Black water

Blood runs deep but water runs deeper

It was early morning, the dew from the ocean tide still in the grass. The crisp air and birds chirping. If only it could last forever but sadly it must end at some point.

I struggle to stand up do to the wound I had been given not long before I arrived at the beach. I walked over to the water line to wash the cuts clean. "Ahhh" the burning sensation from the salt water caused me to let out a hiss of pain. After the wounds were washed i wrapped them with up with leaves I had found to keep them covered and safe from infections .

Then i get on my way to the next destination.

"Ok ok ok, I bet your all wondering what in the world is going on right now so I'll give u a little recap of my life. I was 13 years old when my parents died in a fire they reported it as an accident but i knew it wasn't people hated my parents only because they fell in love. My mother was an elf and my father was a werewolf. And let me tell u that was so not ok. But they didn't care they loved eachother. Then when they had me they were shocked they didn't know what to to but they were so happy. They knew people would want to hurt us so we went into hiding.but sadly we were found...then the fire happened. I hid and got away my parents sacrificed themselves for me that's how much they loved their daughter . I was on the run for about 1 1/2 years until I was found. I thought I was going to die for sure. But I was 15 and some male werewolves wanted me as their "mate" I had no idea why but they said I was "special" which i thought was hilarious because not long ago they wanted me dead an abomination to the supernatural kind they called me . I was abused for about 2 years until I escaped. The alpha that took me was the most feared alpha but not the strongest so I was able to run from his men for another year. And that's where we are today me still running. Oh and also there is a major war coming between supernatural species but we'll get into that when the time comes"

I was headed for the river valley but to my dismay it was bordering pack territory, so I had to be very careful not to be spotted. I made it past their territory to safety.

Then out of no where I hear "hey Cora, my names Sasha sorry it took so long"

hearing that I was terrified and jumped to my feet to look around I then hear

"it's alright don't get wound up about me" at that point I realize that it's not coming from around me but rather in me.

"OMG your my inner wolf!! I didn't think I'd have one considering im part elf" "I have been suppressed that's why it took me so long to contact you I'm so sorry" Sasha states. "Oh Sasha it's not your fault as u said u were suppressed so u had no way of contacting me, WAIT does that mean I also have a MATE?!"  Sasha giggles "well of course silly u also have a sent and can change form"

"OH speaking of changing could we maybe go for a run?!" Sasha asks filed with joy "of course!" I reply with the same amount in my tone.

As I transformed I felt every bone break and my body reform and the hair growing out of my fair skin. Although it hurt like hell I pulled through. "Damn that hurts Sasha" saying with heavy breath "yes I know but it will get better the more u shift". We then take off running as I let Sasha take full control I can feel our speed picking up that is until we smell the most amazing sent of mahogany and campfire with a hint of evergreen, all my favorite sents. 

"MATE" Sasha yells I take off running to a clearing then shift back to my human form waiting.
