.."

Neil:"Its okay. Anyways I needed to talk about something"

Ahana:"Yeah go on"

Neil:"So mom told me that Pandit ji decided 2 dates and our parents want us to decide. That why mom gave me your number."

Ahana:(slowly )"oh yeah..."

Neil:"So I was thinking that because we are doing this for the kids I am sure you won't want a grand wedding or so"

Ahana:"yeah I would prefer a simple one"

Neil:"great. Also I was thinking we should finish this as soon as possible because I think the faster all this marrige thing ends the better for the kids."

Ahana:"Yes I agree. We are doing this for Ansh Naira Arayn. And getting married as soon as possible is the right thing as if now."

Neil:"great so I'll tell mom that we decided the marriage date to be after 2 weeks"

Ahana:"Yeah I'll inform maa too"

Neil:"hmm bye"

Ahana:"Ahh Neil actually "

Neil:"Yeah?"

Ahana:"Neil actually Aryan...I don't think he is really fond to ur second marriage "
