25 The Beach Run

Brian came out of the building along with everyone. Laura was walking besides him and soon Brian saw Laura's car. Q7. He was a little jealous. There was a huge gym bag in it. Brian got curious and asked.

"Are you going out for a workout. That bag seems packed."

"Yeah, I usually keep a set of gym wear in the car since I live in an apartment here in downtown. I like to visit the beach front gymnasium since it's feels calmer running on the beach."

"That's good to hear. I like working out as well."

"You don't have to say. It really shows. Did you get something done for your skin, boss. I feel like you look different from last time."

What the fuck is wrong with you Laura. Why are you asking him this. He is your boss. Maintain some image.

Laura instantly regretted asking Brian.

"It must be because of the relaxing days I am having since delegating everything to you."

Rob was already sitting in the car when asked Brian.

"I should get going. Do you want to join me for a run?"

Brian thought it. Little did he know that his charm pills were working for him in full throttle.

Brian told Rob and sat on the front seat in Laura's car. It was really an upgrade over the ford with so much more space and comfort.

Laura was more relaxed with just Brian around.

"It's a nice place to run and workout. I try to come here everyday if the weather is good."

"It's good to hear that you are taking care of your body. You look much younger than what I had read in your resume. No one can guess that you have kids."

Brian told frankly. There was no need in hiding the truth..

Laura blushed hearing Brian's words.

Is he interested in me as well. Blah, I am not interested in him though. He is my boss. I can't. It's unethical. I won't be able to keep calm at the office. There's too much tension.

Laura opened the window to get some air and pressed the acceleration to relieve whatever black magic was happening to her.

Am I having an early menopause and hormonal issues. I really need to relieve myself later. I will probably end up doing something that I am going to regret for the rest of my life if I don't.

Soon, they reached the gym. Laura went inside to change. She was wearing office heels and had to change into something comfy to walk with. Brian just waited for her.

Brian saw long legs. Long meaty legs covered in very yoga pants. It would have been fine if it was the legs. It would have been fine it was just that. Brian could see her underwear line inside the shorts. For the top, it was a gym top which looked more like a sports bra. Brian felt like someone else came out of the changing room.

Laura smirked when she was Brian amazed at her change.

"I feel overdressed for running now." Brian said as Laura was really looking like a regular.

"No, it's fine. The shoes are the important part. It's just my heels. I had to change them so I changed the rest as well."

Brian and Laura started a brisk walk along the beach.

"he waves have such a calming effect. It really feels good running here."

"Yeah, it is really good." Laura replied as she was glancing at Brian's face sneakily while running.

Laura couldn't help but look at Brian's face when running.

When did I become such a nymphomaniac. Is it because I haven't tried dating anyone because of her. Maybe, I should get back in the game. I can't be with Brian. He looks like he is in mid 20s at max. Brian looks good but he is my boss. Can't happen.
