Chapter 38

(At clinic. Dr was bandaging sim's wound. She was crying badly)

Avi: Calm down baby
Sim (crying): Momma it's paining
Avi (controlling her tears): Calm down. Everything will be fine. Calm down. You are my strong girl nah

(After few minutes. Her bandaging was done. Sim quickly hug avi from her waist and was crying badly hiding her face in Avi's chest)

Avi (hug her back): Bas bacha. Calm down (while caressing her hair)

Dr: Mrs Nigam. I didn't stitched her wound as there wasn't need but she may get pain (Avi nodded)

Harsh: Bhabhi you go home. She need rest
Sim (crying): No. I want dad
Avi: Okay. Stop crying. Be strong my baby

(Avi broke the hug and wiped Simi's tears then kiss her forehead. She took her in arms and went near Sid's cabin)

Avi: Princess dad is in meeting
Harsh: It's fine. They are used to come in between meeting
Avi: They?
Harsh: Avika and she.
Avi: Okay go (She put her down and make her stand)

Sim: Mom come with me or aunty again
Harsh (cuts her): Don't worry aunty isn't here. You can go. No one will stop you
Avi: Yes. We are here only (Sim nodded and left)

(As she enters in Sid's cabin. He looked at her and smiled a little. She went towards him. He took her in arms and make her sit on lap. She hug his torso and sat quitely. He hug her back and continue his meeting)

(Outside the cabin)

Harsh: Avu let's go and wait in my cabin
Avi: I am fine harsh. You can go and continue your work
Harsh: Come in cabin may be sid take some time in meeting (Avi nodded)

(Some of staff members came towards avi)

Staff1: Hi mam
Staff2: Nice to meet you Mrs. Nigam
Staff3: Mam Simran has features like you and sir too (Avi smiled)

Staff1: You are so beautiful mam. Sir has nice choice
Avi: Thank you 😄

(They were talking with avi. Few minutes later sid came out of cabin with cilent. Taking sim in arms. Sim hid her face in Sid's shoulder)

Harsh: Done with meeting? (Sid nodded)

Client: I should take leave now (He shook hand with sid, avi, harsh and left)

Staff1: Sir we were talking with mam (Sid nodded)

Avi: She is sleeping?
Sid: No (Sim looked at avi and harsh)

Harsh: Still its paining?
Sim (sadly): Yes
Staff3: Mam sir if you don't mind I want to say something
Sid: Hmm say?
Staff3: This isn't 1st time that ashi behave like this with your daughter. Before also so many times ashi behave like this with her but it's 1st time she was about to hit her
Staff4: Even once I saw that ashi was scolding her without any reason

(Sid nodded as he don't have any words)

Sid: Avi you here is anything important?
Avi: No. Actually we were going back home. She asked me to meet you. So I take her here
Sid: Okay. Come let's sit in cabin
Harsh: You guys go. I am going for meeting (Sid nodded. Harsh left)

(Sidneet went in Sid's cabin. They sat on sofa in cabin which is available in cabin. They sat there silently for sometime. There was a knock on door)

Sid: Come in (Girl came)
G: Sir mam would you like to have something?
Avi: No, I am okay
Sid: What about you princess?
Sim: Ice-cream (Sid smack his forehead, avi chuckled)

G: Which flavour?
Sid: She don't know about flavours. Do one thing take her with you and buy whatever she wants. Go princess and buy same for mom also

(Sim nodded. Girl left with sim)

Avi: Sid you shouldn't have leave her alone like this with anyone
Sid: Don't worry. She is trust worthy. But tell me what happened to you? Why you are silent?
Avi: Sid simi. I can't see her like this (Tear escape from her eye)

(Sid lean and kiss that tear)

Sid (Whisper): Don't worry. She will be fine (Avi nodded)

(Sid kiss her cheek then nose)

Sid: You are looking so beautiful (Avi blush a little)

Avi (Whisper): Sid someone will come
Sid (Whisper): No one has right to come (kiss her earlobe)

(Sid leaned and press his lips on hers and kissed. After a minute he broke the kiss and kiss her jawline)

(Suddenly door opened harsh, sim stood there. Harsh saw them and quickly closed his eyes. Avi pushed sid. Both straighten up)

Harsh: I didn't saw anything
Sid (stammering): Yo..you her..here?
Harsh:....
