After learning from Ender that John was just hungry and that when john came back he perceives the blood so that he would know who John bite

Then I remembered that during gym class when I cut myself Ender just kept staring at me like he was lost in thought and then putting two and two together I realized that Ender looked at me in that manner because he knew I was the one that got bitten by John

Right now, I'm in my house kitchen drinking cereal.... What?......... I love human food

I mentally cried when I saw my brother coming

"Hey butt face" My brother said

"Hey James" I said sighing in the process

"Had fun with Ender?" He said making me look at him eye wide

"How did you know?" I asked surprised

"Summer told me, she is very easy to get answers from"

"Hmm....well we just did our assignment" I said shrugging

"Just be careful" He said kissing my cheeks making me smile

"Hey Anna" I said still smiling

"Hey" She said also smiling

"There's nothing in here" James whined sticking his head into the refrigerator

"Yeah, your mom went to the grocery store to get some grocery" Anna said

"Well can I get a drink?'' James asked Anna

James is not a monster just like me

He actually treats Anna like she's part of the family and not like how I saw Josh treat his pet

"Yeah why not?'' She said pushing her hair one side exposing her neck

James walked towards her slowly just to be sure........ Once she nodded he didn't waste time

She hissed once James fangs buried themselves into her neck

I could tell James was really hungry because he has been there for two whole minutes and Anna is already getting weak

"James stop" she whispered because she was in pain and immediately James pulled out catching her before she would fall

Then using his vamp speed he took her to his room to lay her down because she needs to regain her strength

Immediately mom came home James ran down the stairs and into the kitchen

"Hey mom" I and James said in unison

"Hey guys"

"How was school today?'' She asked

"Not bad, Ender was in school today" James said and mom stopped what she was doing and looked at me and James

"Which Ender exactly?"

James why?!!!

"Ender......Edwards" I said slowly

"Did you talk to him?" She asked almost immediately looking at both James and I

"Yeah we were kind of paired up for all chemistry assignments throughout the semester"I said making her freeze right at that point

"Did you go to his house?" She asked and immediately I became scared

"Y-Yeah" I muttered

Mom starred at me with disbelief

"Are you a fucking slut or what" she yelled.

"Mom language" James says in a low tone

"What is wrong with you? How? Why? Why would you follow Ender to his house? What if one of those his lunatic cousin decided to hit on you? They have a way of hypnotizing someone to do their bidding ....you know that" Mom yelled causing tears to roll from me eyes and just like that I started crying my eye out

Why is she so against me hanging out with Ender? I know he is not a threat

Especially to me

"Mom I think that's enough" James said

I ran up to my room and used my pillow to cover my head and that is how I cried myself to sleep
