Armin then stated, "the walls can't hold forever. It's just a matter of time."

Sadly that time is right now.

You looked up towards the direction of the wall just where the gate was located. Part of you feared the moments that were about to come. In the anime you only felt bad for the people, right now, you are one of those people. It terrified you truly. The golden trio took notice of your concerned expression at the wall.

"It probably won't happen today. So there is nothing to worry about, (y/n)." Arming tried reassuring you while forcing a smile.

Yeah, right.

The expression that once showed concern switched to a more serious one as your posture changed.

It surprised Arming to your sudden change of mood, "(y/n)?" he asked although you gave no response.

A sudden bright light flashed outside of the wall and caused a loud noise. The ground started to shake violently, your new friends who were previously sitting somehow fell. Unlike you who was expecting it to happen, you didn't budge at all. Turning your heal you ran in hopes of getting a view of what was happening or of the giant version of Bertholdt. It didn't take long for the other three to chase after you. Once getting a good view you stopped and looked up.

There he stood, menacingly.

The colossal Titan, or in a simpler term, Bertholdt Hoover.

Now you knew he was huge, but seeing him in person made you feel so small and vulnerable. It was certainly a feeling you did not enjoy.

You quickly shook your head, "I'm leaving this place," you mumbled before running the opposite direction. Towards the gate of Wall maria and then to the Trost District. The braver fans would probably say that they stay and try to help others, but you were honestly a coward. All you wanted now was to survive, it was a fact that the golden trio would survive but your fate was written for a fact.

Who knows what would happen if you die here.

Would you wake up at home as if it were all a nightmare?

Or not wake up at all?

You weren't willing to take the risk to find out honestly.

A sudden loud crash was heard followed by a strong wind. Looking behind you saw giant boulders flying and destroying houses behind. Some people are trapped or instantly killed by them.

This was surely going to traumatize you.

To believe all of that destruction was caused by a ten-year-old child. But do everything for the motherland I guess.

Usually, kids are stupid, don't think about anything but themselves.

Except for Mikasa and Eren, they committed homicide.

You didn't care about keeping that child persona you had a few hours ago and just stopped and glared at the guard, "are you fucking serious?!
