"A little bit of sugaarrr" hyunjin tried to spoon it in but ended up adding way to much "how on earth does Felix do this"

Next was trying to weigh out the flour, he at least managed to do that much successfully.

He was trying to bake brownies for Jisung, to put it simply.

Jisung had been so busy since his new job, having to come home late, skip meals, get barely any sleep.

And hyunjin just felt bad. He needed to do something to help. So he decided baking was the way to go.

Putting in a little cocoa powder and flour, hyunjin mixed together the wet and dry ingredients.

It somewhat resembled what he wanted it to.

Pouring it carefully into the pan, he was not about to spill his hard work, he shoved the tray into the oven. Hyunjin also remembered to start the timer so he wouldn't burn them.

Now what was he supposed to do.

He looked up at the clock to check the time. 30 minutes till his boyfriend was supposed to come home.

Maybe he could make him dinner too?

But hyunjin wasn't great at cooking.

And he probably wouldn't be able to cook a whole dinner in 30 minutes. Let's just make the brownies, that'd be the best idea.

Hyunjin sighed, mixing the cocoa powder and flour in. Damn it actually kinda looked decent.

Hopefully Jisung would be pleased

"Jinnie, what are you doing?" Jeongin walked into the room looking half asleep. How he managed to sleep literally the whole day was beyond him.

"Oh, just making some brownies" hyunjin sang, accepting a hug from said boy.

"Oooooo, they look good" he rubbed his eyes, bending to sniff the mixture "smells good too"

"Cool" hyunjin went to put his fingers in but jeongin stopped him, by grabbing his wrist "What are you doing?"

"Isn't there like, four raw eggs in here?" Jeongin pierced his eyes at him

"Ohhh yeah haha" hyunjin laughed awkwardly dropping his hand. "That is true"

"Yep" jeongin stepped away, probably to find something to eat.

Now hyunjin was left with the task of pouring the mixture into the tray. Which, beside himself, he did that successfully.

Plopping it into the oven, hyunjin set a timer straight after.

Now he just had to wait.

...

The brownies were still in the oven when he heard Jisung coming through the door.

Hyunjin could tell it was hyunjin by the way he was practically screaming as he entered the dorm.

"WELL I QUITE FRANK-ELY THINK THAT YOU ARE WRONG!"

"Jisung, keep your voice down" that was definitely Chan, leader scolding.

Hyunjin watched as 3racha rounded the corner and entered the kitchen.

"Hey hyunjin!" Jisung jumped up to him and gave him a kiss on the cheek

"Hey ji" hyunjin blushed, turning his head away.

"Hey hyunjinnnnn" changbin walked over, wrapping an arm round his shoulders "what's that smell?"

"Hm?" Hyunjin jumped, how on earth did he forget about the brownies "AH!"

Running over to the oven he pulled the oven open and grabbed the brownies. He did put gloves on before don't worry.

"Phew" he sighed "they aren't burnt"

"What are they?"

"Brownies!" Hyunjin said excitedly

"Did Lixie make them?" Chan looked up from his phone

"Noooooo" hyunjin chuckled "I made them!"

"Really baby!" Jisung said excitedly "wooowww"

"Tadaa" hyunjin placed them on the table

"Yummy" Jisungs eyes seemed to sparkle

"Yeah" hyunjin looked down shyly "I hope you like them Ji..I- i made them for you"

"Oh my god are you kidding, you are the absolute BEST!"

Hyunjin blushed, taking a shy step back. Jisung didn't mind, he only perused to give him a big hug.

Meanwhile, changbin was carefully cutting them up into equal pieces.

"Yah" hyunjin wacked Changbins hand "Jisung gets the first taste"

"Okkkkk" changbin whined, backing off to let Jisung have it

Jisung happily took one, munching into it "OH WOW"

"DO I SMELL BROWNIES!"

"What?!" Hyunjin turned round to find Felix, panting in the doorway. "Felix!?"

"Gimmieeeee" Felix made a beeline for the brownie tray but was stopped by Chan's hands on his waist.

"Wait your turn" Chan scolded, dragging him into his lap and holding his wrists

"NUUUUUU"

In that moment of distraction, Jisung had managed to stuff half half the brownies in his cheeks.

"JISUNG!" Hyunjin shrieked, grabbing the plate before he could take another one

"Nuuuuuuuuu"

"Oh my god, next time lix you can just make the brownies" hyunjin sighed dramatically
