Littlespace: wHeN tHe InNeR cHiLd BeCoMeS tHe OuTeR cHiLd ٩(^^)۶

I was given a request to write a page explaining what littlespace is for those who don't know or don't understand it, and I've included a little about me, so if you already know you may skip this page and head on over to the introduction hehe :)🍼

For those of you who don't know, littlespace is a mental state that some people go into as a coping mechanism for stress, trauma, and basically anything that makes them want to take a step away from the world and just be small and carefree again💕

When a little slips into littlespace, or 'headspace' as we call it, they take on the way a child thinks and feels and how it perceives the world. It can be so helpful because when I'm little, any 'big' stressful thoughts never stick around for too long because I can't comprehend them, which means that I'm able to relax and enjoy little things like colouring and playing with teddies!🧸

It can also help people to sleep too, and for me that's great because I have mild insomnia, so it's super helpful! I don't slip often, only when my mental health gets really bad, but recently since I've been slipping a lot I've decided to write a lot in this book hehe. Littles can pretty much slip anywhere from 0-8 in littlespace, and may even slip as deep as babyspace when they're super stressed or feel super comfortable! For some people they have a set age, but it's generally 3-5 for me, so I just like playing outside, colouring and baking~🍼

Littles like different gear too to help them feel smaller. For example, dummies, blankets, stuffed toys, sippy cups and so on. For me it's stuffed toys and oversized clothes, and cuddles because hell yes💕

Remember, littlespace is not a k!nk! Neither is petspace. It is a coping mechanism and it is very important to some people so please don't make it out to be something it's not :) 🧸

And if you ever meet a little and they're in headspace, ask them how old they are and treat them as if they were that age, that will 100% make them more comfortable with you.🍼

Don't forget that anyone can be a little! Even if it's just for fun so you can embrace your inner child, or if it comes naturally as a coping mechanism. You don't have to be childish or unintelligent or subby or whatever, so please don't judge people on how they are just because of how their little is!🧸

Anyway, I hope this was somewhat helpful if you didn't know it already hehe 💕thank you so much for clicking on this book! I really hope you enjoy ittttt 💜because little BTS is the cutest concept I SWEAR-
