{14} Hello

(lillian's POV)

I feel a little squeeze on my hand

"Oh my god! Ace, ace, ace, a-are you there? Squeeze my finger if you can hear me!" I say with a smile and wrap his fingers gently around one of mine

I then wait for about 5 minutes then I feel a very slight squeeze

"Ace! ok , I'm gonna go tell the doctors right now, ummm save your energy!"

Wow I'm over the moon

Ace actually heard me, he's alive

Well he's been alive but still

I run out and tell the doctor "A-ace just squeezed m-my finger, I think he might be waking up."

"Umm, ok ma'am, I'll do a couple of tests alright?" she starts to walk back to his room and she does a bunch of tests then she sends me out to do a few other things

After about 7 hours the doctor comes back out and walks towards us

"He's awake." the doctor says

What!
Oh my gosh

I race into his room and see his very sleepy smile and his heavy eyes

"Hello" he mumbles tiredly

"A-ace" I smile and sit next to him and I start to cry "i-i really missed you ace, I got so scared I was never gonna see you again."

Ace does his smirk "I heard, I heard everything since this morning." he smiles "now that i can actually move my body, come here." he laughs a tiny bit

I lay next to him on the hospital bed and he puts his arm around and I intertwine our fingers in his other hand we fall asleep after about 5 minutes

We wake up a couple hours later and I get off of the bed "hey, want me to get you something to eat?" I ask

"Oh, yeah, thanks lilly." he says with a smile

Wow, I actually miss him calling me that

-3 weeks later-

"Thanks for the ride chris." I say getting out of chris's car, now that Ace is back at school now and he can now just use 1 crutch instead of 2

"Here, let me hold your books, just focus on crutching." I say to Staking his books as we walk in the school

"No I got it, I've been doing it for a month now, I've got this." he says taking his books back

"As your girlfriend I forbid you to do that." I take his books and kiss his cheek

"Ugh fine!" he says and we walk into the school.

Ever since Ace asked me to be his girlfriend most of the students have stopped being mean to me, now it's just lexi and her cheer squad, I noticed that when I was with Ace hey dont prank me so in the halls I've been saying by ace's side

"Hey lilly."Ace says randomly

"Yeah ace?" I say back

"You know your birthday is in exactly 7 days, then you can finally join the 16 club."

"Your right, how did you remember I only told you once." I say back

"I just pay attention." he smirks

"Yeah, yeah alright golden boy." we laugh a little bit, I must admit he's a pretty nice boyfriend

"knowing you, you've already planned something." I giggle and we get to class

"Yup, I have everything all planned out." he says we get to english and take our seats

(Ace's POV)

"What am I gonna get lillian? Her birthday is in 3 days and I have no idea what to do!" I tell chris while we're at the mall

He shrugs obviously not caring much about "get her a dress or something."

"She hates wearing dresses." I tell him

"How about a charm for that bracelete you got her?" he says as we walk through nike to get him new shoes

"Really! I never thought of that!" I say sarcastically "I'm gonna get her one, but I want to get her something else." I tell him

"Ok.. how about a card?" he says

"Wow, just spitting out all the great ideas I see." i say again sarcastically

"At Least I have ideas dude." he says as we go to check out his shoes

I look at my phone and then tell Chris"Ok, I think I have an Idea. I say as we leave store with his shoes
