KACELY
Song: Masterpiece - Jessie J

"Amy..." I call immediately after swimming practice.

"Hey" she says, avoiding eye contact with me as she zips her hoodie.

"How've you been? We haven't spoken since our little argument the other week." I giggle and she looks up at me.

"I'm really sorry about the way I acted that day Kacely. I really blew things out of proportion." She sighs and I feel like a weight just got lifted from my shoulders.

"I'm sorry too, about raising my voice and also for not showing up for our workout. I didn't mean it I swear." I tell her

"I know and I believe you. I just... I really enjoyed the first time we jogged together, I felt so much hope. I was looking forward to the next work out so much, then when you didn't show up, when you left me to sit on that huge rock for almost an hour without showing up I... I just lost all hope. I felt like... I don't know." She chuckles at the end.

"Still, I'm so sorry." I repeat.

"It's fine, I'm not mad anymore. Like I said the other time; I didn't even have a reason to be. You were doing me a huge favour and I really appreciate it"

"So... can we go back to the way things were? Please?" I smile and she smiles back. I really like her gap tooth, it makes her smile perfect. She should be a lipstick model or something.

"I guess..." She shrugs.

"Great! So when do we start again?"

"Start what?" Tabe buds in.

"Um... Uh..."

"Our workout routines." I answer him.

"You guys work out together?" He raises a brow.

"Yes," she nods

"Since when?"

"About two weeks ago." I tell him.

"That's great. Why didn't you guys tell me about it? I could join you." He says.

"Sorry about that, I didn't think you'd be interested."

"Why do you even want to do sports Tabe, you're already really thin." Amy says.

"Sports isn't only for the fat Amy. Besides, I'm so skinny that maybe working out will give me a better figure."

"I think you look just fine chale." I tell him honestly.

"How will you not say that? Look at you." He laughs.

"It's not like that." I defend.

"I know, I'm just teasing. At the end of the day, I need to work out, for my health too. So when do you guys usually start? At what time?"

"5:30am, on weekends." Amy answers.

"Only weekends? How effective will that be? Won't it be better if we do it everyday?" He asks and I look at Amy, smiling. That was my original plan but she wasn't for it."

"Nooooo" she muses.

"Why not?" I ask

"I'll be too tired." She whines.

"That's how you'll get to the size you want. You have to push yourself, come on Amy... OK, if she does not want it everyday can we go just the two of us?"
