CHAPTER 16: (Y/N) VS DYRUS

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

I was in the stadium's locker room getting ready for my fight against Dyrus

If I remember correctly, Mori gave me a gift I looked again inside my locker and found two boxes the one box which contains my hero costume and a long box which contains Mori's gift

I grabbed both of the boxes and put it on the bench I grabbed one of my cards and used it to cut the tape sealing the box I opened the box that contains my hero costume

I put it on and to be honest it's a perfect fit I then grabbed the long box that Mori gave to me and cut the taped seal using the card a moment ago

I opened it and it reveals a nodachi sword with It has an oblong-shaped hilt trimmed with short white fur, a purple grip with two white rings around it, and a yellow pommel, sheathed in a black scabbard decorated by white crosses from the opening to the bottom, and with a small piece of red rope tied near its opening.

I grabbed the sword and admired the beautiful design I sheathed the sword and looked at the sharp blade

Who would know Mori is serious when she said she'll help me?

I smiled a little and unsheathed the sword and decided to use it for my fight against Dyrus but due to its size I put the sword on over the shoulder

The sword is at the same height as Mori if I'm correct Mori is about 5'68" I thought it was gonna be difficult to carry around but it's surprisingly light

I sat on the bench leaning my back on the lockers "I wonder how strong Dyrus is?"

He must be very strong cause he is the king

"But he is not the ace," I said

"Above the king and queen, the strongest is the ace. So if Dyrus is only a king that must mean he's not the strongest, but keep in noted he is a king it's enough to say that he is strong" I pointed out I then hear the host announce through the speakers

"Now is for the time for the battle to begin! All contestants must arrive at the stage in 5 minutes!"

I stood up and stretched I then grabbed the sword and put it over my shoulder I exited the room and was surprised to see Mori waiting there

"Yahallo (Y/N)" I think that means hello "Hello Mori, how did you get here?"

She puts her finger on her lips "It's a secret" she winked at me

"Anyways here," Mori said as she pulled something from her coat a piece of paper she handed it to me I accept it and looked at it

"I figured out the name of your techniques thanks to Okhwang's technology," she said spreading her hands as if  there are sparkles
