◘ "The Intruder"

It was getting dark on the boiling Isles. Me, Luz and King were at the Living room

"And here we have the most fearsome creature in the world, the king of demons... Facing his natural enemy.. the ducky sock" Luz said in a Low tone "dun dun.. duuunnn" I said as king ripped of the sock

"where are you now ducky sock!!?" He yelled as he keeped on hitting the floor with his tiny hands "so king, why'd you call us here again" I asked as I layed my head on Luz's lap "oh yeah" he got up on one of the chairs making cute noises while climbing up

"Human Luz and Human (Y/n), you guys had been so obsessed with witchcraft that you haven't learned anything about my kind. Prepare yourselves for..." he pulled down a cloth from a board which revealed pictures of creatures

"demons 101!!" he yelled "demons like me are grim tricksters of the twilight, creatures of sulfur and bones!" as he was about to say one more thing Luz spoke "and cute little paws~" he looked at us "its true king" I said and giggled as he sighed "and cute little paws.. true" he repeated what Luz said

"We love only to create chaos and misery, our only weaknesses are purified water and passive aggressive comments.. sometimes"

"Oohh..you guys are sensitive..!" Luz said "aww" I awed "even demons have inner demons" King puts his hands behind his back

He took one photo off. We saw a picture of a pink creature that had a spikey shell on its back. It also had long sharp teeth

"The most powerful demon of all! Is the snaggleback. He is a-" "-bad boy!" Luz cuts of king

"Luz stop cutting him off" I laughed "sorry I just can't! He's to cute!" She leaned her face to mine smiling as our nose almost touching. My face started to heat up as I looked away earning a chuckled from her

"Luz pay attention! And thanks for that I guess (Y/n), this information could save your life someday!"

"no no I am Soooo paying attention, this is my paying attention face" she said putting a hand on her chin nodding "mhm mhm mhm" she repeatedly says. Lightning then struck

We looked at the back "uh oh, looks like it's gonna rain" king said. Luz then gasped as she brought me up "Oh I love the rain! Me and (Y/n) used to play with outside while it's raining!"

I just laughed dryly "hey wait-"

Luz opened the door as we saw the sky really dark and poofy "ahh I always love feeling the first few drops in my hair" she walked towards a flower

I just stood by at the door looking at the clouds 'hm.. it does look the same from our home.. wait since this is the boiling Isles..-'

"W H A T" I heard Luz yell as I looked over seeing a flower dead "oh gosh" I mumbled as the rain started to drop "boiling rain!!!" Eda yelled as she ran towards us covering her face

"Everybody inside now!" She pointed to go in "Luz cmon!" I called for her as she got dragged by Eda inside as they fell down crashing

"Phew! That was close" Eda sighed in relief "but the important thing is you both didn't get hurt"

I ran over to Luz who was laying on the ground while her legs were tangled up. I kneeled down started to get worried "Yep." I saw a mug flying down towards her head as I immediately catched it "not hurt" she groaned as I looked for an ice bag

It was then raining hard. Luz layed her head onto my shoulder as I placed one ice bag on her head. King placed a bandage on a wound on her hand

We were outside of the door sitting down, King told me to go closer to him as he also placed a bandage on my nose. He also placed a bandage on his nose too

"Look now the three of us are boo-boo buddies" He said as our heart squished as we both squealed

Luz hugged me "oh my gosh we love you so much" Luz said "we seriously do" I Added as we both focused on him

"A boiling rainstorm on the boiling Isles.." I said "the weather here is so fun!" Luz said "yeah we don't have weather, we have plagues, gordanos, shail hail, painbows" Eda listed

"It's like a rainbow, but looking at it turns you inside out" King said as I was surprised. Luz covers her face with her hoodie

"So until the boiling rain stops, no one is allowed to stay outside tonight" Eda continues to do her magic

"If the rain doesn't get you the snaggleback will!! They wander the reins feeding on boiling tourist" king showed us a book

"Well whatever the case the force field spell should protect the house from boiling rains AND made-up demons"

"Hoot hoot!! Well hurry it up with that force field, that rain is getting closer to my precious stucco" hootie complained

"Yeah yeah I got it" With final touches Eda spreads the protection around the house "wow someday I'd love to be as cool as Eda the owl Lady" Luz said as she hugged into me closer, I already got used to it soo-

"You mean her Magical,Sassy, Surprisingly foxy for her age" I said as a question popped into my head "say Eda, why did they call you the owl Lady anyway?" I asked

"Because I'm so wise~" Eda said "cause she coughs up rat bones" Hootie adds "I think cause she gets distracted by shiny objects" king also added

"No I don't" Eda reassured. King grabbed a glowing pen from his hat as Eda's eyes sparkles "it sparkles and shimmers and it shined and delights.. I must have it for my nest..!" She whispered the last part as she hopped over to king grabbing the pen then crashing down

"You have a nest I want a nest party!!" Luz and I walked up to Eda as she was shaking her hands

Luz helps Eda up "oh that forcefield really took it out of me" Eda said as she placed a hand on her forehead "uh oh moving s little slow, age finally catching up to ya?" King joked as Eda drops his hat to cover his eyes as he screamed "AHH! DARKNESS!"
