EDITED AND REWRITTEN!

"Your dismissed." The teacher's voice boomed over the class, echoing from the back.

'Finally, you'd think school in an anime would be faster,' I mentally sighed.

As I was packing up people started to gather around Saiki's desk and he seemed to hate it. Chiyo, Terhashi, Nendou, Kaidou, Hairo were all gathered at his desk talking about different things I couldn't help but laugh.

'Help me.' Saiki spared a glance toward me, I couldn't help but feel bad for him. He didn't want attention and yet, he was getting it. "Hey guys, can you give me some good places to eat around the city?" I called out to them they turned around and then swarmed my desk talking about the great places to eat.

'Ah, thank you.' I smiled and nodded at what they were saying, Nendou was talking about ramen noodles while Kaidou told him to shut up.

The others were just talking about high-class meals, store-bought food, and restaurants. Where they were and if I wanted to eat alone. Saiki got up, briskly walking to the door before turning and nodding at me.

"Thank you guys so much! My dad and I were thinking about eating out somewhere. This helps so much," I concluded. They all had smiles on their face, "Your welcome, Y/n," I have a curt nod before we said our goodbyes and left.

I was walking out of the school when someone tapped me. I turned around and it was Saiki. I gave a warm smile, he just frowned or something like that.

"Oh, hi Saiki," I muttered. He didn't respond for a few seconds, he nodded. 'Come.' I nodded and followed him to his house, we didn't talk or speak to each other the entire way there.

Once we had made it to his house, he opened the door and we walked inside, I took my shoes off as his mother came through the door and gasped.

"Are you Ku's girlfriend? Oh my gosh, my little Ku is all grown up!" She exclaimed loudly. I knew my face turned to a bright red. I practically fell down in the doorway. "Er—Um..." I muttered out.

"Huh?! Kusuo has a girlfriend!" Saiki's dad busted through the door. He smiled, "Did he pay you? What's your name? How did he ask you out?!" His dad seemed more excited than his mom.

———

Good grief, I should tell mom and dad that she wasn't my girlfriend before this gets out of hand. She was pushing and pulling the girl, claiming that she had to be my girlfriend and that this was the first time I had brought home a girl.

Dad was standing beside her, hands on his hips, a big smile on his lips.

'Mom, Dad, she isn't my girlfriend. Mom, can you stop asking her to call you mom?' I asked. Mom turned to me, letting go of Y/n. "So she's not your girlfriend? But she's so cute." Y/n's face flared up once again and I frowned.

'She's not my girlfriend,' I repeated. She frowned slightly before regaining her composure, "Okay, okay, I'll prepare some tea and snacks for you. Go ahead and head up to your room Ku," She spoke softly. I nodded and started to walk, Y/n wobbly followed after.

'I knew there was no way Kusuo had a girlfriend,' Dad thought shadily.

Good grief, this is such a pain.
